    Structured Defect Data-Based K-Means Clustering Analysis and Framework for Quality Control (QC) Prioritization in Manufacturing

    Quality Control (QC) sangat penting dalam manufaktur untuk memastikan kualitas produk dan meminimalisir cacat produk. Namun, meningkatnya kompleksitas produk dan proses manufaktur telah membuat identifikasi dan prioritas cacat untuk QC menjadi lebih menantang, sementara sebagian besar studi hanya berfokus pada inspeksi visual. Oleh karena itu, studi ini mengusulkan analisis berbasis data cacat terstruktur dan kerangka kerja untuk menemukan prioritas dalam proses QC. Kerangka kerja ini menggunakan pengelompokan K-Means untuk mengelompokkan cacat berdasarkan karakteristiknya, seperti jenis, lokasi, dan tingkat keparahan yang memengaruhi tingkat biaya perbaikan. Untuk memvalidasi model, Davis-Bouldin Index dan Silhouette Score digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas model. Eksplorasi data menunjukkan bahwa setiap fitur memiliki hubungan serta dampak terhadap biaya perbaikan di mana tingkat keparahan yang lebih besar sejalan dengan biaya perbaikan yang lebih tinggi. Penemuan menunjukkan bahwa cluster 0 adalah yang harus diprioritaskan karena memiliki biaya perbaikan tertinggi di antara yang lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerangka kerja tersebut dapat secara efektif mengidentifikasi dan memprioritaskan cacat untuk QC, yang berpotensi mengarah pada peningkatan kualitas produk dan pengurangan biaya manufaktur

    Perancangan Sistem Kontrol Ketinggian Muka Cairan Pada Tangki Spherical Menggunakan Kontroler PID-Gain Scheduling

    Tangki spherical adalah salah satu tangki pressure vessel yang memiliki bentuk yang sangat nonlinear karena bentuk geometrisnya dan tangki ini banyak digunakan pada industri untuk menyimpan cairan dengan kapasitas besar. Tangki spherical ini banyak digunakan karena keunggulannya untuk mendistribusi tegangan yang lebih merata sehingga cenderung tidak memiliki titik lemah, dan juga luas permukaan per satuan  volume yang dimiliki lebih kecil membuatnya panas yang ditransferkan dari lingkungan lebih kecil dibandingkan bentuk tangki lainnya. Pengendalian ketinggian muka cairan pada tangki ini menjadi tantangan karena sifat nonlinearnya yang menyebabkan dinamika proses bervariasi secara ekstrem. Penelitian ini mengusulkan metode kontrol PID dengan pendekatan Gain Scheduling (PID-GS) untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Metode ini memungkinkan parameter kontrol beradaptasi dengan melakukan penjadwalan sesuai perubahan kondisi operasi. Simulasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan MATLAB Simulink untuk mengevaluasi performa PID-GS dibandingkan PID konvensional pada berbagai setpoint. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa PID-GS memiliki rise time lebih cepat, final value lebih akurat, dan overshoot yang lebih kecil dibandingkan PID konvensional. Selain itu, PID-GS memberikan stabilitas sistem yang lebih baik dengan settling time yang lebih singkat. Analisis kesalahan kumulatif menggunakan parameter seperti IAE, ITAE, ITSE, dan ISE menunjukkan bahwa PID-GS unggul pada setpoint rendah hingga menengah. Namun, peningkatan kesalahan kumulatif pada setpoint tinggi menunjukkan perlunya optimasi lebih lanjut terhadap parameter Gain Scheduling. Secara keseluruhan, PID-GS menawarkan solusi kontrol yang efektif dan efisien untuk sistem non-linear seperti tangki spherical, dengan potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan kinerja di seluruh rentang operas

    Dengan meningkatnya jumlah lansia yang hidup sendirian, penting untuk menciptakan solusi yang dapat membantu mereka dalam mengingat jadwal waktu minum obat guna mencegah potensi masalah kesehatan. Kesehatan mereka sangat tergantung pada kepatuhan terhadap pengaturan konsumsi obat. Pasien Lansia mungkin mengalami kesulitan dalam mengingat jadwal konsumsi obat karena faktor seperti penurunan daya ingat atau gangguan kognitif oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe sistem alarm monitoring obat sebagai pengingat waktu jadwal minum obat berbasis Internet of Thing. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat beberapa komponen seperti Real Time Clock (RTC), Sensor Ultrasonik, Motor Servo NodeMCU ESP32 yang terhubung ke Arduino Uno. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pasien lansia dalam mengonsumsi obat secara tepat waktu serta membantu perawat dalam memantau jadwal waktu minum obat melalui notifikasi yang dikirimkan secara otomatis ke aplikasi Telegram dengan delay sekitar 3.006 detik ini, perawat kemungkinan besar tidak akan merasakan keterlambatan yang signifikan dalam menerima pesan notifikasi. Hasil pengujian RTC memiliki akurasi yang tinggi dengan penyimpangan waktu atau eror yang kecil.Kotak obat akan terbuka secara otomatis ketika pasien berada pada jarak  kurang 20 cm dan waktu bertepatan dengan jadwal minum obat, sistem secara otomatis memicu alarm atau peringatan berupa bunyi buzzer dan LED yang menyala sebagai pengingat. Prototipe ini memberikan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan jadwal konsumsi obat lansia

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan kecepatan internet yang menjadi tantangan seiring berkembangnya teknologi dan jumlah perangkat terkoneksi, terutama dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan IoT. Teknologi Segment Routing berbasis MPLS dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi routing dengan kontrol jalur trafik yang lebih fleksibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk optimalisasi sistem jaringan MPLS Segment Routing dengan layanan VPLS dan VPRN sehingga menghasilkan efisiensi dalam traffic forwarding sehingga menghasilkan nilai QOS yang baik. Metode penelitian meliputi perancangan topologi yang menggunakan 7 buah virtual router, 2 buah server ubuntu, 2 buah switch, dan 2 buah virtual windows yang disimulasikan pada simulator GNS3. Terdapat tiga skenario pengujian: (1) VPRN dengan link normal, (2) VPLS dengan link normal, dan (3) VPRN dan VPLS dengan link failure. Dari hasil pengujian dengan tiga skenario tersebut dilakukan analisa pola label paket data, performa QoS dengan parameter Throughput dan Delay berdasarkan standar TIPHON, dan waktu link recovery saat link failure. Hasilnya, throughput VPRN lebih tinggi (download 307 KBps, upload 311.2 KBps) dibandingkan VPLS (download 280.2 KBps, upload 303.8 KBps). VPRN juga memiliki delay lebih rendah (download 2.748 ms, upload 2.824 ms) dibandingkan VPLS (download 3.120 ms, upload 2.894 ms). Dalam link recovery, VPRN lebih cepat (1.248 ms) dibandingkan VPLS (1.253 ms). Dari semua hasil pengujian tersebut masuk dalam kategori 4, yaitu sangat baik dalam standar TIPHON. Kesimpulannya, service VPRN pada jaringan MPLS Segment Routing lebih unggul dalam parameter QoS throughput, delay, dan recovery link failure dibandingkan VPLS, sehingga lebih efektif untuk mendukung kebutuhan trafik data berkecepatan tinggi dan stabilitas koneksi di masa depan

    In today's work world, generation Z has the largest population compared to previous generations. Generation Z tends to pursue what they want so they often change jobs. Therefore, companies need to manage so that Gen Z employees do not have the desire to leave the company. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the Influence of Perceived Organizational Support and compensation on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at PT. XYZ with a sample of 180 Gen Z employees. The sampling technique was probability sampling, while data collection used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques used SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) approach. The results showed that perceived organizational support had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Compensation had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Perceived organizational support and compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The role of job satisfaction as a mediator of the influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intention was proven to have a negative and significant effect. Likewise, job satisfaction was proven to mediate the influence of compensation on turnover intention, which was proven to have a negative and significant effect

    Financial and Macroeconomic Ratio Analysis Against Financial Distress

    This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios and macroeconomic factors on financial distress in trade, service and investment sector companies during the 2018-2021 period. The sampling method used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 58 companies. Testing was carried out using E-Views using the panel data regression analysis method. Financial distress is measured using the Altman Z-Score where the higher the value indicates the healthier the company. The results showed that the profitability ratios as measured by Return on Assets had a significant positive effect on financial distress. That is, the higher the Return on Assets, the healthier the company's finances. The leverage ratio as measured by the Debt-to-Equity Ratio has no significant effect on financial distress. The liquidity ratio as measured by the Current Ratio has a significant positive effect on financial distress. In addition, the activity ratio as measured by Total Asset Turnover has a significant negative effect on financial distress. That is, the higher the total asset turnover of a company, the more un-healthy the company's financial condition will be. The inflation variable as measured by the Consumer Price Index has no significant effect on financial distress in companies in the trade, service and investment sectors during the 2018-2021 period

    The telecommunications industry has been undergoing a wave of transformation due to fundamental shifts in consumer behavior, rapid technological innovation, and increasing market competition. For PT Telkom Indonesia, these changes have posed significant challenges, particularly in the Enterprise segment, where performance has declined in recent years.Objectives: This paper analyzes the relationship between business portfolio configuration, B2B IT digital strategy, and business performance at PT Telkom Indonesia, emphasizing the intermediary role that digital innovation plays in linking strategic initiatives to performance achievements.Methodology: Employing a quantitative design, data were drawn from 136 respondents occupying managerial positions in Telkom Indonesia’s business units. The research model was tested using PLS-SEM facilitated by SmartPLS 4.0, aiming to capture both direct linkages and the mediating impact of digital innovation across variables.Finding: The analysis shows that while the structuring of the business portfolio does not significantly enhance business performance, the deployment of B2B IT digital strategy has a notable positive effect. Furthermore, digital innovation critically shapes organizational outcomes by serving as both a direct contributor and a mediator, reinforcing its strategic importance in converting planned initiatives into measurable value.Conclusion: The study reveals that innovation is fundamental to strategic success. Rather than being determined solely by the formulation of business portfolios or digital strategies, Telkom Indonesia’s performance is significantly influenced by the firm's capability to operationalize these strategies through continuous innovation. These insights reinforce the critical need for digital transformation initiatives to fully integrate innovation into strategic execution frameworks

    The Effect of Work-Life Balance and Rewards on Performance Mediated by Psychological Well-Being

    Objective: This study aims to determine the influence of Work-Life Balance and Reward in improving Work Performance with Psychogical Well-Being as a mediating variable.Methods: The study was conducted at Stanagiri Luxury and Khastana in the areas of Tegal Suci, Sebatu, Tegallalang, Gianyar, Bali with 120 samples using purposive sampling. The data was processed using SPSS to describe the demographics of the respondents, and AMOS SEM to confirm the hypothesis.Results: Work-Life Balance had a significant and positive effect on Psychological Well-Being. Work Life Balance has a significant and positive effect on work performance. Reword has no effect on Psychological Well-being. Rewards have no effect on Work Performance. Psychological Well-Being has a significant and positive effect on Work Performance. Psychological Well-Being mediates the relationship between Work-Life Balance and Individual Work Performance. Psychological Well-Being mediates the relationship between Reward and Job Performance.Conclusion: Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Psychological Well-being and Work Performance. On the other hand, Rewards do not have a significant effect on Psychological Well-Being or Work Performance. Psychological well-being has a positive and significant effect on Work Performance and acts as a mediator in the relationship between Work-Life Balance, Reward, and Individual Work Performance

    Risk Management in Air Cargo Delivery: Addressing with the House of Risk Framework

    Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the root reasons of delayed products delivery and to create risk-reduction plans for logistics service providers that use air transportation.Methodology: The House of Risk (HOR) approach was utilized, which entailed in-depth interviews and questionnaires filled out by people who were knowledgeable about the problem.Findings: Twelve separate risk events were found, and eighteen risk agents were shown to be involved in these delays. Nine of them were identified as priority risk agents, indicating that they were the main reasons for the delays. In order to limit the hazards identified, the study developed eight preventive strategies that were carefully sequenced to address these difficulties. The study's conclusions are meant to help the business put the suggested mitigation plans into practice. These strategies specifically seek to lower or limit the possibility of delays when carrying air cargo. By putting these strategies into practice, the company may improve the dependability and efficiency of its logistics processes, guaranteeing the timely delivery of goods.Conclusion: The ultimate goal of the research is to provide the organization with practical and effective strategies to reduce or eliminate the probability of disruptions in their logistical operations, particularly concerning aviation cargo shipments bound to Papua. By implementing the recommended preventive measures, the company is expected to increase the dependability and efficacy of their logistics operations, which is the anticipated result of this research. Through the implementation of this strategic approach, the company can effectively bolster customer satisfaction, sustain a competitive advantage within the logistics sector, and ensure punctual deliveries

    The communication style of a KOL, Detective Doctor is able to create informative and interesting content, starting from a TikTok account that has its own characteristics, to the content that makes it known to the wider community. In the context of verbal communication, the message conveyed by Detective Doctor through social media content is expressed in the form of certain words or sentences that reflect the characteristics of his communication style. The aim is to find and understand the communication style of detective doctors in reviewing skincare products. This research applies a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study uses the theory of communication style and self-presentation. primary data through non-participant observation by observing the TikTok account @dotif and reviewing the content of the detective doctor who reviews products. The results of this study concluded that there are four communication styles used by detective doctors to create success in their communication. and one element of self-presentation that is consistently used by detective doctors.
