METHOD FOR ANALYZING COMPLEX SYSTEMS ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE COMPETENCE MODEL OF ICB4.0 IPMA PROJECT MANAGERS
The article proposes to consider some of the results of the analysis of the internal relations of the structure of the model of individual competencies of project managers, proposed by the International Project Management Association (ICB IPMA). A method is proposed for analyzing such structures, which provides for a series of steps, starting with the formulation of the problem and identification of the system investigated for solving the problem, and ending with updating the idea of the structure of interactions of the elements of the system under consideration and setting a new problem (problem). The authors use an approach such as system engineering based on modeling, which assumes a plurality of representations (models) in the study of one system. In the article, the system under study is presented both in the form of a graph and in the form of an adjacency matrix, which makes it possible to use various methods of analysis and build various models on a common model of primary data. When presented in the form of a graph, an example of application for analysis of such software as yEd and Gephi is considered. When analyzing using matrix analysis, it is first of all proposed to use classical methods of analyzing such representations as Markov systems with discrete states. It is suggested to consider the representation in the form of a second-order adjacency matrix, presenting it in the form of a “system landscape” showing the number of “paths” of transitions from one state to another (connections between elements), including through the adjacent elements of the system. It is proposed to consider such a matrix as an analogue of a “decision matrix”, considering the full set of system elements both as a set of “strategies” and as a set of “reactions” to strategies, which allows applying the methods of analysis of such a matrix used in game theory (decision theory). The closeness between the conclusions obtained on the basis of the analysis of the set of visual representations proposed by the authors and also the analytical approach they use, using elements of Markov analysis and game theory, is shown
THE EMOTIONAL INFECTION OF THE VIRTUAL INNOVATION PROJECT TEAM
Emotional infection is considered as a social and psychological mechanism of transferring the mental mood of the manager to the virtual project team and stakeholders of the projects. Emotional impact in the face of direct contact and the inclusion of the virtual team members in certain mental states have an impact on the effectiveness of project management. The main objective of emotional infection analysis is educated and creates the organization of new behavior in adverse, deadly, and aggressive external conditions the manager or virtual team. In times of global crisis and depression 2.0, the emotional behavior of the innovationproject manager and his infection with the project team is exacerbated by external uncertainty. The stakeholder infection model is based on an understanding of the life cycle of the project manager, which is presented as a curve for personal changes of the manager of innovative communication projects and programs. Emotions are considered in content, reflecting the various aspects and meanings that caused them. To apply the psychophysiological formula for assessing the impact of the emotional state of the virtual team of innovative projects, these influences have been transformed into a competent model for managing these projects
MODEL OF POPULATION MIGRATION IN AGGLOMERATIONS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE “SMART CITY” PARADIGM
The urban agglomeration is a multitude of united settlements according to economic, labor, cultural, household, and recreational characteristics. Agglomeration is perceived as an integral territorial union; therefore, it is essential to consider it in the framework of the “smart city” paradigm. All movements of the population within the agglomeration, despite the seeming chaos, can be presented systematically and identified certain patterns. These regularities will optimize the city’s infrastructure by shaping its transport system in such a way that it will be possible to exclude potentially emergency sections on the roads and reduce the traffic load on highways. In order to optimize the infrastructure of the agglomeration, the existing model of transport networks and population movement (migration) within it are considered.
The article presents an analysis of the “smart city” paradigm, describes its multidimensional structure and levels on which the urban infrastructure is built, and provides mathematical models based on which the agglomeration transport system is formed. To describe the model of population movement within the framework of an agglomeration, a data warehouse is considered, which contains information about an urban transport network comprising a set of points and communications laid between them. Based on this transport network, a route network is formed, which is a collection of all transport routes.
The paper describes a model of a transport and distribution system taking into account temporal and spatial characteristics and a model of an intelligent city transport system based on a hyper network. The models of transport systems used foreign countries’ experience, where there is a tendency to improve navigation and monitoring systems within the transport intelligent system of the city, are described
STRATEGIES AND OPERATION PRINCIPLES OF LOGISTIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Over the last few years the so-called new logistic technologies are rapidly developed. Information systems hold the central position in these technologies. Development of logistics in the developed countries not least are stimulated with the need of fast reaction of producers to market condition, aspiration to adapt in the changing situations in short time. The central idea of logistics is planning, management and control of entrepreneurial activity, all material and information flows connected with this activity. Information systems in logistics assume fast appropriate response to the market demand, tracking delivery time, optimization of functions in chains of delivery and supply. The research of modern backbone of information technologies in logistics is conducted in this article. Modern information technologies in logistics are analyzed. Modern technologies of information data processing in logistic streams and creation of logistic information technologies are also considered in the article. Some types of information technologies in logistics, structural principles and principles of operation of logistic information systems and also problems in the process of creation of logistic information technologies are described. ПЛАНИРОВАНИЕ ЗНАНИЕВОГО КОНТЕНТА ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОЙ ПРОГРАММЫ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ОНТОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ИНЖИНИРИНГА И ПРОЕКТНО-КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТНОГО ПОДХОДА
В статье рассматривается инновационная методика формирования знаниевых компонентов планируемого обучения, основанная на концепциях и механизмах онтологического инжиниринга, проектно-ориентированной технологии обучения и компетентностной модели выпускника. Показаны возможности образовательной среды, связанные, во-первых, с традиционным формирование знаниевого контента дисциплин учебного плана; во-вторых, в случае использования проектно-ориентированной технологии обучения, планировать знаниевый тренд и формировать знаниевый контент профилирующих и базовых дисциплин учебного плана специальности в соответствии с компетенциями компетентностных моделей этапов CDIO и, в-третьих, используя проектно-ориентированную технологию обучения и компетентностный подход, планировать знаниевый тренд и формировать знаниевый контент сценария индивидуальной траектории обучения. В этом случае, для конфигурирования сценария обучения используются знаниевые компоненты и параметры smart-контракта. На примере дисциплины «Технологии разработки распределенных приложений» и проекта «Банковская система типа клиент-сервер» приведены формализмы и концепции образовательной среды, связанные с формированием знаниевого контента данной дисциплины, в соответствии с компетентностными моделями этапов CDIO. Данная методика нашла свое отражение в образовательной среде, выполненной в виде web-приложения, и апробацию в учебном процессе на кафедре «Компьютерная и программная инженерия» университета «Туран»
DESIGNING DIGITAL CONTROLLERS FOR A CONTROLLED PLANT
This paper report contains an explanation of how to design a digital controller using the Laplace Transform to z-Transform conversion method. The objectives are that the controlled system should track step input with a reasonably small steady-state error and a settling time faster than the open-loop settling time. Furthermore, it should do so with the minimum overshoot that is reasonably possible. The main contribution is to establish the feasibility and ease of the systematic design procedure and future work will focus in more detail on applying the Sampling Theorem and deadbeat controller.There are several objectives that the controlled system should reach:1. Track step input with a reasonably small steady-state error and a settling time which should be faster than the open-loop settling time.2. Gain a small overshoot that is sufficiently possible.3. Have a systematic design procedure.A method for finding the parameters of the deadbeat controller in the MatLab environment is presented. Based on the results obtained the simulation reveals that even when the control grows by one-step, the settling time of the system response could be less than that of the deadbeat controller. The work shows that deadbeat could be a powerful analysis tool since it is possible to grab the entire dynamic easily using several samples
STRUCTURE OF THE PROJECT-ORIENTED ORGANIZATION ENERGY ENTROPY
This study presents the universal formalization of energy entropy for various organizations and its expression for project-oriented organizations. The energy entropy of organizations is determined by information entropy, total energy and the ratio of the achieved level of energy efficiency to the «ideal» level. Entropy is viewed as a measure of uncertainty in the information and organizational space. In the information space, it determines the measure of the missing information for making decisions. In the organizational space, entropy determines the level of entrepreneurial energy that is necessary for the successful operation of an organization in the implementation of projects and programs. The relationship between energy entropy and informational (structural) entropy of project-oriented organizations is established. It is determined that when adding a new project to the current totality, the organization must ensure a balance between the growth of uncertainty (information entropy) and energy efficiency. The method of «decomposition» of the total energy entropy of project-oriented organizations in the form of the sum of local energy entropies for projects is presented. The effect of adding a new project to the structure of a project-oriented organization on its integrated energy entropy is investigated. The presented results form a new look at the qualitative assessment of both a single project and the entire set of projects of a project-oriented organization
IMPROVING THE METHOD OF SEARCHING DIGITAL ILLEGAL MEANS OBTAINING INFORMATION BASED ON CLUSTER ANALYSIS
Іn the article the possibilities of the multipositional technology of searching digital insertion devices are investigated based on clustering. Existing means of detecting radiation of digital illegal means obtaining information reception show that they are ineffective on the background of legal signals of a multiagent medium.The constant improvement of digital illegal means obtaining information, masking their work under the signals of legal transmitters require the search for new approaches to the recognition and localization of these means. Prospects for the development of search technology today are associated with the creation of multi-position permanent detection and localization systems. However, the detection problem requires the recognition of harmful radiation on the set of statistics of signal parameters in the air by solving the problem of clustering.The disadvantages of most classical clustering methods are the need for prior knowledge of the possible number of clusters and a sufficiently high interactiveness, which complicates their practical application, especially in real-time. At the same time, intelligent multi-agent methods are free from these shortcomings, although their application remains quite complicated.The problem of recognizing the harmful signal against the background of similar legal signals is possible by using the method of a bee colony with direct communication between agents. In this case, the agents are individual elements of the multi-machine complex, which scan the ether at different points in space, then exchanging results with other agents, and, finally, come to a common conclusion about the nature of the signal.Full-scale studies have been carried out that confirm the reliability of clusterization by 6 ...12% compared to the classic k-medium method
USE OF THE LINK RANKING METHOD TO EVALUATE SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES OF SCIENTIFIC SPACE SUBJECTS
A modification of the PageRank method based on link ranking is proposed to evaluate the research results of subjects of the scientific space, taking into account selfcitation. The method of reducing the influence of self-citation on the final evaluation of the results of research activity of subjects of the scientific space is described. The evaluation of the results of research is calculated using the modified PR-q method, taking into account self-citation as a solution of a system of linear algebraic equations, matrix of which consists of coefficients determined by the number of citations of publications of one scientist in the publications of another scientist. The described method can be used for the task of evaluating the activity of the components of the scientific space: scientists, higher education institutions and their structural units. For the task of evaluating the research activity of subjects of the scientific space, a method based on link ranking (PageRank method for web pages) and taking into account the selfcitation of scientists is proposed. The latter allows for an adequate assessment, taking into account the abuses associated with the authors’ excessive self-citation. The essence of the constructed method lies in the construction of a system of linear algebraic equations, whose coefficients of the matrix reflect the citations of some scientists by others in the citation network of scientific publications. The value of the coefficients of the matrix of such a system of linear algebraic equations is subject to certain restrictions, which allow to reduce the influence of the factor of excessive self-citation of the author on his overall assessment of research activity. The described method can be used to calculate the complex evaluation of the components of the scientific space: the scientist, the institution of higher education and its separate structural units. Evaluating research results provides an opportunity to verify the relevance of the research process to the goals identified at the planning stage and, if necessary, to adjust the progress of those studies. Also, the calculation of research evaluations of the components (objects and entities) of the scientific space is a powerful tool for managing research projects
COMPLEX EVENT PROCESSING APPROACH ON SUBSCRIBERS’ DATA OF TELECOM OPERATOR
Nowadays the usage of mobile phones has reached extremely large worldwide proportions and is increasing dramatically. There is a stronger need to decrypt the important information that is hidden among them. Even all required information is gained, processes of companies remain static and can not be changed dynamically to adapt to actual business needs, reducing the advantages that can be achieved. Every second millions of raw information are being generated by mobile users, which handled by Telecom operators in data servers. By using Complex Event Processing (CEP) approach in real-time, we can obtain the information that really matters to our business and use it to monetize the vast amount of data that is being collected through mobile phone usage. In this paper, we present an internally developed framework that combines the strengths of CEP and business process implementations which allows us to react to the needs of today’s fast-changing environment and requirements. We demonstrate 3 simple use case scenarios to show the effectiveness of the CEP approach in our situation. The importance of implementing the CEP approach on subscribers’ data should not be overlooked as means of trying to capitalize on new services, however, have to be considered as a challenge to give subscribers the opportunity to get more customized offers and services
