POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTIONS (PCR) TECHNIQUE FOR MOLECULAR IDENTIFICATION OF HIGH-RISK LISTERIA MONOCYTOGENES INFECTIONS IN PREGNANT WOMEN
Listeria monocytogenes is a facultative, non-spore forming, rod-shaped intracellular pathogen. L. monocytogenes is varying from 0.5 µm to2.0 µm in length and 0.4 µm to 0.5 µm in diameter. Stillbirths, diarrhea, fever, and headache are the most common symptoms of infections with L. monocytogenes. This pathogen is threatening pregnant women, new-borns, elderly and individuals with weak immune system more than others. Infections with this microorganism cause a high mortality rate and significant economic loos. Early identification of this pathogen could minimize or even prevent the infections. Polymerase chain reactions technique could identify and diagnose the high-risk L. monocytogenes infection. Therefore, in the current research, A Polymerase Chain Reactions technique for molecular identification of L. monocytogenes infections from fifteen swab samples collected from pregnant woman were performed. The results of our study identified L. monocytogenes in 10 swab samples. Each sample gave clear band with amplicon size of 320 bp. We determined that Polymerase chain reactions technique should be used more frequently in any suspected cases of L. monocytogenes infections especially in pregnant woman
AN IMPACT OF PRECIOUS METALS PRICE RISE ON THE COMPANIES IN UZBEKISTAN
Uzbekistan is one of the countries with a highly developed metallurgical industry. The formation of this industry sector was promoted by rich mineral resources, modern enterprises for their processing and highly qualified engineering and technical personnel. The gap in economic ties caused by the collapse of the former union, the global financial and economic crisis, of course, posed great problems for the republic's metallurgical industry
SPECIFIC FEATURES OF TEACHING POLYSEMY IN SENIOR STUDENTS
The development of speech is an urgent task of teaching in elementary school. Speech is a way of knowing reality, it performs the functions of communication, emotional self-expression of a person and influence on other people. Speech development contributes to the development of the pupil’s thinking. In this article author describes some possible methods of teaching polysemy to senior pupils
OBJECTIVES AND TASKS OF MARKETING RESEARCH
This article provides information on the goals and objectives of marketing research and what to do before conducting marketing research
ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF DRINKING WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS
In general, the problem of reliability of water supply covers a wide range of issues related to ensuring and maintaining the required level of uninterrupted operation, both of individual types of equipment and structures included in the water supply system. Its solution includes two aspects: quantitative determination of the degree of reliability and provision of its specified technical level
A GENERAL-PURPOSE COMPUTING PLATFORM AND ITS USE AS A HARDWARE BASE
The article describes the possibilities of using hardware tools for implementation of a logical control task, security control, input and output of volumetric data, device interaction, as well as the possibility of using available real-time operational systems
OPTIMIZATION OF THE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY OF VARIOUS PARTS
The article covers an analysis of optimization of the technological process (TP) in order to select technological solutions at various design levels and ensure the minimum value of the reduced costs while simultaneous observing a number of technical restrictions
PATHOLOGICAL ANATOMICAL CHANGES AND THE RESULTS OF HISTOLOGICAL EXAMINATION IN RABBIT COLIBACILLOSIS
The article presents the features of the transformation of clinical signs postoanotomic morphological changes and the manifestation of a peculiar appearance
HYGIENIC ASSESSMENT OF THE HEALTH STATE AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN UNDER COMBINED EXPOSURE TO CHEMICAL FACTORS OF THE ENVIRONMENT
The article is devoted to the study of the state of health, morphometric and functional indicators of the physical development of preschool children living in conditions of the combined effect of chemical factors of industrial production. At present, negative trends in the health indicators of the child population, including chronic morbidity, persist [1, 2]. According to official data, the overall incidence of children under the age of 14 over the past decade has increased by 9.3%, and of 13.62 million schoolchildren, only 21.4% have the first health group, while 21% are diagnosed with chronic forms of somatic pathology. The level of health of modern first-graders is significantly lower than that of children at the end of the last century; only 4.3% of them are now recognized as absolutely healthy, against 8.7% at the end of the 90s [1, 6]
TO THE PROBLEM OF CRITICISM OF EURYTHMY AS A SCIENTIFICALLY UNFOUNDED METHOD IN PEDAGOGY
The article is devoted to the analysis of criticism of eurythmy as a therapeutic and pedagogical method of psycho-emotional development of a personality. Exploring the scientific literature on this issue, the author comes to the conclusion about the insufficient development of the categorical-conceptual apparatus and eurythmy as a kind of pedagogical and therapeutic activity, as a component of Waldorf pedagogy. At the same time, relying on his pedagogical experience, as well as the results of official research, the author proves that the lack of scientific reliability in itself should not be considered as evidence of the complete inefficiency of the method. On the contrary, such insufficiency should be considered as an incentive for additional research that allows to «filter» the existing categorical-conceptual apparatus from «metaphysical concepts», to clarify the theoretical and methodological foundations of the process in order to more effectively adapt it to solving general and particular psychotherapeutic and pedagogical tasks of an individual
