FEATURES OF PATHOLOGY THYROID GLAND IN A WOMAN WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

    No full text
The chronic progressive course of RA poses the task of doctors to diagnose it as early as possible. However, recognition of RA at an early stage presents significant difficulties. To date, no strictly RA-specific laboratory test has been found. Only a combination of many clinical and laboratory signs can help in the diagnosis of this disease. Therefore, the search for methods to differentiate rheumatoid arthritis among a variety of inflammatory and degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system continues. According to modern concepts, connective tissue damage in RA is a consequence of developing immunopathological disorders. The autoimmune nature of RA is evidenced by the detection of rheumatoid factor (RF), circulating immune complexes (CIC), lymphocytes sensitized to connective tissue components, as well as a wide range of autoantibodies (AT). However, it should be noted that the pathological effect of such antibodies is not fully determined. The development and course of RA are associated with changes in the general and immunological reactivity of the body, complex enzymatic and metabolic shifts, in the regulation of which the endocrine system is of great importance. Hormones play an important role in metabolic processes, immunogenesis, cell membrane permeability, ion transport, protein synthesis, and enzyme system activity. Violations of the activity of the endocrine glands can lead to those changes in metabolism in the body that, even without receiving an explicit reflection in the clinical picture, can have an undoubted significance in the features of the clinical course of RA and determine the effectiveness of treatment

TO ASSESS THE CONDITION OF THE MYOCARDIUM IN PATIENTS CHRONIC HEART FAILURE ON THE BACKGROUND OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

    No full text
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease of unknown etiology characterized by chronic erosive arthritis and systemic inflammatory damage to internal organs. The prevalence of RA is 0.5—2%. The peak of the onset of the disease occurs at the age of 30 to 55 years. Researchers' interest in comorbid conditions in RA is due to their influence on the course and prognosis of the disease itself, the choice of treatment tactics and on the quality of life of patients. Concomitant diseases may appear before the development of RA, during the period of exacerbation or remission, and may also be a complication of chronic autoimmune inflammation and/or its therapy. The myocardium, pericardium, heart valves, conducting system, large and small coronary vessels may be involved in the pathological process. . According to the results of a Russian epidemiological study conducted in 2018, 610 people per 100 thousand of the population suffer from RA. The ratio of women to men is 2-3:1. This pathology can occur in all age categories, but the peak of the development of this disease falls especially on the working age of a person – 40-55 years. This disease causes permanent disability in half of the patients suffering from this pathology during the first 3-5 years from the onset of the disease, and as a result leads to a significant reduction in the duration of their life as due to the frequent development of pathology of the cardiovascular system (CCC), various infectious diseases, oncological pathology, and specific for RA complications that are associated with systemic inflammatory process, such as rheumatoid vasculitis, amyloidosis, interstitial lung disease, et

FINDING HIGH UTILITY ITEMSETS OVER DYNAMIC TRANSACTIONAL DATABASE USING UP-GROWTH AND UP-GROWTH+ ALGORITHM

    No full text
Mining high utility itemsets is an important research area in data mining. Finding itemsets with high utility like profit from database is known as high utility itemset mining. Different algorithms have been work on this area, but some of them have problem of generating large number of Potential High Utility Itemsets (PHUIs). Due to this performance of mining is minimized in case of execution time. In this paper we have focus on UP-Growth and UP-Growth+ algorithm which overcomes this limitation. This technique uses tree based data structure, UP-Tree for generating high utility itemsets with two scan of database. In this paper we have extend the working of these algorithms on incremental database because these existing algorithms have consider only static database. This limitation has covered in our system. When database is updated, our system regenerates UP-tree efficiently and generates high utility itemsets from dynamic database. Also we have compared the performance of both algorithms

H2O otherwise known as hydroxy or Browns Gas is the gas produced from splitting water into hydrogen and oxygen from electrolysis and allowing the gas to stay in a premixed state for use on-demand without the need for storage. In 1918 Charles Frazer, a North American inventor, patented the first water electrolysis machine act as a hydrogen booster for internal combustion engines. Yull Brown, a Bulgarian born Australian inventor patented and attempted to popularize Browns Gas as a cutting gas and fuel additive during the 1970’s and 80’s. During the 2000’s there was a huge influx in Browns Gas devices coming to the mark, with many sensational claims of bringing dramatic reductions in fuel consumption and exhaust emissions in internal combustion engines

REVIEW ON EXTRACTION AND ISOLATION OF CASHEW NUT SH ELL LIQUID

    No full text
ndia is the largest producer and processor of cashews (Anacardic occidental L) . Cashew nut shell liquid (CNSL) is a by-product from cashew nut processing. CNSL is a dark brown viscous liquid present inside a soft honey comb structure of the cashew nut shell. It contains phenolic compounds, mainly cardanol. Cardanol is a monohydroxyl phenol with a long carbon chain in the metaposition. It has the potential as a substitute for phenol in resin phenolic-base chemical products. The present review discusses various application of CNSL as well as the applications of constituents of CNSL. Various methods of extraction of CNSL are available in the literature. This review highlights various methods of extraction of CNSL and isolation of major constituents. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of CNSL is also pr esented in this review. Scope for future work is also discussed

DP-FIM FOR DATA LINKAGE USING ONE CLASS CLUSTERING TREE FOR MOVIE RECOMMENDATION

    No full text
Frequent itemset plays a vital role in many datamining fields such as- finance and biology. However, release of powerful patterns and trends are increasing concern on personal privacy, so the problem is –How to perform frequent itemset mining on transaction database which satisfies differential privacy? The proposed approach is called as DP-FIM (Differentially Private Frequent Itemset Mining) which can concurrently provide huge level of data utility and huge level of data privacy. It is very difficult to achieve data utility and privacy when existing system having long transaction. A system uses a transaction splitting technique to divide a long transaction into sub-transaction whose cardinality is no more than specified limit. To avert information loss generated by transaction splitting, run time estimation method is used to estimate defined support of itemset in original database. Data linkage compares records in one database with records in another database to match them. Data linkage is performed among the tables to cluster the data. But, existing data linkage methods do not handle one to many, many to many and many to one linkage field values. This system investigates a method which links different entities by using OCC-Tree (One Class Clustering Tree) in which inner node contains attribute from one database and leaf node holds close representation of matching records from another database
