The South Carolina Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (BHDD) Office of Mental Health (OMH) offers a unique opportunity for psychology fellows to develop both breadth and depth of knowledge and skill related to forensic psychological practice, particularly in the area of forensic evaluation, alongside the Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship with the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. The American Board of Forensic Psychology has accepted the postdoctoral fellowship program for their Five Year Experience Waiver since July of 2018

Fines and Fees Report FY 2025-26
Fines and fees reports are submitted in accordance with the Appropriations Act. It states in order to promote accountability and transparency, each state agency must provide and release to the public via the agency's website, a report of all aggregate amounts of fines and fees that were charged and collected by that state agency in the prior fiscal year. The report shall include, but not be limited to: (1) the code section, regulation, or proviso that authorized the fines and fees to be charged, collected, or received; (2) the amount of the fine or fee; (3) the amount received by source; (4) the purpose for which the funds were expended by the agency; (5) the amount of funds transferred to the general fund, if applicable, and the authority by which the transfer took place; and (6) the amount of funds transferred to another entity, if applicable, and the authority by which the transfer took place, as well as the name of the entity to which the funds were transferred. Additionally, the report must be delivered to the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee and the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee by September first. Funds appropriated to and/or authorized for use by each state agency shall be used to accomplish this directive
Regulation 61-68 : Water Classifications and Standards
This regulation, promulgated pursuant to authority in the S.C. Pollution Control Act, S.C. Code Sections 48-1-10 et seq., establishes a system and rules for managing and protecting the quality of South Carolina’s surface and ground water. They establish the State’s official classified water uses for all waters of the State, establish general rules and specific numeric and narrative criteria for protecting classified and existing water uses, and establish procedures for classifying waters of the State. The water quality standards include the uses of the waters, the numeric and narrative criteria, and the antidegradation rules contained in this regulation
