Get PDFPrincipal leadership activities in utilizing social media can affect the effectiveness of organizing, coaching, and communication. This study discusses effective communication with students through utilizing social media. Communication through social media is done by forming groups in various social media. This research was conducted with a survey method that uses data analysis with path analysis methods where calculations are performed with the program used are Data Analysis packages found in Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The subjects of this study were the deputy principals of the Vocational High School students' field of 100 people in the city of Bekasi. The determination of the sample was taken using Slovin formula and random sampling technique, as many as 80 deputy principals in the student field were the sample of the study while 20 deputy principals in the student field were used to test the validation of the research instruments. This research is expected to contribute to society.

STANDAR PENILAIAN ASPEK PSIKOMOTORIK PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM
Get PDFPsychomotor assessment is characterized by the presence of physical activity and performance skills by students. Unlike the students 'cognitive assessment, psychomotor assessment is based on the actualization and implementation of students' understanding of the various subject matter that has been obtained in the classroom. In some of the subject matter, psychomotor assessment determines the success of a lesson. This article is a literature research. this article aims to find students' psychomotor assessment format in Islamic Religious Education subject matter. The results of this study conclude that the assessment of the success of learners is not only determined from the cognitive aspects, but also from the affective and psychomotor aspects. Standard psychomotor assessment is made different from the cognitive assessment, that is by way of describing the test scores. Psychomotor assessment should be held by direct observation of learners, can not only practiced by written tests.
 
HUBUNGAN ANTARA EFIKASI DIRI DAN PERAN GURU DENGAN BELAJAR BERDASAR REGULASI DIRI PADA AKSELERAN
Get PDFThis research is a quantitative approach with the aim at knowing: (1). The relationship between self-efficacy and the role of the teacher by learning based on self-regulation. (2). The contribution given by self-efficacy and the role of teachers in self-regulation based learning. (3). Levels of self-efficacy and the role of teachers in learning based on self-regulation. The subject of this study was acceleration in one of the Public High Schools in Surakarta as many as 115 people. This study is a principled study on population studies. Based on the results and analysis using multiple regression it is known that the correlation coefficient R = 0.375 (p = 0.000: p <0.05), which means that there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and the role of teachers with self-regulation. The total contribution given by the two independent variables in this study amounted to 14.1%, and for both categorizations the independent variables namely self-efficacy and the role of the teacher were at a high level, and the dependent variable of learning based on self-regulation was at a very high level.

This research based on descriptive qualitative methods. The Source of data obtained from principals, teachers, and Learners. This research used varieties methods such as observation, interviews, and documentations in data collecting process. Furthermore, data that has been netted, analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display, and data verification. The results of the study concluded that the application of school rules can shape the behavior of learners to be a good personality. The behavior of learners is directed towards moral learner. The process of character building of learners finds some barriers because learners have a different understanding of school rules order. In addition, many students have a strong influence of the habits they bring from their homes, so they are not familiar with the rules set by their school

The national educational goals of a country can be easily achieved if the state plays an active role in education. The active role is not only in the determination of curriculum and model of education, but also on the level of education budget and the direction of education policy in that country. This article discusses the comparison of education in two countries with the majority Muslim population, namely Iraq and Oman. This article is an online data-based study. The results of the study in this study concluded that the role of government is very urgent in determining the success of national education. Another conclusion of the comparison of education in the two countries is that education in both countries is not capitalist, and Education is not used as a business field to reap profits for the stakeholders

No full textLately, the weakness of the individual's ability to act effectively and healthily against situations, reality and social relationships, due to low self-esteem, neglect and self-denial if allowed to do so may lead to aggressive behavior, regardless of peer, isolate to psychological problems heavier. Guidance and counseling services have a strategic role in improving students' social adjustment. Some good approaches in counseling services or group guidance that are empirically proven to be effective in improving social adjustment in schools. Improved social adjustment should take into account the context of academic and non-academic environments. Guidance curriculum services occupy the largest portion in the implementation of guidance and counseling because it is proactive, preventive and related to behavioral development. The main objective in this article describes the impact, the importance of improving student self-adjustment, and prior research on the importance of improving self-adjustment. this article is expected to contribute positively to the development of the character of students, especially for students who have difficulty in adapting to their environment

The Prophet Muhammad has served as a central figure of Islamic education from Islamic classical era to modern Era. The implementation of Islamic education in the time of the Prophet Muhammad can be categorized into Meccan period and Medina Period. In Meccan period, the prophet put emphasis on tawhid, who used to adhare to politism, to adhare to monotism, that is to believe in Allah the only God. The strategy of education employed by the prophet was secret in nature. Initially, he conducated Islamic education amongst the members of his family and his companions then to more extended cummunity. In Mecca, the Prophet made the house of al-Arqam ibn Abi Al-Arqam, as the centre of Islamic education. In Medinan period, the prophet conducted more complex Islamic education than that he did in Mecca. Islamic education conducted to covered (a) Islamic brotherhood; (b) social walfare education; and (c) nation defence education.
