No full textCeny transferowe stanowią element transakcji między podmiotami powiązanymi, odgrywając kluczową rolę w zarządzaniu finansami oraz optymalizacji podatkowej. Jednocześnie mogą stanowić narzędzie do przerzucania dochodów w celu redukcji obciążeń podatkowych, a także realizacji innych strategii finansowych czy biznesowych. W artykule przedstawiono istotę cen transferowych, reakcje podatników na opodatkowanie oraz mechanizmy przerzucania dochodów z wykorzystywaniem cen transferowych. Zaprezentowano konkretne przykłady różnych motywów stojących za przerzucaniem dochodów z wykorzystywaniem cen transferowych. Podkreślono, że granica między legalnym a nielegalnym wykorzystaniem tych mechanizmów jest często cienka i zależy od kontekstu oraz intencji podmiotów powiązanych.Transfer pricing is an element of transactions between related entities, playing a key role in financial management and tax optimisation. At the same time, it can serve as a tool for profit shifting, aimed at reducing tax burdens as well as pursuing other financial and business strategies. This article explores the concept of transfer pricing, taxpayers’ responses to taxation, and the mechanisms of profit shifting through transfer pricing. It presents various motives behind profit shifting through transfer pricing. It also highlights that there is often a fine line between legal and illegal use of these mechanisms, which may depend on the context and intentions of the related entities

No full textArtykuł bada koncepcję ziaren Słowa (Logos spermatikos) w kontekście teologii misji, odwołując się do wczesnochrześcijańskich apologetów, zwłaszcza św. Justyna. Autor podkreśla, że paradygmat „obecności ziaren Słowa w kulturach” potwierdza aktywną rolę elementów prawdy chrześcijańskiej w innych kulturach i filozofiach. Apologeci, broniąc chrześcijaństwa przed zarzutami ze strony pogaństwa i judaizmu, wykorzystywali filozofię grecką do wyrażania prawd wiary. Św. Justyn uznał, że w pogańskich filozofiach obecne są ziarna Słowa – elementy prawdy objawionej w Chrystusie. Podkreślał, że Bóg objawia się również poza chrześcijaństwem, co stanowi fundament dialogu międzyreligijnego. Szczególnie Sobór Watykański II nawiązał do koncepcji ziaren Słowa jako kluczowego argumentu w procesie inkulturacji i teologii religii. Opcja ta jest ciągle aktualna w teologii misji i wskazuje na potrzebę roztropnego rozeznania ewangelicznych wartości obecnych w różnych kulturach. Sobór Watykański II oraz współczesna misjologia kładą nacisk na poszanowanie godności ludów i kultur, co sprzyja skutecznemu przepowiadaniu Ewangelii.The article explores the concept of the seeds of the Word (Logos spermatikos) in the context of the theology of mission, referring to early Christian apologists, especially St. Justin. The author emphasizes that the paradigm of the “presence of the seeds of the Word in cultures” confirms the active role of elements of Christian truth in other cultures and philosophies. Apologists, defending Christianity against accusations from paganism and Judaism, used Greek philosophy to express the truths of faith. St. Justin recognized that seeds of the Word are present in pagan philosophies – elements of the truth revealed in Christ. He emphasized that God also reveals himself outside Christianity, which is the foundation for interreligious dialogue. The Second Vatican Council in particular referred to the concept of seeds of the Word as a key argument in the process of enculturation and theology of religion. This option is still relevant in the theology of mission and points to the need for a prudent discernment of the Gospel values present in different cultures. The Second Vatican Council and contemporary missiology emphasize respect for the dignity of peoples and cultures, which favours effective proclamation of the Gospel

Szczegółowo omawia proces tworzenia wspólnoty, jej zaangażowanie oraz rozbudowę infrastruktury sakralnej, m.in. budowę kaplic, centrum pastoralnego i ogrodu biblijnego. Ukazuje także rolę misjonarzy i lokalnej społeczności w organizowaniu życia religijnego, podkreślając znaczenie ewangelizacji oraz działalności duszpasterskiej.The article analyses the foundation and development of the parish of Our Lady Help of Christians in Concepción (Bolivia). It describes the historical and social conditions of its foundation, starting from the Jesuit reductions, through the dynamic development of the city, to the decision to build a new place of worship. It discusses in detail the process of creating the community, its involvement and the expansion of the sacral infrastructure, including the construction of chapels, a pastoral centre and a Biblical Garden. It also shows the role of missionaries and the local community in organizing religious life, emphasizing the importance of evangelization and pastoral activity
