Federal capitalization grants established and continue to seed the State Revolving Fund (SRF) program; therefore, any money provided to Project Sponsors through the SRF is subject to federal requirements. The EPA, as the funding agency for the SRF capitalization grants can also impose requirements on SRF loan recipients. Some requirements apply to all SRF projects with an additional few that apply to projects with equivalency requirements as well as some that apply to Clean Water Projects. The SCDOR requires certain tax payments to be initiated on or before the payment due date. Tax payments must post to the SCDOR bank account within two banking days after the due date. Revenue procedures and policies have been established by the SCDOR for this requirement. The EFT Program offers two options of payment: ACH Debit and ACH Credit. 2025 Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvements Grants Program Solicitation
The SC Department of Public Safety, Office of Highway Safety and Justice Programs, has been designated as the State Administrative Agency for the Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Grant Program for South Carolina. The purpose of this grant program is to improve the quality and timeliness of forensic science and medical examiner/coroner’s office services. Among other things, funds may be used to eliminate backlogs in the analysis of forensic evidence (including controlled substances, firearms examination, forensic pathology, latent prints, questioned documents, toxicology, and trace evidence), and to train and employ forensic laboratory personnel, as needed, to eliminate such a backlog
