    SISTEM ORGANISASI SOSIAL DAN TATANAN KEMASYARAKATAN ADAT SUKU BADUY LUAR

    The Baduy tribe, located in Banten Province, is one of the traditional communities in Indonesia which has a unique social and community organization system. This research aims to describe in depth the social organization system of the Outer Baduy Tribe, including the organizational structure, the relationship between the Kajaroan in Outer Baduy and the government, as well as the social structure. The main focus covers aspects of social life ranging from marriage, death, to customary sanctions for violations of customary norms. This research approach uses a literature review method by analyzing various literature sources, in the form of books, journal articles and other documents relevant to the study of the social organization of the Baduy Luar community. The research results show that the social organizational structure of the Outer Baduy Tribe is divided into certain levels with roles that are defined by custom. The relationship between the Kajaroan in Outer Baduy and the government is coordinative but still maintains their cultural independence. The social order is regulated by binding customary rules, starting from simple marriage procedures, sacred death ceremonies, to the imposition of customary sanctions for violators of norms as an effort to maintain community harmony. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the wider community's understanding of the rich social and cultural systems of the Baduy Tribe, as well as becoming an important reference for efforts to preserve traditional values ​​in the modern era. Thus, this study provides new insights into the sustainability of local culture amidst changing times

    The government through the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology has implemented the Independent Curriculum for kindergarten, elementary, junior high, vocational and high school levels. One of the components needed for the successful implementation of the independent curriculum is the availability of competent educators. Improving student learning outcomes depends on the competence of educators, so a Principal must be able to facilitate improving educator competence. In an effort to improve the quality of education, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology encourages educational units and educators to learn and share with each other through learning communities supported by the Independent Teaching Platform (PMM) and various other resources. Learning communities are considered one of the strategies for improving the competence of educators. This study aims to examine the Role of Principal Assistance in Improving the Quality of Learning through Learning Communities at SDN Leyangan. The author will use a descriptive research method through a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (observation, interviews, and documentation)

    ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI RAPOR PENDIDIKAN DALAM PENGELOLAAN PEMBIAYAAN DI SD NEGERI KALONGAN 02

    This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Kalongan 02 State Elementary School using education report card data to plan education financing. The main focus of the research is whether the school has succeeded in using education report card data in planning financing at the Kalongan 02 State Elementary School. This research uses qualitative methods, meaning the researcher conducted interviews, directly observed activities at the school, and collected various documents. The results show that although schools have been able to find problems from student learning outcomes reports, in planning financing management, schools have not fully used this data. For example, even though data shows that students are still weak in literacy and numeracy skills, and school facilities do not fully facilitate inclusive students, the budget created is not fully aimed at overcoming these problems. From the results of this research, researchers recommend that schools be more careful in planning financing, analyze data in more depth, and involve all interested parties. This research emphasizes the importance of using data in managing schools and provides suggestions for improving the quality of education by managing school fees better

    This article describes a descriptive qualitative reseach on the leadership style of the principal of SMK Negeri 5 Kendal in improving the quality of  education. This article discusses the implementation of educational management and leadership at SMK Negeri 5 Kendal. Education has an important role in shaping the nation's future, and educational leaders play a vital role in managing educational institutions. This report aims to identify educational leaders at SMK Negeri 5 Kendal and their contribution to the quality of education. Through observations and interviews with school principals, teachers and students, it was found that educational management includes curriculum planning, human resource management, as well as monitoring and evaluation. However, challenges such as lack of government support, minimal training for school principals, and teacher resistance to change are still faced. Improvement efforts through professional training, better communication, and implementation of school-based management are proposed to increase the effectiveness of educational management and leadership. Observation results show that although challenges exist, the innovations implemented have a positive impact on the learning process and student achievement

    This study examines the strategies employed by school principals in managing teachers' work-related stress within the school environment. Work stress experienced by teachers can impact their performance and the quality of learning, thus requiring special attention from principals as educational leaders. This research aims to identify the strategies implemented by principals to help teachers cope with work stress through managerial approaches, communication, and professional development. The study employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that principals adopt various strategies, such as creating a conducive work environment, providing emotional support, organizing training and professional development programs, and fostering open communication. Additionally, principals facilitate recreational activities and promote collaboration among teachers to strengthen team cohesion. The results emphasize that proactive and responsive leadership by principals plays a crucial role in managing teachers' work stress, thereby enhancing their well-being and work effectiveness

    PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN INKLUSI BERBASIS DIFERENSIASI DI SEKOLAH DASAR

    The development of an inclusive education curriculum based on differentiation is a strategic step to meet the diverse needs of students, especially in elementary schools. This article aims to analyze and elaborate on the concept, implementation, and challenges of an inclusive curriculum combined with a differentiation approach. The research uses a literature review method by analyzing various sources of SINTA-indexed journals, books, and related guidelines from the past five to ten years. The study results indicate that inclusive education in elementary schools often faces challenges in designing a curriculum that can accommodate the individual needs of students, especially those with special needs. The differentiation approach offers a solution that enables flexible, adaptive, and student-centered teaching. This strategy includes differentiation of content, process, product, and learning environment tailored to the abilities and learning styles of students. In addition, strong collaboration between teachers, parents, and stakeholders is needed to ensure the successful implementation of this curriculum. This article recommends the development of training programs for teachers to understand and implement differentiation approaches, as well as the integration of technology to support inclusive learning. Thus, a differentiation-based inclusive curriculum can serve as an important foundation in creating an inclusive, adaptive, and diversity-supporting learning environment for students

    The study aims to develop and standardize anti-bullying programs at the elementary school level as an effort to prevent bullying incidents among students where bullying is a serious problem that can affect the physical and mental well-being of students, so it is important to create a safe and supportive educational environment and is designed to increase students' awareness of bullying behavior and impacts, and also build empathy among them. Integration of interactive methods such as musicalization and simulations to make the material more interesting and easy to understand by students and it is hoped that standardized anti-bullying programs can be applied in various other elementary schools, so that they can create a positive culture that supports the social and emotional development of students and reduce bullying incidents significantly, recommending to involve all stakeholders, including parents and communities, in efforts to prevent bullying in the educational environment

    PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MODEL TEAMS GAME TOURNAMENT PADA MATERI MEMBACA PERMULAAN KELAS 1 SEKOLAH DASAR

    The aims of this research is to produce learning tools (RPP, LKPD, LP) with the Indonesian "Teams Game Tournament" (TGT) model on the introductory material to read and see the process of developing Indonesian language learning tools with the "Teams Game Tournament" (TGT), early reading model for first grade of primary school. This research uses research R&D or development research. The procedure used is the ADDIE development theory. ADDIE development theory consists of stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. However, the Implement and Evalute stages were not carried out because of the Covid-19 outbreak. The feasibility test of learning devices is carried out to obtain feasibility results through experts. The results showed that the "Teams Game Tournament" learning model was feasible to see from the results of expert validation which showed the proportion of the RPP validation value was 81%, LKPD 90% and LP 76.4%

    IMPLEMENTASI MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE PICTURE AND PICTURE PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPA

    The research was motivated by the interest of researchers in using the implementation of the picture and picture type cooperative model in science lessons in class v. The purpose of this research is to see how the implementation of the learning model in the classroom. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique used in this study uses four stages, including 1) collecting data, 2) reducing data, 3) presenting data, and 4) drawing conclusions and verification. The implementation of the picture and picture type of cooperative learning model is applied according to the syntax. From the results of the study, it was found that the application of the cooperative model of the picture and picture type in science subjects had been applied as well as the teaching and learning process in general. The learning outcomes of science subjects using a picture and picture cooperative model have a value of 100% reaching the KKM. Some of the obstacles felt by the teacher at the time of learning can be resolved correctly

    This study aims to describe syntactic errors in the areas of phrases, clauses, and sentences. Describe the factors that cause spelling and syntax errors in narrative essays of grade V students of MI Al Huda Karangnongko. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection methods are carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation and source techniques. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study based on indicators in the phrase field there are errors, namely the use of regional languages, inappropriate prepositions, wrong word choices, excessive elements, excessive superlative influence, and the use of personal pronouns. Errors in clauses include the addition of prepositions between verbs and objects. Sentence errors include sentences without subjects, illogical sentences, ambiguous sentences, omission of conjunctions, and the use of foreign terms. Internal and external causes include a lack of understanding of the correct sentence structure, low reading interest, and the use of language in the surrounding environment. The implication of this study is that teachers must improve strategies to overcome syntactic errors by explaining the correct and proper writing procedures according to syntax
