Achieving Organizational Social Sustainability through Electronic Performance Appraisal Systems: The Moderating Influence of Transformational Leadership
Organizational sustainability is the reality which is considered essential for the success of all kind of organizations. Researchers and academicians struggle to conceptualize this phenomenon while practitioners endeavor to achieve it on the ground. Much has been done in resource-affluent countries of the world, whereas in the least developed countries, social sustainability is now becoming a new normal. The purpose of this research was to understand the social perspective of organizational sustainability and the roles of electronic performance appraisal and transformational leadership in shaping it. Data were collected from the healthcare sector through the administration of close-ended questionnaires to a randomly selected sample; 320 out of 400 questionnaires with an acceptable degree of accuracy were selected for statistical treatment. Inferential statistics were applied using structural equation modeling (SEM). Results confirmed the existence of definite contributions of the electronic performance appraisal system and transformational leadership towards organizational sustainability. However, our findings surprisingly ruled out the moderating role of transformational leadership on the cause and effect relationship between electronic performance appraisal and organizational social sustainability. In the face of a scarcity of related literature in the given context and due to the partial novelty of the model, the findings of this study add significantly to the existing bank of literature in the field. It will also be handy for the guidance of practitioners who are engaged in sustainability management

Women's Mental Health During Pregnancy under the COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic: A Review of Foreign Studies
The article is the review of research studies published in 2020 on anxiety, depression and stress of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic. Results show that 35% to 69,6% pregnant women and newly mothers experience moderate-to-strong levels of anxiety, 18,2%-36,4% demonstrate clinically significant symptoms of depression, 10,3-16,7% have symptoms of PTSD. These numbers are twice higher than the prevalence of anxiety, depression and stress presented in pre-pandemic scientific literature. The most significant factor influencing the high levels of anxiety, stress and depression during the pandemic is the presence of these disorders before pregnancy. Other important factors are younger age, lower household income, lack of social support, and bigger family. Data on differences on anxiety, depression and stress between women in different trimesters and postpartum are contradictory.

Additionally, the adopted electrochemical detection techniques are also discussed, highlighting their pros and cos. The nanomaterial-based electrochemical biosensors could enable a fast, accurate and without special cost, virus detection. However, further research is required in terms of new nanomaterials and synthesis strategies in order the SARS-CoV-2 electrochemical biosensors to be commercialized
Paradigm shift in combination therapy during the COVID-19 pandemic
INTRODUCTION: Insufficient efficiency of combination therapy with -adrenergic blockers and 5-reductase inhibitors with subsequent proceeding to surgical treatment in the absence of absolute indications is a prerequisite for poor postoperative results. AIM: to evaluate the efficiency of changing standard combination therapy to -adrenergic blockers + m-cholinoblockers instead of proceeding to surgical treatment. MATERIALS AND METHODS: From January 2019 to December 2019, a total of 137 patients with lower urinary treatment were referred to the Pletnev City Clinical Hospital due to limited efficiency of combination therapy with -adrenergic blockers and 5-reductase inhibitors in order to undergone laser enucleation/vaporization of the prostate. After evaluation, 41 patients with absolute indications for surgical treatment or with suspected prostate cancer were excluded. After a comprehensive examination, 96 patients were prescribed tamsulosin 0.4 mg daily in combination with solifenacin 10 mg daily. All patients were followed up for 12 months. RESULTS: As a result of using solifenacin, better control over storage symptoms was achieved according to the I-PSS scale (-4 points), which also led to a significant decrease in the total I-PSS score after 12 months of therapy. There was an increase in the mean voided volume (by 53%) after 6 months. Neither Qmax, nor residual urine volume did not change significantly. According to the MIEF-5 scale, an improvement in erectile function was revealed. There was a slight decrease in the average prostate volume and an increase in the PSA level from 3.1 to 4.1 ng/ml. There was no acute urinary retention. However, 6 patients discontinued taking of m-cholinoblockers due to dry mouth. CONCLUSIONS: If there are no absolute indications for surgical treatment, changing the combination of -adrenergic blockers + 5-Reductase inhibitors to a combination of -adrenergic blockers + m-cholinoblockers results in a pronounced symptomatic improvement due to alleviation of storage symptoms
