Analyzing Factors Driving Economic Growth in Indonesia Using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) Model
Purpose: This research aims to determine the effect of foreign direct investment (FDI), inflation, and employment on Indonesia's economic progress from 1990 to 2021.
Theoretical framework: The theoretical literature on the influence of foreign direct investment on economic growth offers two distinct approaches. On the basis of the preceding theoretical explanation, it can be determined that inflation is a continuous increase in the price of goods and services over a given period, not just for a single item.
Design/methodology/approach: This study uses the ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) model. Various model and method have been carried out for empirical studies of economic development; analysis Vector Auto Regression
Findings: According to the findings, inflation has a considerable and negative impact on Indonesia's long-term economic growth. At lags 2 and 3, FDI has a big advantageous influence on the Indonesian economy but has a significant negative impact in the long run. Over time, employment has no substantial and negative impact on economic growth.
Research, Practical & Social implications: According to this study, the Indonesian government should continue controlling inflation and establishing a more conducive investment climate to boost economic growth.
Originality/value: This study reveals that the inflation component has a large and negative impact on Indonesia's economic growth over the long term. Long-term inflation increases can support economic growth in Indonesia

Office Management Competencies Model Based on Industrial Perspectives
Purpose: this paper’s purpose is to explore competencies that should be acquired by graduates according to industries that they will work for. This study also proposes a model for competencies for office management aspect in industries and the categorization of these competencies and activities based on not only the education background but also the management level in an organization.
Theoretical framework: The literature used in this study consists of many sources. However, we emphasize on the work description that is required in office management (Hollis-Turner; 2015 and Maynard; 1967).
Design/methodology/approach: We gathered several cross-sectional articles on office competencies, and we also collected primary data through interviews with three experienced professionals in offices. We use critical systems heuristics to structure the answers, as well as construct the model of office competencies.
Findings: The results of this research are two folds. First, the exploration of office management field competencies has several discrepancies between industrial perspectives and what are taught at the university or school, including soft skill competencies that should be given when graduates were still in school or university. Second result is the model is constructed that has significant contribution for the academic and industrial aspects.
Research, Practical & Social implications: We would suggest that academic world would learn and adapt from the model constructed to avoid future misconception on office competencies. In the future, more office research will enrich the resources to determine the curriculum especially in office management.
Originality/value: The result of this study emphasizes that while office can be changed into virtual offices, the competencies to run an office are still needed. Hence, this study shows the perspective from industries in Indonesia that can be used for curriculum redesign in universities and schools

Urgency of Reform Asset Forfeiture Model of Narcotics Crime in Investigation
Purpose: The Narcotics Law as a foundation in law enforcement to eradicate illicit drug trafficking, is not effective enough in tackling narcotics crime, because the legal paradigm adopted in the narcotics law is oriented towards imprisoning the perpetrator (follow the suspect), while the assets resulting from narcotics crimes continue to be used for narcotics trafficking and distribution. The problem is what is the urgency of renewing the model of asset forfeiture from narcotics crimes? What is the ideal model of asset forfeiture from narcotics crimes?
Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used is a normative approach and empirical approach sourced from primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained by means of field studies and interviews while secondary data is obtained by means of literature studies. The data that has been collected is analyzed qualitatively.
Findings: The urgency of updating the model of seizure of assets resulting from narcotics crimes must receive attention in criminal law policy, this is because the current mechanism is not adequate and even tends to use assets as an instrument of illicit drug trafficking, which should be maximized for the rehabilitation of drug addicts and abusers. The future model of asset forfeiture in relation to the renewal of the investigation for asset forfeiture of narcotics crimes is a model of asset forfeiture without punishment. This model is known as in rem forfeiture, or also known as civil forfeiture, and NCB asset forfeiture. The NCB model is essentially a suit brought against assets, not against persons. The action is separate from the criminal court, but only determines that the assets have been tainted by the criminal offense
