Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio as Determinants of Return on Equity in Food and Beverage Companies
This study investigates the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Equity (ROE) in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population consists of 95 companies in 2023. Using purposive sampling, 26 companies were selected based on criteria such as consistent listing and publication of audited annual financial reports from 2020 to 2023. CR and DER are the independent variables, while ROE is the dependent variable. Panel data regression analysis was conducted using EViews software. The results show that CR and DER simultaneously have a significant effect on ROE. However, partially, CR does not significantly affect ROE, while DER has a negative and significant impact. This suggests that companies should manage their debt levels carefully, as excessive reliance on debt can reduce returns to shareholders. For investors, DER is a crucial indicator for evaluating financial risk and assessing a company's capital structure before making investment decisions

Morning Briefing Meetings as a Strategy to Improve Healtcare Workforce and Service Quality Management at the Puskesmas Pembantu Lubang Buaya Jakarta Timur
This study evaluates the impact of morning briefing meetings on communication effectiveness, job satisfaction, and service quality at the Lubang Buaya Health Center. Using a quantitative descriptive-analytical method, data were collected from five health workers through structured questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS Version 20. The findings reveal that while morning briefings moderately improved team communication effectiveness (mean = 19.2), their effect on job satisfaction and service quality was not statistically significant. Regression analysis showed that morning briefings accounted for 34% of the variability in job satisfaction but failed to significantly influence service quality or workforce improvement (p > 0.05). Normality tests confirmed the data’s suitability for parametric analysis. Despite positive correlations, the results suggest that morning briefings alone are insufficient to significantly enhance healthcare outcomes, emphasizing the need for additional strategies to improve health worker performance and service delivery

Implementation of Experiential Learning Methods in Environmental Education
This study aims to explain the development of environmental education from an ecopedagogical perspective and its implementation using an experiential learning approach. This research employs a descriptive method and utilizes library research by collecting, studying, and analyzing various research findings in the form of journals, books, and government documents relevant to the research topic. The environmental movement of the 1960s-1970s advocated for environmental issues in response to resource exploitation, which exacerbated social and economic inequalities. This pressure led to the emergence of the concept of sustainable development and the integration of environmental education into curricula. However, such education tends to be elitist and lacks practical action, necessitating a return to its praxis roots through ecopedagogy and experiential learning. This approach emphasizes learning based on direct experience, such as sustainable agriculture practices or eco-friendly energy applications, which are relevant to community conditions. Collaboration among the government, private sector, and educational institutions is essential to ensure the effectiveness of this program, ultimately fostering a more inclusive and action-oriented environmental awareness
Analysis of Factors Causing Pending BPJS Health Claims for Inpatients at Kartika Husada Setu Hospital in 2024
This study is motivated by the high number of pending BPJS Health claims at Kartika Husada Setu Hospital. Pending claims can disrupt the hospital’s cash flow and potentially reduce the quality of healthcare services. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors causing pending BPJS Health claims for inpatient services at Kartika Husada Setu Hospital in 2024. This study employs a qualitative research approach with a retrospective design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The informants included the hospital director, finance manager, service manager, head of the medical records unit, casemix staff, coder, and heads of inpatient wards. The findings indicate that the primary cause of pending claims is the mismatch in medical indications, accounting for 73 files (79.4%), followed by incomplete documentation in 4 files (4.4%), and inaccurate coding in 15 files (16.2%). The mismatch in medical indications often involves unmet emergency and inpatient criteria, as well as a lack of therapeutic evidence. Incomplete documentation is frequently found in medical summaries, while inaccurate coding results from differing interpretations between the hospital and BPJS Health verifiers. The hospital needs to enhance training for staff involved in the BPJS claims process, optimize the use of electronic medical record systems, improve coordination with BPJS Health verifiers, and establish a quality and cost control team. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to reduce the number of pending claims, thereby improving operational efficiency and the quality of healthcare services provided to patients
