    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembentukan karakter kreatif siswa melalui kegiatan kewirausahaan di SD Negeri 131/IV Kota Jambi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada kontribusi kegiatan kewirausahaan terhadap pengembangan kreativitas siswa, termasuk menghasilkan gagasan, karya, dan tindakan yang orisinal, serta fleksibilitas berpikir dalam menghadapi masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan kewirausahaan, seperti market day dan proyek berbasis tema kewirausahaan, mampu mendorong siswa untuk berinovasi, menghasilkan produk unik, dan berpikir out of the box. Aktivitas ini juga mengajarkan nilai-nilai kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan keberanian mengambil risiko. Kesimpulannya, program kewirausahaan secara signifikan berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter kreatif siswa, sehingga direkomendasikan agar sekolah terus mendukung kegiatan serupa untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan masa depan. &nbsp

    An organization's members may be guided in their work by a leader. The principle has the power to influence every student and staff member in the school by his or her charismatic Transformational Leadership style, which in turn may boost the motivation of honorary instructors to do a good job. With motivation as a moderating variable, this research seeks to examine the function of transformational leadership and innovation in raising the performance of honorary teachers in Cilegon City's public elementary schools. Honorary teachers from Cilegon City, Banten Province, who were employed by public elementary schools made up the population studied. There were 153 honorary teacher responders that made up the sample for this research. In order to gather information for this research, a survey was sent out via several social media platforms. This research used SmartPLS v.3.2.8 and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS for analysis. The study's findings indicate that 1) Transformational leadership does have an effect on employee motivation. 2) Transformational leadership has an effect on how well teachers do their jobs. Thirdly, innovation affects intrinsic motivation at work. 4) Innovation has an effect on how well teachers do their jobs. 5) The work motivation of teachers affects their performance in the classroom. 6) As an intermediary, work motivation is a means via which transformational leadership affects teacher performance. 7) As an intermediary, innovation affects teacher performance via work motivation.     PENGARUH PENDEKATAN STEAM BERBASIS PJBL TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PROBLEM SOLVING PADA MATERI PERMASALAHAN LINGKUNGAN

    This study aims to analyse whether there is an influence of the STEAM approach integrated with Project-Based Learning (PjBL) on students' problem-solving abilities in the context of environmental issues. STEAM-PjBL is a combination of the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) with the Project-Based Learning model. This method blends elements of STEAM education with project-based learning to create a learning experience that is contextually rich, collaborative, and relevant to real-world situations. The study employed a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The subjects were Year 5 students of SDN Dukuh Menanggal 1/424 in Surabaya, with the experimental class implementing STEAM-PjBL and the control class utilising Problem-Based Learning. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests to measure problem-solving indicators, including understanding the problem, developing a plan, and implementing the problem-solving plan. The data were analysed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests via SPSS. The findings reveal that the STEAM-PjBL approach has a significant impact on students' problem-solving abilities in the topic of environmental issues

    This study aims assess the effectiveness of thematic teaching materials based on local wisdom “Khombouw” in improving the learning outcomes of elementary school students. These teaching materials are designed based on local cultural values to provide contextual and relevant learning experiences. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The research subjects were 42 fourth grade students from two elementary schools, namely SD YPK Asei and SD Inpres Yoboi. The results of data analysis showed that the experimental group using “Khombouw”-based teaching materials had a significant increase in learning outcomes compared to the control group using conventional teaching materials (p < 0.05). This finding confirms that the integration of local wisdom in learning not only supports academic understanding but also strengthens students' cultural identity. In addition, the Discovery Learning model used helps students in exploring cultural values in an active and participatory manner. This research recommends the development of local wisdom-based teaching materials as a strategic approach to improving the quality of education in Indonesia, especially in areas with strong local cultural wealth

    The low concentration and interest in learning of students causes the results of student learning achievement to be less than optimal. This happens because of the lack of learning media used by teachers in delivering the material so that learning is less effective. In this case, the researcher wants to implement and test the Pop up book learning media to improve students' learning understanding so that students can understand the material easily, especially in the material "Grouping Plant Types. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research framework, in the form of a case study. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the Pop up book learning media proved to be feasible and categorized as very valid. This media has a significant influence that is successful in provoking students' concentration and interest in learning, as well as facilitating and improving students' learning understanding of the material presented. This can be proven by the existence of Pop up book learning media making students more active and enthusiastic in participating in learning in class

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa setelah diterapkan model TGT berbantuan media quizizz paper mode dan mengetahui aktivitas belajar serta keterlaksanaan pembelajaran saat diterapkan model pembelajaran TGT berbantuan media quizizz paper mode. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 81 Singkawang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pre-eksperiement design, dengan bentuk one group pre-test post-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 81 Singkawang. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh yang berarti semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa setelah diterapkan model TGT berbantuan media quizizz paper mode di kelas V, 2) aktivitas belajar siswa saat diterapkan model TGT berbantuan quizizz paper mode termasuk kategori aktif, 3) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran model TGT berbantuan media quizizz paper mode dalam kategori sangat baik

    Low work ethic is the basis for this research Small and Medium Industry (SMI) business actors in the Pesisir Selatan Regency area, an area that has a wealth of fishery potential but still needs improvement in the aspect of developing human resource capabilities. The government and related institutions have made various efforts to improve their work ethic, one of the steps is by giving continuous training with the aim of improving quality and productivity of business actors. The main objective of this study is to analyze in depth the effect of training on the work ethic of SMEs in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The dependent variable used in this study is work ethic (Y), while training acts as an independent variable. (X). The research sample consisted of 45 fisheries SMI actors who had participated in the training program. The research methodology The research method used is quantitative method, where the data collection uses questionnaire instruments that have gone through validity and reliability testing. To analyze the data, researchers applied simple linear regression techniques using SPSS 23 software to process and interpret the data. This allows researchers to statistically test the causal relationship between training and work ethic. Based on the results of the analysis, there is a positive and significant effect of training on work ethic of SMEs in Pesisir Selatan Regency, where a significance value of 0.000 is obtained which is below 0.05 with a calculated T value of 4.796> T table value 0.68024

    This research examines the internalization of Sundanese cultural character values ​​through the implementation of P5 based on traditional games at SDN Cangkuang 02. This research is motivated by concerns about the fading of local culture and the emergence of character problems in schools, such as lack of manners, low level of concern, responsibility and interaction. social, as well as mutual cooperation in group activities. The focus of this research is on traditional Sundanese games such as congklak, bekel, sapintrong, sondah and ucing sumput. This game plays a role in preserving culture and at the same time teaches students character values. This game is considered effective in teaching important values ​​that are in line with the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, namely having noble character, mutual cooperation and creativity. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation of the principal, teachers and grade 4 students of SDN Cangkuang 02. The results of the research show that traditional games can help integrate Sundanese cultural values ​​into the learning process. This not only deepens students' understanding of local culture but also strengthens students' character according to the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile. This research is expected to contribute and understand that traditional games can be an effective means of teaching character values ​​to students

    KEEFEKTIVAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA SISWA KELAS IV SDN 6 PANGGANG

    This study aims to measure the improvement of student learning outcomes by using the Problem Based Learning model of Pancasila Education class IV SDN 6 Panggang using the Pre-Experiment method, One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design, this study involved 25 fourth grade students of SDN 6 Panggang. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, tests (pretest and posttest) and documentation. Data analysis techniques include content validity tests followed by prerequisite tests including normality tests using the Shapiro Wilk test method, because the sample is small After the data is obtained, the hypothesis is tested, namely the N-Gain test. The results showed that the average pretest and posttest of learning outcomes increased from 66 to 82. With the results of the N-Gain test for learning outcomes obtained N-Gain, the average obtained is 0.4847. This shows that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means there is a significant difference in the application of the Problem Based Learning model to student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education subjects

    PENGARUH METODE OUTDOOR STUDY TERHADAP PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS III SD MATERI PROFESI DAN PEKERJAAN

    This study aims to examine the influence of the outdoor study method on the improvement of learning outcomes of grade III elementary school students on professional and occupational materials. The research was carried out at Al Khalifah Integrated Islamic Elementary School Jombang using a quantitative approach through a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects consisted of 25 grade III students who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the Paired Sample t-test hypothesis test. The results showed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores with a mean difference of 21,600 (p < 0.001), a standard deviation of 5,902, and a confidence interval of 95% in the range of 19,164 to 24,036. These findings indicate that the application of the outdoor study method has a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes in professional and occupational materials. This research contributes to the development of effective learning methods in the context of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, especially in utilizing the school environment as a contextual learning resource and supporting the development of holistic competencies of elementary school students
