    No cenário atual, a hesitação vacinal caracteriza-se pela recusa ou atraso na aceitação de vacinas recomendadas, frequentemente associadas à disseminação de informações falsas, tornando-se um fenômeno complexo qual afeta negativamente, e de forma crescente, as coberturas vacinais ofertadas pelo sistema público de saúde. Esse cenário afeta, principalmente, crianças e adolescentes, comprometendo a efetividade das políticas públicas de imunização. Diante disso, destaca-se a educação em saúde como uma ferramenta estratégica para o enfrentamento da mesma. Sendo assim, torna-se pertinente sistematizar as evidências científicas que abordam o papel da educação em saúde nesse enfrentamento

    Background and rationale: Altitude is a key environmental gradient influencing insect pest diversity and natural enemy communities in agricultural ecosystems. Tidore chili pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.), widely cultivated across different elevation zones on Tidore Island, provides an important model for understanding elevation-related ecological dynamics. However, existing studies are fragmented across regions and systems. A systematic synthesis is necessary to identify general patterns and ecological mechanisms affecting pest and natural enemy diversity along altitudinal gradients, particularly in tropical island agroecosystems. Objectives: This systematic review aims to synthesize published ecological evidence on how altitude influences insect pest diversity, natural enemy communities, and pest–natural enemy interactions in chili pepper agroecosystems. Primary research question: How does altitude affect insect pest diversity in chili pepper agroecosystems? Secondary questions: 1. How do natural enemies (predators and parasitoids) respond to altitudinal gradients? 2. How do pest–natural enemy interactions vary across elevation zones? 3. What ecological mechanisms explain elevation-related diversity patterns? Eligibility criteria: Inclusion criteria: • Studies reporting ecological field data on insect pests and/or natural enemies • Studies conducted in chili pepper (Capsicum frutescens L. or Capsicum spp.) or comparable crops • Studies examining elevation or altitude gradients • Studies reporting diversity metrics (abundance, richness, diversity indices) • Studies conducted in tropical or subtropical agroecosystems • Peer-reviewed journal articles Exclusion criteria: • Studies without primary ecological data • Studies lacking clear sampling or identification methods • Molecular-only studies without ecological interpretation • Non-insect organisms • Duplicate publications • Unavailable full text Search strategy: Literature searches will be conducted using the following databases: • Scopus • Web of Science • ScienceDirect • DOAJ • Google Scholar • SINTA-indexed journals • Institutional repositories Search keywords will include combinations of: “Capsicum frutescens”, “Tidore chili pepper”, “Capsicum spp.”, “insect pest”, “insect diversity”, “natural enemies”, “predators”, “parasitoids”, “altitude”, “elevation gradient”, “agroecosystem”, “tropical agriculture”. Boolean operators (AND, OR) will be used. Study selection process: Study selection will follow PRISMA 2020 guidelines: 1. Identification 2. Screening (title and abstract) 3. Eligibility (full-text review) 4. Inclusion Data extraction: Data extracted will include: • Author and year • Study location • Elevation range • Crop type • Insect taxa • Diversity indices • Environmental variables • Pest–natural enemy interactions Quality assessment: Study quality will be evaluated using modified Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP) and Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) criteria adapted for ecological research. Data synthesis: A qualitative narrative synthesis will be conducted. Studies will be grouped into elevation categories: • Low elevation: 0–200 m asl • Mid elevation: 200–400 m asl • High elevation: 400–700 m asl Meta-analysis will not be performed due to heterogeneity in study design and ecological metrics.     Cumulative Cognitive Architecture: Empirical Validation of Human-Analogous Memory Principles Across Large Language Models

    This study introduces and empirically validates the Cumulative Cognitive Architecture Hypothesis (CCAH): AI memory performance improves through two orthogonal dimensions — architectural sophistication (No Memory → Basic RAG → Cognitive Memory implementing 10 cognitive science principles) and structured cognitive scaffolding (Trinity framework: explicit identification of Rules, Constraints, and Fear/failure-mode elements) — where each dimension contributes independently measurable gains with potential interaction effects when combined. A prior study (Study 1; N=2,470 trials, 6 LLM platforms) validated the Trinity intervention with d=0.64 (p<0.0001) and identified Fear identification (anticipatory failure awareness) as the dominant mechanism (η²=0.1987), dwarfing Rules (η²=0.002) and Constraints (η²=0.001) by approximately 100×. This study extends that finding to multi-session memory contexts. We test the CCAH through a 3×2 factorial design (Memory Level × Cognitive Scaffolding) across 3 architecturally diverse LLM providers (proprietary frontier: GPT-5.2; multimodal-native: Gemini 3 Pro Preview; open-source: Llama 4 Scout via Groq). The design includes: 810 primary factorial trials, 900 LongMemEval benchmark trials for direct comparison against published baselines, a 12-condition ablation study (720 trials) isolating contributions of 10 cognitive principles, and a reserved transfer test using held-out Temporal Reasoning tasks. Total: 2,430 trials. This provides the first systematic cross-provider factorial evaluation of cognitive science principles for AI memory systems, directly responding to the prompting replicability crisis (Vaugrante, Niepert & Hagendorff, TMLR 2025) with pre-registered hypotheses, Bayesian analysis, cross-LLM scoring validation, and bootstrap confidence intervals

    The Jump Maximum Function and the Subordination of Formalism — A Record of Unprovability in the Collatz Mapping — This project presents a structural record concerning the so-called Collatz conjecture. It focuses on the behavior of the jump maximum function M(N), defined on a class of odd numbers N = (1/2)·(a·3ⁿ − 1), where a is odd and n is a natural number. The project consists of: - A Japanese-language manuscript that explores the structural limitations of formal systems (ZFC) in capturing the unpredictable behavior of M(N), and proposes a philosophical framework in which formalism is subordinated to the integrity of record. - An English-language version of the manuscript, preserving the structure and tone of the original, for international accessibility and citation. - An Excel record table that documents the behavior of M(N) across various values of a and n, including mod 8 and mod 16 classifications, jump positions, and unpredictability markers.     Replication of Frey (2024) "Larger Legislatures and the Cost of Political Brokerage: Evidence from Brazil"

    Frey (2024) studies the effect of council size on the electoral performance of local incumbent parties in mayoral, gubernatorial, and presidential races in Brazil. Using a fuzzy regression discontinuity (FRD) design, the author exploits exogenous variation in the number of council seats induced by population thresholds. In this replication report, we assess the computational reproducibility and robustness of the article's main finding that an increase in council size reduces electoral support for incumbent parties in the executive. We successfully reproduce the paper's results using the provided replication materials. We then check for robustness in three ways: first, we test for manipulation of the running variable. Results from a local polynomial density test indicate that municipalities did not systematically sort around the population thresholds, thereby supporting the validity of the identification strategy. Second, bandwidth sensitivity analyses show that statistical significance weakens as wider bandwidths are considered, particularly when estimates are based on individual election outcomes. Third, when using bias-corrected point estimates and robust confidence intervals, FDR estimates from most model specifications no longer reach conventional levels of statistical significance, whereas estimates based on aggregated information across elections remain largely robust. Overall, while the substantive conclusions of Frey (2024) are partly supported, the precision of the estimated effects is sensitive to modelling and inference choices
