PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF MAGNETO RHEOLOGICAL DAMPER FOR VEHICLE SUSPENSION WITH SEMI ACTIVE CONTROL SYSTEM -A REVIEW
Thevehicle suspension is used to minimize the vibration transferring from the irregularroad surfaces. The control of these vibrations is still to be the boomingfield for the researchers. The increasing demand of ride reliefand road stability leads to the development of suspension systems with new control strategies and actuating devices which can provide the strongperformance. Hence to achieve this semi active control system is adapted to overcome the limitation of active as well as passive suspension system. Semi active control is well known for its low implementation cost, simplicity in construction and lower power consumption than active control. The actuation devices mostly used for semi active control are piezoelectricdampers, magneto rheological damper, tuned liquid column damperand electro rheological damper, out of whichthe MR damper has a semi active control and it had been acceptedover last several years. MODIFIED CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK FOR ARIARY BANKNOTES AUTHENTICATION
This paper presents a new algorithm named modified convolutional neural network (MCNN) to authenticate current existing banknotes in Madagascar. At the end of processing, we are able to identify the money face value and fake notes according to the input. Convolutional neural network (CNN) is the promising technical to solve such problem although feature extraction layer takes time due of convolution and spooling operations. The solution that we propose here is to swap this layer with pulse coupled neural network (PCNN) which has a capability to collect easily input image characteristics before going through fully connected layer. So, we have three images as input because one banknote has recto, verso and watermarked faces which are converted to gray. Our pulse couple neural network extracts all features to form a single vector called image signature. This vector is presented to full connected neural network constituted by few hidden layers, one output layer using softmax function as neural activation function.
