Analisis Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Ditinjau dari Aspek produksi dan Pemasaran Produksi Pipa PVC Rucika di Jawa Barat
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis produksi pipa PVC merk Rucika di wilayah Jawa Barat, ditinjau dari aspek produksi dan pemasaran. Aspek produksi dianalisis berdasarkan ketersediaan bahan baku, kapasitas mesin, lokasi pabrik, dan efisiensi proses produksi. Sementara itu, aspek pemasaran ditinjau melalui analisis segmentasi pasar, target konsumen, strategi pemasaran, dan proyeksi permintaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif melalui studi lapangan, observasi langsung, serta analisis data sekunder. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi produksi, pabrik Rucika mampu memenuhi permintaan pasar lokal dengan efisiensi operasional yang baik. Dari sisi pemasaran, pertumbuhan permintaan terhadap produk pipa PVC di Jawa Barat cukup signifikan, didukung oleh perkembangan infrastruktur dan konstruksi. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan, bisnis ini dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan, baik dari sisi teknis produksi maupun potensi pasar. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui diversifikasi produk dan penguatan distribusi di daerah-daerah potensial
PERANCANGAN UNIVERSITAS PROF. AGUNG PUTRA DENGAN PENDEKATAN MIXED USE BUILDING DI SEMARANG
Pendidikan formal memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan potensi manusia. Di bidang kedokteran, pendidikan ini meliputi berbagai disiplin ilmu yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan berkembangnya Stem Cell and Cancer Reasearch (SSCR) di Semarang, diharapkan dapat menciptakan dokter yang mendukung kegiatan akademis di bidang Stem Cell. Dr. Agung Putra, seorang profesional di bidang kedokteran, yang berfokus pada penelitian stem cell untuk menciptakan metode terapi inovatif. Perancangan ini mengambil konsep pendekatan Mixed use yang memiliki makna mengintegrasikan pendidikan dengan komersil. Konsep ini bertujuan menciptakan ekosistem yang saling menguntungkan, di mana kebutuhan mahasiswa dan masyarakat dapat terpenuhi dengan lebih baik, sambil mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Semarang secara keseluruhan. Penerapan Mixed Use diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan lahan dan meningkatkan kualitas kehidupan di sekitar kampus, serta menciptakan keseimbangan antara aktivitas pendidikan dan bisnis di daerah Semarang. Gedung pendidikan mengambil konsep biophilic yang mewakili fungsional, efisien dan keberlanjutan dengan penggunaan material alami dan penciptaan nuansa ruang yang berbeda. Analysis of the Influence of Learning Strategies on the Academic Achievement of Gen-Z Students with Data Visualization Using Matplotlib in Python
This research examines the influence of learning strategies on the Grade Point Average (GPA) of Generation Z (Gen- Z) students. The background of this research is to understand how the learning strategies used by Gen-Z students affect their GPA. The research aims to analyze the influence of various learning strategies, identify the most effective ones, and demonstrate the use of the Matplotlib library in Python for data visualization. This research is quantitative in nature using statistical methods to evaluate the results. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to students, including the frequency of using learning strategies such as reading books, watching YouTube tutorials, doing practice questions, taking private lessons/online tutoring, and participation in training/seminars/workshops. Data analysis was carried out using Python and the Matplotlib library to visualize the data and provide a clear picture of the effectiveness of the learning strategy implemented. The research results show that active and technology- integrated learning strategies have a significant influence on increasing the academic achievement of Gen-Z students. Specifically, strategies such as watching YouTube tutorials and doing practice questions had a positive correlation with improving students' GPAs. These findings indicate the importance of adapting learning methods that suit the characteristics and learning preferences of Gen-Z students
Designing User Interface and User Experience for Habit Tracker Application for Android Mobile Devices
Positive habit formation is one of the main challenges in everyday life that requires consistency and continuous motivation. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based habit tracker application with a focus on optimizing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) to increase user engagement and effectiveness in building positive habits. The research methodology uses the User-Centered Design (UCD) approach which includes the stages of user needs analysis, wireframe and mockup design, prototyping, and usability testing evaluation. Data collection was carried out through a survey of 150 respondents to identify user needs and preferences for the habit tracker application. The UI/UX design process integrates the principles of Material Design Guidelines and the psychology of habit formation theory to create an intuitive and motivating interface. The main features of the application include habit tracking with progress visualization, reward and gamification systems, reminder notifications, and analytics dashboards. The results of the usability testing evaluation showed a user satisfaction level of 87% with a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 82.5, which is included in the "excellent" category. A/B testing on various UI elements showed an increase in user retention rate of 34% and completion rate of 28% compared to conventional design. The application successfully implemented a consistent responsive design across different screen sizes with an average loading time of 2.3 seconds. This research contributes to the development of user-friendly mobile applications for habit tracking, provides insights into the importance of a psychological approach in UI/UX design, and serves as a reference for the development of similar applications in the future
Design of a Website-Based Employee Attendance Information System at PT. TOP AIRCONDITIONER
PT. Top Airconditioner is one of the companies engaged in AC service and air conditioning providers located at Permata Tangerang Blok DA No.11. PT. Top Airconditioner is currently using an outdated employee attendance system that involves collecting attendance data on paper, which is prone to loss and damage. This leads to delays in data recapitulation and ineffective management. To address this issue, a research was conducted to develop a web-based employee attendance system. The research utilized RAD analysis research method, UML system design, and PHP programming language with MySQL database. The main objectives were to create a system that allows employees to easily record their attendance daily and enables HRD to monitor attendance of employee more efficiently. The result of the research is a web-based employee attendance system that simplifies the process of recording attendance and enhances overall management. This new system will streamline the attendance process for PT. Top Airconditioner and improve HRD's ability to monitor attendance accurately
Dampak Pandemi Terhadap Minat Pengguna Transportasi Umum Jakarta
Pandemi yang sedang terjadi telah memukul berbagai sektor, termasuk bidang transportasi. Angkutan umum penumpang, barang dan logistik terkena dampak langsung dari pandemi ini. Tidak terkecuali penduduk Jakarta juga turut terkena dampak dari bidang transportasi di masa pandemi, mulai dari kesulitan menggunakan angkutan umum massal untuk mencegah penularan dari virus, hingga kesulitan membeli kebutuhan pokok. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi terhadap minat penduduk Jakarta akan penggunaan transportasi umum serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi. Data yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian adalah jawaban dari responden terhadap kuesioner online yang disebarkan secara acak kepada penduduk Jakarta yang sebelum pandemi biasa menggunakan transportasi umum, serta data sekunder yaitu studi literatur untuk memperkuat teori dan hipotesis. Data yang sudah didapatkan diolah menggunakan software pengolah data statistik dengan metode uji Chi-Square dan uji Kendall Tau-b. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil perhitungan uji Kendall Tau-b sebesar 0,000 dan nilai keeratan sebesar 0,448 yang berarti ada hubungan tingkat menengah dari minat penduduk Jakarta untuk menggunakan angkutan umum saat pandemi. Didapatkan juga hasil Chi-Square X2hitung kurang dari X2tabel (25,45 < 81,38) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara minat penduduk Jakarta terhadap angkutan umum selama pandemi dengan penerapan Peraturan Menteri (Permen) Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 Tahun 2020
Self Control And Peer Attachment: Unraveling Their Links to Adolescent Cybersex Behavior
Cybersex, a component of Online Sexual Activity (OSA), is defined as engaging in sexual activities over the internet. This study aims to examine the relationship and influence of adolescent characteristics, family characteristics, self- control and peer attachment on cybersex behavior in adolescents. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design on 116 adolescents in West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Jambi with a purposive sampling technique with the criteria that adolescents aged 16-18 years and often access sexual content or who have been exposed to sexual content. Data processing used Microsoft Excel software and the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. The correlation test results show that self-control has a significant negative relationship with cybersex behavior, while peer attachment has a significant positive relationship with cybersex behavior. In addition, multiple linear regression analysis was performed to examine the simultaneous influence of self-control, peer attachment, and other relevant variables on cybersex behavior. The regression results showed a significant negative effect between self-control and length of friendship on cybersex behavior, as well as a significant positive effect of peer attachment and the duration of adolescents' gatherings with their friendship groups on cybersex behavio
THE SGIE ABBREVIATION JOKE IN THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL AND VICE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE: A NETNOGRAPHIC STUDY OF TIKTOK POSTS WITH THE HASHTAG #SGIE
The General Election (Pemilu) is a democratic event held every five years by the Indonesian people to elect the President and Vice President. The next election will take place on February 14, 2024. There are three pairs of presidential and vice-presidential candidates who will compete: Pair Number 1, Anies Rasyid Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar; Pair Number 2, Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka; and Pair Number 3, Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD. As in previous elections, the General Election Commission (KPU) will organize five debate sessions, comprising three for presidential candidates and two for vice-presidential candidates. So far, two debates have been held—one for each candidate type. An intriguing moment occurred during the vice-presidential debate on December 22, 2023, when one candidate asked another about the abbreviation "SGIE," which the latter failed to answer. This sparked a wave of reactions on social media, especially TikTok, where more than 30.4 million posts featured the hashtag #SGIE. Due to this widespread attention, the researchers were motivated to study the phenomenon using a netnographic approach. Organizational Communication in the Digital Era: Work From Anywhere Policies
An example of implementing Working From Anywhere in a government agency, namely the Ministry of Finance which is a pioneer in implementing new modern work patterns through the use of digital communication technology. The implementation of Work From Anywhere is part of the Ministry of Finance's strategic initiative, which provides flexibility in work locations during certain periods by maximizing information and communication technology to increase and maintain employee productivity. This research aims to make an academic contribution by adding knowledge to the research that has been carried out. The method used in this research is literature study by collecting information through scientific journals and books which are analyzed based on existing problems. Sources of information are obtained from research conducted by credible researchers and writers. Implementing Work From Anywhere has become an important option for many organizations post the Covid-19 pandemic, driven by technological advances and the need for flexibility in the workplace. Digital Communication Technology plays a key role in supporting the implementation of Work From Anywhere Policies, allowing employees to stay connected without having to be physically in the office location and the implementation of Work From Anywhere has great potential to increase work effectiveness in the digital era. Evaluation of Ecological Minimum Quantity Lubrication Turning of AISI 4340 Alloy for Parametric Choices Using the Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) Method
Flood-cutting fluids and minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) schemes are associated with high cutting fluid costs and health effects, which should be regulated through the selection and optimization of parameters. This paper applies the distance from average solution (EDAS) method to assess the criteria value regarding three alternatives (cutting depth, cutting speed and feed) using CuO nano lubricants discharged in minimum quantity lubrication. Three responses, including beneficial (cutting speed, feed and cutting depth) and non-beneficial (cutting force) responses were used. A novel weight determination scheme based on the beneficial and non-beneficial criteria was established for the first time as inputs to the EDAS method. The weights established 0.1504, 0.2832, 0.2832 and 0.2832 for cutting force, cutting speed, feed and cutting depth, respectively. The results show a multi-modal best performance of 0.8438, which occurs in multiple experimental trials of 2, 4, 5, and 8. The optimization implemented in this study uses all inputs and the CuO nano lubricant was considered in each case using a spreadsheet for the evaluation. Case study data illustrating the uniqueness of the method using the literature data shows that EDAS is robust enough to be applied in machining activities
