    Perancangan Aplikasi Media Sosial TeiTei

    Digital transformation has driven the need for social media platforms that can provide simple, personal, and effective interactions. However, many existing applications tend to offer complex features that are less relevant to user needs. This research aims to design and develop TeiTei, a web-based social media application that emphasizes ease of use, convenience, and interactivity. This research includes identifying user needs, designing a user-friendly interface using the CSS Bootstrap framework, developing a PHP-based system with the Laravel framework, and managing the database using MySQL. In addition, a search algorithm was implemented to improve the efficiency of finding other users on the platform. The results of this research produced a web-based social media application prototype that can meet user needs through an intuitive interface design and relevant features. The implementation of search algorithms also adds value by expanding users' social networks. This research is expected to make a significant academic contribution to the development of social media applications, as well as serve as a reference for similar studies aimed at enhancing digital social interaction experiences

    Perangkat lunak berbasis Computer Aided Design (CAD) masih menjadi salah satu andalan setiap mahasiswa dalam kegiatan mendesain pada mata kuliah perancangan. Namun, hal tersebut dapat menjadi masalah pada era digitalisasi yang terus berkembang pesat karena disatu sisi perangkat lunak berbasis Building Information Modeling (BIM) sudah mulai banyak digunakan untuk merancang. Perangkat lunak berbasis BIM dalam dunia desain memberikan solusi yang lebih efisien dan terintegrasi, serta sudah berkembang sejak beberapa tahun silam. Metode BIM menawarkan efisiensi waktu pengerjaan desain yang lebih adaptif dan terukur sehingga dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam membuat gambar rancang yang lebih komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kecenderungan mahasiswa arsitektur yang aktif dalam merancang menggunakan perangkat lunak pada mata kuliah perancangan arsitektur khususnya pada rancangan yang kompleks. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menguji hipotesis dengan mengidentifikasikan tiga faktor dalam kecenderungan pemilihan perangkat lunak BIM dan non-BIM yang memiliki pengaruh penting dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu self-rated Proficiency (Kemampuan), Learning Time / Exposure (Waktu), dan Functional Tendency Principle (Fungsi).  Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar mahasiswa masih cenderung menggunakan perangkat lunak non-BIM. Mahasiswa dengan tingkat pemahaman yang lebih tinggi, masa studi yang lebih panjang, serta kemampuan menyesuaikan penggunaan perangkat lunak dengan kebutuhan perancangan, cenderung memilih BIM sebagai perangkat utama dalam proses desain lanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa tiga faktor tersebut memiliki keterkaitan terhadap kecenderungan mahasiswa dalam memilih BIM atau non-BIM

    The Influence of Product Quality, Price and Service Quality on Ana Jetkul Refill Water Consumer Satisfaction and Loyalty

    The human need for drinking water is fundamental and requires quality maintenance to avoid health risks. One option to meet this need is through water refilling, a service provided by Ana Jetkul. As a business that has faced increasing competition over the last decade, Ana Jetkul must have a competitive advantage to continue thriving. This research investigates the impact of product quality, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The structural equation modelling (SEM) method tests the correlation between variables. Samples are selected using purposive or judgment sampling methods involving the participation of 231 respondents. Data is collected by directly distributing questionnaires to Ana Jetkul's customers. The research results indicate that product quality, price, and service quality influence customer satisfaction. Price, product quality, and customer satisfaction influence service quality. However, the customer satisfaction variable only significantly impacts customer loyalty at Ana Jetkul

    This research aims to find the influence of value innovation on competitive advantage and its strengthened impact on corporate sustainability. The population in this study is building management manager who worked at office buildings in Jakarta. Research samples are based on purposive sampling method with a total of 500 data. Logistics regression analysis with MRA test with the strengthening corporate sustainability. The result showed that value innovation significantly affected competitive advantage. In addition, the results of this study also show that corporate sustainability strengthens competitive advantage

    This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Employee Performance (EP), with Normative Commitment (NC) as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on civil servants (ASN) of the Serang City Government, Banten. The target population consisted of ASN with a minimum tenure of five years (N = 1,500). The sample size was determined using the Slovin/Taro Yamane formula with a margin of error of approximately 8.76 percent, resulting in 120 respondents. The sampling technique applied was probability sampling with a simple random sampling (SRS) approach, ensuring that every employee in the population had an equal chance of being selected. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with the PLS-SEM method through SmartPLS software. The results show that POS positively influences employee performance, while NC also plays a significant role in improving performance. Furthermore, NC mediates the influence of POS on employee performance, indicating that employees’ sense of obligation strengthens the effect of organizational support. These findings suggest that organizational practices such as fair treatment, adequate rewards, and concern for employee welfare are crucial in fostering responsibility, loyalty, and improved performance in public organizations

    This research aims to analyze the effect of Shopping Enjoyment and Social Media Addict on Impulse Buying mediated through FoMO in Tiktok Shop users. The subjects in this study were consumers who had shopped at least twice in the Tiktok application. The sample used in this study were 102 respondents. The sample collection technique in this study was non-probability sampling with the method used, namely purposive sampling. By using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distribution instrument (questionnaire) . The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS 4.0. The results in this study indicate that (1) Shopping Enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on FoMO, (2) Social Media Addict has a positive and significant effect on FoMO, (3) FoMO has a positive and insignificant effect on Impulse Buying, (4) Shopping Enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, (5) Social Media Addict has a positive and insignificant effect on Impulse Buying, (6) Shopping Enjoyment has a positive and insignificant effect on Impulse Buying through FoMO mediation, (7) Social Media Addict has a positive and insignificant effect on Impulse Buying through FoMO mediation

    This study aims to analyze the effect of Bank Profitability, Non-Performing Loans and Bank Liquidity on the Value of Commercial Banks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016 - 2022 period. The populations in this study were all Commercial Bank companies listed on the IDX for the 2016 - 2022 periods, totaling 40 companies. . Then, the samples were analyzed using purposive sampling method to obtain 21 companies. The analytical method used is panel data regression with Eviews 10 software. The results show that bank profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of Commercial Banks listed on the IDX, non-performing loans have a negative and significant effect on the value of Commercial Banks listed on the IDX, and liquidity does not have a significant effect on the value of Commercial Banks listed on the ID

    This study aims to examine how much the Influence of Service Quality, Atmosphere (Store Atmosphere) and Social Media Promotion on Purchasing Decisions (Case study at a night lord coffee shop in Tegal City). The minimum number of research samples used was 190 respondents. The data collection method used is a survey, this research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and hypotheses are tested using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) program process. The results of this study show that the variables of Service Quality are significantly positive for purchasing decisions, Store Atmosphere is significantly positive for purchasing decisions and Social Media Promotion is significantly positive for purchasing decisions

Kredit Plus Pekanbaru merupakan layanan bertujuan untuk menyediakan pembiayaan online, sebagai alternative dari model peminjaman konvensional bank atau perusahaan pembiayaan lainya Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Komitmen Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Kredit Plus Pekanbaru. Objek penelitian ini adalah Karyawan pada PT. Kredit Plus Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampling Jenuh, metode sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 karyawan, teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa kinerja karyawan di pengaruhi model sebesar 89,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 10,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian in
