Get PDFThe Department of Public Health's staff are tasked with an increased duty of community engagement and outreach which goes beyond the scope of what they have traditionally done. The Midlands Public Health Region does not currently have a system to track and document contacts and interactions with community partners. A tracking system is needed to minimize duplication of effort, better coordinate activities, and have an accurate account of what staff are truly doing in their communities.
