Compressive Strength Properties of Cassava Peel Ash and Wood Ash in Concrete Production
High rate of increase in the prices of cement is worrisome and become burden to people in the entire construction industry. Researchers, civil engineers, builders, architects and all concerns parties in the building industry are desperate for any suitable and effective but cheaper materials that can replace cement. There is need to find an alternative binding material that can be used mainly or in partial replacement of cement. The materials used were sourced from Bida town, Niger state, Nigeria. Wood ash and cassava peel ash were obtained after burning in the furnace at National Cereal Research Institute Badeggi, Bida into ash and passed through 75 micro meter sieve to the finest texture. The water use for the work was free from impurities. The comparative study on the compressive strength of concrete when OPC was partially replaced independently by some percentage of cassava peel ash (C.P.A) and wood ash (W.A) using 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% on both materials, 0.5 water-cement ratio and mixed design ration of 1:2:4. The mean strength of concrete at control is 0% (27.11N/mm2), 5% (24.44N/mm2), 10% (23.25N/mm2), 15% (23.36N/mm2), 20% (18.52N/mm2) and 25% (15.93N/mm2). 25% replacement of cement has the lowest mean strength at 28 days. Replacement at 5, 10 15% are within specification of (20N/mm2) for plain concrete while 20 and 25% are not suitable for structural concrete. The higher the pozzolanic material added to the cement in concrete production the lower the strength. The effects of Cassava Peel Ash and Wood Ash as environment pollution can be reduced when utilized as part of cement in concrete production

Apart from the availability of books in physical form, sections of the copies were available in the soft copy and this feature was pronounced in the case of the high business center. The businesses were also different in terms of the overall physical sizes but this attribute could be attributed to the differences in the expected number of users. For example, the middle school and high school businesses were larger compared to the elementary business center visited but this outcome could be explained by the smaller number of business users in the selected elementary school. Hence, it can be inferred that the expected number of users dictates the overall and physical size of a business center

The Role of School Management Towards Staff Motivation for Effective Performance in Nepal: During the Covid-19
This study attempts to investigates the role of motivation on academic staffs of private school in Nepal. To analyze the staff motivation, a descriptive cum exploratory research design along with structured questionnaire has been administered for data collection. Out of total 291 private school in Lalitpur metropolitan city 20 schools were selected for this study, purposive sampling method is used as per the convenient of the researchers. The result of the study clearly depict that the role of school management towards staff motivation for effective performance is found to be inferior in practice. Therefore, the study concludes that, to mitigate the impact of Covid-19 during and after the crisis, the ground reality of staff’s motivation must be taken into consideration. The present research recommended that there is a substantial room for motivation in private school, Nepal because role on motivation in school is far from satisfactory. Thus to improve the situation congenial climate should be provided and encouragement should be taken
Thermal Property Investigation in Nanolubricants via Nano- Scaled Particle Addition
In nanolubricants, the increase in scholarly attention has been attributed to the affirmation that they exhibit enhanced thermo-physical features and that they can also be used in various thermal applications. Some of these applications where they could be incorporated include solar energy harvesting, industrial applications, and heat exchanger effectiveness enhancement. Recently, various approaches have been employed to enhance the coefficient of heat transfer, especially between the fluid contact surfaces and the working fluids. When it comes to conventional fluids of heat transfer, examples being ethylene glycol/water, thermal oils, and water, some studies document that they exhibit limitations. For instance, these fluids exhibit low thermal properties when compared to the solids with which they interact. To respond to this dilemma, there have been efforts in this study to have the fluids’ thermal properties improved via nano-scaled particle addition, causing marked evolutions in the evaluations of the behavior of fluids of heat transfer. Indeed, findings suggest that in base fluids, when the solid particles are suspended, there tends to be an enhancement in the fluid’s energy transmission; hence, notable improvements in material thermal conductivity properties, besides the betterment of material heat transfer characteristics
