SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT AND VALUE CHAIN GOVERNANCE DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL OF SHRIMP
The people of Mrandung has plunged into of business shrimp farmer, mostly the type of shrimp chosen is vannamei shrimp ( Litopenaeus vannamei ), the aim of this study is to find out and to analysis of the distribution channel governance chain value in Mrandung, the method that used in this study is a qualitative research, and the conclusion in this study is that indigenous people lack of knowledge in governance and the value chain of the vannamei shrimp distribution channel so that many farmers suffer losses due to unknowledgeable. But on the other hand there is a company namely PT. TBAI (Tanjung Bumi Indonesian Aquaculture) that engaged in vannamei shrimp farming and the company has been already using good corporate governance and the distribution channel value chain, making it is quite maximum for the company's value. The results of this study show governance on company farms vannamei shrimp was very good, the value chain of distribution channels has been using are already managed well with using three distribution channels more widely, while the governance from distribution channels chain vannamei shrimp farmer I use two distribution channels more simple than others and shrimp vannamei farmer II uses one distribution channel chain more complexly than I

Nowadays traffic signal controllers are mostly based on microprocessor and microcontroller. These TSC have some drawbacks because it uses the hardware which works according to programme that does not have flexibility. In present traffic control system, fixed time interval is provided for the signals independent of traffic density. Due to this waiting time for vehiclesis more so it is not efficient as vehicles consumes more fuel and at the same time causes air pollution. We exploit the emergence of new technique called as "Intelligent traffic light controller". This makes the use of Sensor Networks along with Embedded Technology.The timings of traffic signalsat each crossing of road will be intelligently decided based on thetrafficdensityon all adjacent roads.Also we have provided manual control to signals to use it at the time of emergency and failure of automatic control. So overall design of the system helps to reduce traffic congestion on road which yields to have efficient control of traffic. EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF PLANAR MICROSTRIP RESONATOR FOR PERMITTIVITY MEASUREMENT
Characterization of dielectric material can be done by the nondestructive method of microstrip straight resonator and microstrip ring resonator sensor. To determine dielectric constant and loss tangent of solid, liquid and paste proposed measurement method is based on transmission line modeling (TLM)methodin Time Domain. Dielectric constant is very much sensitive to variations in dimensions of microstrip planar structure. Straight and Ring resonators are fabricated with Glass Epoxy and RT Duroid substrate. Experimental work is carried out by measuring resonant frequency and return loss S21on vector network analyzer (VNA). This study presents the determination of permittivity with variation in dimension of microstrip ring resonator and different low loss and high loss substrates. This study is helpful to specify correct dimensions of the sensor with the correct choice of substrate for accurate determination complex permittivity
DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMATED CERAMIC TILES SURFACE DEFECT DETECTION AND CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM
This research presented the development of an automated system for ceramic tiles surface defect detection and classification. The production process of ceramic tiles is very fast through the use of automated system except the inspection process that is manually carried out. The fast rate of production and numerous amounts to be produced make it difficult to manually inspect the tiles defects. Currently many literatures have proposed various automated systems for detecting and classifying defects on ceramic tiles. In this research different defected and non-defected images of ceramic tiles were taking at the firing unit in a Ceramic Company with a Nikon D40 camera. A statistical method called Rotation Invariant Measure of Local Variance (RIMLV) operator was used for detection of the defects while morphological operator was used to fill and smooth detected regions. Then, the detected defects are labelled to extract the corresponding features vectors using Fourier descriptors. To categorize the defect, multi-class support vector machine classifier (SVM) was used. The proposed system recorded an accuracy of 98 percent for classification and 0.094939 seconds for classification using one-against all SVM classifier
