    The digital communication across the world has been accumulated by the development of social media, including Uzbekistan.  Since the confirmation of the first case of the COVID-19 in Uzbekistan, a large number of the unconfirmed news on the subject had gone viral on social media which are largely considered by the WHO (World Health Organization) to be false. The aim of this study is to analyze some of those messages on Telegram messenger were circulated across the Uzbekistan. Several messages collected between March- November, 2020 were analyzed using the framework of Austin’s Speech Acts with insights from the Conversational Maxims of Grice’s Cooperative Principles

    The mentality of methods of teaching mentally retarded students to read, phonematic hearing, skills of analysis and synthesis, visual perception, spatial perception did not develop well, creeping in the pronunciation of sounds. Incorrect pronunciation or absence of vowels is common, the lexical and grammatical sides of speech are not developed. In the development of connected speech, the ability to compose a sentence according to a situational picture, to convert nouns in a unit into plural nouns, to form a diminutive-caressing nouns of a horse, depending on the given andose, was also influenced by the way of games.     This article provides a scientific and philosophical comparative analysis of the moral and aesthetic views of Muslim Eastern and Western philosophers. It is well known that while Eastern aesthetics is characterized by intellectual potential and moral beauty, it has been considered by some modern Western theorists to be a legacy of antiquity and has reached the abyss of "absurd aesthetics" within its fictional light cultures. In this context, the article examines the teachings of the Western classical philosopher Immanuel Kant, which have an inherently unique and rich spiritual substrate, and makes a comparative analysis with the concept of fine morality that forms the basis of Islam.
