    Сultural Tourism is experienсing сontinuous expansion and diversifiсation in reсent years. It has beсome a popular and attraсtive seсtor to impart mental reсreation and as an instrument for eсonomiс growth. Uzbekistan is a сountry of diversified сulture enriсhed with сultural resourсes. This researсh provides an analysis of Сultural tourism of Uzbekistan and its attraсtiveness and сompetitiveness of destinations. It reviews national or regional experienсes and praсtiсes of destinations where сultural resourсes are driving overall attraсtiveness. It also examines the development of сulture and tourism and distribution proсesses in relation to сultural resourсes, identifying the key faсtors. To plan and implement this, different management and deсision making tools were used inсluding interviews and questionnaire surveys as well as SWOT analysis. Also, the analysis identifies best praсtiсe and the most effeсtive poliсies for enhanсing the attraсtiveness of destinations сapitalizing on their сultural resourсes vased on a range of сase studies. Finally, global strategies are made to enhanсe сultural tourism of Uzbekistan with various experienсes and poliсies by foсusing on heritage sites, the diverse folk сustoms, revolutionary reliсs and long-lasting leisure and arсhiteсtural traditions, and сreate a favorable tourism atmosphere by exploring more partiсipatory projeсts suсh as сultural festivals and designing сulture-themed tourism lines. From analysis of developing the tourism seсtor, Uzbekistan сan take neсessary measures to benefit from its enormous historiсal, arсheologiсal, natural, сultural and soсial advantages to win more tourists, thus gaining a higher share in the world tourist revenues in the future

    INDIGENOUS CRIME CONTROL IN SELECTED COMMUNITIES OF IJEBU NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF OGUN STATE

    This examined “indigenous crime control in selected communities of Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State with the objectives of examining the process indigenous crime control, investigate the agents of indigenous crime control, examine the mechanisms of indigenous crime investigation and control and examining the patterns of indigenous security maintenance, crime prevention, and other law enforcement. The study adopted the descriptive survey research and obtained data through a quantitative instrument from of one hundred and nine (109) respondents from five (5) selected communities. The data generated were checked, cleaned and analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The bivariate analysis was captured using the Chi-square test which focused on depicting the relationships that exists among the variables or square or Weight Index and Relative Perception Index (RPI). Findings revealed that Indigenous crime controls agencies have significant effect on crime control in the community and their intervention has drastically reduce crime rates using Vigilantes, Institutions of deities, Secret societies, Divination, Invocation of the gods and Trial by Ordeal as good and effective agents and mechanisms for indigenous crime control. The study concluded that anti-terror policing tactics, increasing para-militarism, procurement of expensive high-tech gadgets and re-orientating the security agencies to work better with the public will enhance the detection of crime and extremism. Therefore, this study recommended that, the indigenous crime control agency which is fast becoming popular amongst developed and developing communities in Nigeria be recognized by the Nigerian government and made to partner with the government in carrying-out policing activities nationwide

The modern innovative development of domestic didactics is based on a solid, historically verified foundation of pedagogical theory and practice. The application of the system-activity approach in modern conditions of education leads to a new way of analyzing pedagogical phenomena. Multidimensionality does not mean differences in the characteristics of the essence of the phenomenon, but comprehensiveness - in the analysis of the whole. Therefore, new cognitive perspectives are opening up for modern researchers of the learning process

    The subject of the study is the formation, development and transformation of the competencies of high-tech enterprises that produce technically complex products, the identification of their new and meaningful characteristics, the assessment of the costs of updating the composition of competencies in order to increase innovation activity. The purpose of the study is to show various options for the composition of costs in the areas of development and transformation of the main - technical, technological, personnel, intellectual - competencies of the organization. Methods were used: graphical visualization for structuring information in directions and ways of developing the key components of competencies Since the main elements of the enterprise production system (material and human resources, equipment and technologies, organizational and managerial subsystem) serve as sources for the formation of competencies, their three basic components are: research and transformation competencies; systematization of existing scientific approaches to the development of competencies of high-tech enterprises. As a result of the study, various options for the composition of the costs for the development and transformation of the competencies of organizations engaged in the creation of technically complex innovative products were considered and evaluated in the areas of "acquisition" of competencies and on the main structural elements of the organization's competencies; the criteria for making a reasonable managerial decision on the direction of development of competencies were identified - by the organization's own resources or through the transition to distributed design and production of technically complex products; an algorithm for choosing the direction of formation and development of the organization's competencies is proposed, taking into account the proposed criteria; the conclusion is made about the economic feasibility of integrating the competencies of individual enterprises and organizing distributed design and production of innovative products
