INVESTIGATING THE EFFECTS OF GENERATIVE-AI RESPONSES ON USER EXPERIENCE AFTER AI HALLUCINATION
The integration of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) systems into our daily lives has led to the phenomenon of "AI hallucination," where AI produces convincing yet incorrect information, undermining both user experience and system credibility. This study investigates the impact of AI's responses, specifically appreciation and apology, on user perception and trust following AI errors. Utilizing attribution theory, we explore whether users prefer AI systems that attribute errors internally or externally and how these attributions affect user satisfaction. A qualitative methodology, featuring interviews with individuals aged 20 to 30 who have experience with conversational AI, has been employed. Respondents preferred AI to apologize in hallucination situations and to attribute the responsibility for the error to the outside world. Results show that transparency in error communication is essential for maintaining user trust, with detailed explanations. The research contributes to the understanding of how politeness and attribution strategies can influence user engagement with AI and has significant implications for AI development, emphasizing the need for error communication strategies that balance transparency and user experience
THE INFLUENCE OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY CERTIFICATION ON CONSUMER ACCEPTANCE IN THE NETHERLANDS MARKET: A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF COMPANIES FROM INDONESIA AND THE NETHERLANDS
This study explores the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) certification, product country of origin, and consumer acceptance in the Netherlands market, focusing on coffee beans. Rooted in Sen & Bhattacharya (2001) and Matten & Moon's (2008) insights, the research considers the moderating effect of the country of origin, drawing on Peterson & Jolibert's (1995) perspectives. By using a randomized detailed survey and a controlled experiment from 200 participants, the study examines the Netherlands market consumer perceptions of companies with high levels of CSR certification from a developed country, the Netherlands, and a developing country, Indonesia. Results confirm a positive correlation between a high level of CSR certification and consumer acceptance in the Netherlands. The influence of the Netherlands as the product's origin positively moderates this relationship. Surprisingly, products from Indonesia also show a positive impact, contrary to expectations. The findings stress the strategic role of CSR certification for firms in the Netherlands market, irrespective of origin. However, caution is advised due to limitations, including potential bias and a small sample size. In conclusion, this research contributes nuanced insights for businesses navigating global markets, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive understanding of CSR's impact on consumer acceptance

This article discusses the importance and articulation of innovation policy from the point of view of the entrepreneurial ecosystem approach. The paper takes the form of a literature review. To this end, the authors describe the analysis of industrial policy based on the entrepreneurial ecosystem approach proposed by Stam (2018). The research finds that innovation policy plays a crucial role in a competitive entrepreneurial environment to achieve creative destruction. The Policy tries to solve the problems that hinder the interaction of the factors that make up the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Different policy tools should be developed to formulate policies for the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Additionally, successful innovation policy tools in one ecosystem could be applied in another ecosystem
ASSESSING COMPARABILITY IN SUSTAINABILITY REPORTS: A MULTI-LEVEL ANALYSIS IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY OF A DEVELOPING ECONOMY
Purpose - The usefulness of sustainability reports in meeting the information needs of stakeholders is questionable due to information asymmetry resulting from the proliferation of sustainability reporting frameworks. Despite this, arguments have surfaced that intra-industry firms, due to shared characteristics, might achieve a semblance of comparability. This study endeavors to analyse the comparability of sustainability information of organisations in the oil and gas industry of a developing economy.
Design/methodology/approach - To achieve the study purpose, a content analysis of sustainability information was performed by identifying the framework, structure, and content used to disclose sustainability information, using GRI reporting standards as a reference for comparability.
Findings - The analysis revealed that at a framework level, most organisations do not use any international sustainability reporting frameworks, opting for discretion. Regarding structural aspects, sustainability information lacks comparability owing to disparate sections. At a content level, the economic indicators have the highest compliance than social and environmental indicators, highlighting inconsistent reporting to different groups of stakeholders.
Originality – The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive exploration of comparability of sustainability reports across multiple levels with specific emphasis on the environmentally sensitive oil and gas industry within the framework of a developing economy
PRIORITIZING POSITIONING: AN EXPLORATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF TEACHER AND LEARNER POSITIONING IN THE WRITING CLASSROOM
Existing research shows that in South Africa, there are reasons for concern regarding the achievements of a large proportion of Grade 6 learners in language learning. The impact of this poor language achievement affects their success rates across learning areas and in higher grades. It has also been found that historically, Grade 6 boys have achieved and continue to achieve lower results than their female peers in national and international language assessments. However, boys’ language learning in the Intermediate Phase in South African schools is surprisingly under-researched, particularly their writing skills development. This study contributes to the existing field of research by using positioning theory to understand Grade 6 boys’ writing development. It was an interpretative, qualitative, theory-seeking case study that was bound by time (1 year), space (Grade 6 classrooms in two mainstream schools in KwaZulu-Natal) and theme (the boys and teachers positioning during the observed writing lessons). Data were gathered from classroom observations and were analysed from the perspective of positioning theory. A cycle of the Grade 6 writing programme was analysed. Although the teachers followed the same policy statement, it was found that their scaffolding approaches within the stages of the writing cycle differed significantly. It was concluded that there are significant links among three key elements: teacher knowledge, teachers’ and learners’ positioning in the writing process, and learners achieving the object of cognition in the stages of the writing cycle

The aim of the research subject is to find out how it is impacting adolescence behavior and develop other comorbidities such as anxiety disorder, eating disorder, ODD/CD along with analyzing the impact, causes, relations and solutions addressing the same
E-FACILITATION`S RIPPLE EFFECT ON EDUCATIONAL TRANSITION
The rapid evolution of the online learning environment has stimulated an increased reliance on effective e-facilitation to enhance the educational experience. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the data were collected from the observation of a virtual workshop and questionnaires distributed to the participants through an online survey tool. The research investigates how the quality of e-facilitation influences the psychological safety perceptions of participants and subsequently affects their willingness to share knowledge. The study suggests that e-facilitation acts as a catalyst, creating a ripple effect on the psychological safety climate within online learning communities. By fostering a supportive and inclusive digital atmosphere, e-facilitators contribute to learners' sense of security, encouraging open communication and collaboration. Furthermore, the research investigates into the impact on knowledge-sharing behavior, clarifying the mechanisms through which e-facilitation facilitates the exchange of ideas, experiences, and insights among participants. The findings of this study have practical implications for educators, instructional designers, and e-facilitators seeking to optimize online learning environments
THE USE OF TOP-DOWN AND BOTTOM-UP LISTENING STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE MOROCCAN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS’ LISTENING COMPREHENSION AND LANGUAGE SKILLS
Listening is one of the most challenging skills for language learners; although they spend time listening to the teacher, their fellow students, and recordings, they are rarely exposed to listening strategies, which can help them become more effective and efficient listeners. Teaching methods mainly focus on productive skills compared to the listening skill, which has been considered the least understood and the most overlooked, until recently. (Nation & Newton, 2009). As a result, students encounter listening comprehension challenges and lack the appropriate language skills needed to complete listening and speaking tasks successfully. This study is, therefore, an attempt to investigate the impact of top-down and bottom-up listening strategies on improving Moroccan university students’ listening comprehension and language skills. Two groups of students, a controlled and an experimental, belonging to the same year and field took part in this study. Both groups were exposed to a pre-listening and a post-listening test, followed by speaking tasks. They were also exposed to listening tasks for about twelve weeks. The experimental group, however, were explicitly taught listening strategies for all stages of the listening tasks. This study adopts a qualitative approach to compare and analyze the results. Preliminary findings reveal that generally, both the controlled and experimental group improved their listening skills for gist. However, the use of bottom-up listening strategies has significantly proved effective in helping students of the experimental group to develop their listening comprehension for specific information and their oral production, which was more meaningful and efficient than that of the controlled group
INTELLIGENT NUMERICAL METHOD FOR STUDYING MHD MAXWELL WILLIAMSON NANOFLUID FLOW WITH BIO-CONVECTION AND ACTIVATION ENERGY
The use of artificial intelligence and its techniques has become increasingly widespread in recent times. It is being used to solve problems in various fields, especially in solving stiff non-linear equations that are considered mathematical models that represent a problem and predict results with high accuracy, effectiveness, and speed. Additionally, nanofluids play a pivotal role in studying heat transfer, particularly in the field of solar energy and its sources. All of this was the reason and motivation for doing this work. This work investigates a two-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic stretched flow (2D-MHDSF) of Maxwell Williamson nanofluid (MWNF) affected by bioconvection and activation energy numerically through Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation method (LMBM)-based supervised artificial neural network approach (ANN). The mathematical formulation for the problem was obtained through non-linear partial differential equations (PDEs). The leading PDEs were transmitted into non-linear ordinary differential equations (ODEs) by similarity transformation variables. The reference results for the 2D-MHDSF-MWNF model are produced by the Lobatto IIIA method through different scenarios of specific parameters for the flow velocity, fluid temperature, nanoparticle concentration, and motile density profiles. Using the obtained results as a dataset to apply the testing, training, and validation steps of the suggested ANN-LMBM for the 2D-MHDSF-MWNF model. The mean squared error, fitting curve, analysis of regression, and error histograms are presented to prove the efficiency and precision of the proposed method. The numerical results of ANN-LMBM are displayed as a study of the effects of different physical factors on flow dynamics for 2D-MHDSF-MWNF. For larger values of magnetic parameter, the flow velocity decreases while the distribution of the temperature, concentration rates, and microorganism density increase. The increasing value for the activation energy parameter leads to a rise in the concentration. In the future, analyze the impact of the activation energy on various nano-fluidic models by applying the proposed method LMBM
INVESTIGATING THE EFFECT OF CIGARETTE SMOKING ON THE NKX3.1 AND TMPRSS2 GENES ASSOCIATED WITH MALE FERTILITY
Cigarette's smoking has a wide negative impact on human health, and it's have been related to many serious issues like cancer, heart disease, respiratory system, and number of health problems. Also, smoking can affect fertility in men by affecting the sperm on several levels. Our research will investigate the genetic risk factors in male by focusing on NKX3.1 and TMPRSS2 genes related to male fertility and investigate the correlation between the gene’s polymorphisms of three groups (smokers, non-smokers, and infertile men). The NKX3.1 or NK3 homeobox 1 located on chromosome 8 is the first known prostate epithelium-specific marker it is an androgen regulated transcriptional and tumor suppressor gene this gene encodes for a homeobox-containing transcription factor and the transcription factor involved in development of the testes and prostate. there are not enough research data about NKX3.1 single nucleotide’s DNA variations and interaction with cigarettes smoking. The TMPRSS2 gene or transmembrane serine protease 2 is located on chromosome 21 is an endothelial cell surface gene encodes a protein that belongs to the serine protease family. TMPRSS2 is expressed in prostate epithelial cells and is needed for normal prostate function. It’s also expressed across the gastrointestinal (digestive) tract, such as in intestinal epithelial cells and across the respiratory tract. This gives TMPRSS2 gene an advantage to study or investigate gene expression influenced by lifestyle habits such as cigarettes smoke. Most of today research is confined to respiratory and cardiovascular system affected by cigarettes smoke but this research will investigate the relation between cigarettes smoking and fertility problems in men by selecting two fertility related genes (NKX3.1 and TMPRSS2) and analyzing single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) From 75 blood samples collected from 25 smokers ,25 control and 25 infertile\sub-fertile men. To amplify the regions of interest within the applied gene from extracted DNA, a polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) will be used, and ELISA technique to measure serum hormones level (Testosterone and prolactin and Estrogen). We expect this research to provide new information from a new aspect about the effect of cigarettes smoking on those genes and their relation to male infertility
