INFLUENCE OF CONTINUOUS MONITORING OF THERMAL ENERGY INDICATORS OF REFRIGERATION ENGINEERING ON THE QUALITY OF FOOD STORAGE
The article provides information about the importance of stable value of thermal operation modes of refrigeration engineering under conditions of changing heat load on the compressor. At the same time the task of minimum power consumption by a refrigeration machine is considered. These two parameters characterize the quality of food storage in refrigeration machines. It is shown that temperature stability in cooling chambers and minimum energy consumption for the cooling process determine the efficiency of a refrigeration machine and, ultimately, determine the cost of products. The article describes an approach to achieving this goal, which consists in continuous monitoring of heat and power indicators of the refrigeration machine
CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF CATALYSTS IN THE LIQUID PHASE
The purpose of this study is to develop methods for the synthesis of a number of pyrrol and its derivatives under normal conditions on the basis of commercially available raw materials in the presence of homogeneous catalysts
ECOLOGICAL-FAUNIST ANALYSIS OF COXINALLIDES (COLEOPTERA, COCCINELLIDAE) OF THE KARSHI OAKH
Entomological material was collected for the study of coccinellides (Coleoptera, Coccinellidae) of the Karshi oasis in 2018-2021. Analysis of the material revealed the distribution of 8 types of coccinellides
TYPES OF TEST TASKS IN TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND TEXTBOOK -BASED ANALYSIS
The article discusses the role and objectives of such a method of testing knowledge as testing in teaching a foreign language. The main types, goals and principles of testing used both in international exams to determine the level of language proficiency and in the course of learning a foreign language are analyzed. The characteristics of the existing types of testing in a foreign language are made: input, diagnostic, progressive and to determine the level of knowledge in a foreign language
STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL DISORDERS OF THE LEFT VENTRICLE IN PATIENTS WITH GOUT
Gout is a systemic tofus disease, including recurrent arthritis of peripheral joints due to oversaturation of body fluids with uric acid (UA) in individuals with hyperuricemia (HU) and deposition of sodium monaurate crystals (MUC) in various tissues. The disease is caused by external environmental and/or genetic factors. Asymptomatic HU is a condition with an increased concentration of UA (> 6.8 mg/dl (404 mmol/L)) without joint syndrome and can last for years and be detected accidentally during examination. The cause of HU in 10% is the excessive formation of UA, in 90% — its impaired excretion. The relationship between increased serum UA levels and cardiovascular diseases (CVD) has been discussed for decades. For the first time, the hypothesis of the association of the MC level with CVD was published in the British Medical Journal in 1886, but only now has the idea of true causal interaction been confirmed thanks to data obtained in the course of numerous clinical and epidemiological studies. In the near future, due to the prevalence of GU, obesity and metabolic disorders, as well as as a result of the aging of mankind, an even greater increase in the frequency of HU and an increase in CVD is expected. This phenomenon is associated with rapid economic development and a change in the lifestyle of a society with a higher socio-economic status. The appointment of urate-reducing therapy should be discussed with each patient. This therapy is indicated for all persons, starting from the first exacerbation of the disease, especially in the presence of tofuses and urate nephropathy. It is recommended to start urate-lowering therapy immediately after diagnosis in patients under 40 years of age and/or in patients with high serum UA levels (more than 8 mg/ dl (480 mmol/L)) and/ or with concomitant diseases such as renal failure, hypertension, coronary artery disease, heart failure, etc
HEMODYNAMIC CHANGES IN PATIENTS WITH FIBROUS ALVEOLITIS
Fibrosing alveolitis is a pathological process based on extensive lesion of interstitial lung tissue, leading to the development of fibrous changes and respiratory failure. The progression of fibrosing alveolitis is accompanied by a steady increase in weakness, weight loss, shortness of breath, unproductive cough, chest pain, cyanosis. Diagnostics is based on the data of radiography and computed tomography of the lungs, spirometry, lung biopsy. Treatment of fibrosing alveolitis includes anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive therapy, oxygen therapy; according to the indications – lung transplantation.Fibrosing alveolitis is a relatively rare disease of unclear etiology, but it tends to increase. Fibrosing alveolitis more often affects men over 50 years of age (20 cases out of 100 thousand) than women (13 cases out of 100 thousand). Mortality in fibrosing alveolitis reaches 3.3 cases per 100 thousand populations.Interstitial lung diseases (ILD) are mainly chronic diseases of the lung tissue, manifested by inflammation and disruption of the structure of the alveolar walls, endothelium of the pulmonary capillaries, perivasal and perilymphatic tissues. A characteristic symptom of interstitial lung diseases is shortness of breath, which is a reflection of pulmonary insufficiency. In patients with combined pathology, there was a tendency of aggravation of desaturation and fibrosis on the processes of myocardial remodeling, on the occurrence of arrhythmias and progression of arterial hypertension (AH), coronary heart disease (CHD), leading to to aggravate circulatory insufficiency and respiratory insufficiency (1-3). There is evidence of the influence of oxidative stress (4,5), systemic inflammation, endothelial dysfunction (6,7) on the progression of cardiac diseases in fibrosing alveolitis. However, some features of the course of this comorbid pathology remain unspecified. It is also interesting to develop algorithms for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with these combined diseases, which determines the relevance of studying this problem

PREVENTION OF CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE AND CHRONIC HEART FAILURE
Chronic renal failure (CRF) is a gradual deterioration of kidney function over a long period of time. In modern literature, the term "chronic kidney disease" is found, which has a somewhat broader meaning and implies a decrease in kidney function for three months or more. The function of the kidneys is to maintain a normal balance of fluid and salts in the body, as well as to remove protein metabolism products (nitrogenous slags) from the body, forming urine. With CRF, blood purification does not occur to a sufficient extent, which over time can lead to severe complications. In the early stages of chronic renal failure, no symptoms may occur. The disease is often detected when kidney function deteriorates significantly. Chronic renal failure is a syndrome that occurs against the background of progressive death of nephrons. Because of this, the filtration and excretory functions of the kidneys are gradually disrupted. Over time, such changes cause deviations in the work of all organs and systems. It is possible to recognize developing chronic renal failure by the general symptoms of intoxication: headaches, weakness, nausea, vomiting, swelling
