    Examining value of employees: Effect of quality of work life, work facilities, and organizational commitments on work satisfaction

    This study aims to analyze of work life quality, work facilities and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. The population for this study is the employees of Karma Royal Jimbaran, there are 30 people as a sample. The data collection techniques used are documents, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a data analysis technique. From this research, it is found that there are several important aspects: 1) The quality of work life has a positive and significant impact on the employee job satisfaction, 2) Work facilities have a positive and significant impact on the employee job satisfaction, 3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 4) Quality of work life, work facilities and organizational commitment jointly affect satisfaction work. Work facilities have the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Karma Royal Jimbaran. Judging from the beta coefficient value of 0.302, it is greater than the beta coefficient value of quality of work life and organizational commitment

    Bureaucracy culture change of administrative services on COVID-19 pandemic era

    This study aims to analyze changes in the government bureaucracy in providing administrative services in the COVID-19 era. To analyze the problem, we used a qualitative descriptive method. Observation, documentation, and interviews are the main methods of data collection. The results showed that at the beginning of service during the COVID-19 period, employees were still very slow in responding to buy generic soma community services, but over time the Camat of the Teluk Ambon District Office always provided work motivation and improved services. Aspects of Responsibility were found at the time of the study that the Teluk Ambon District office employees had a high responsibility in completing and providing services to the community. Disciplinary aspects, from the study results, public awareness in maintaining the discipline of health protocols are still very minimal; This is indicated by employees always giving warnings to buy soma online overnight keep their distance when providing services. In this case, leadership is a determining factor in running the wheels of government organization well and quickly. The Camat as the leader of Ambon Bay always provides advice and work motivation to State Civil Apparatus Employees or non-permanent employees to provide services to the community even in the COVID-19 condition

From this point of view, the ABP seeks to develop in students a new learning model that enhances their abilities and promotes the development of their abilities. The objective of the research was to analyze the incidence of Problem-Based Learning in teachers and students of Basic General Education, surveys were applied to teachers, as a source of primary information, in the same way the deductive, bibliographic, descriptive and historical method Through this methodological process, it was possible to develop in a more feasible way the research with the study of several authors, with the collection and analysis of the information it was obtained as a result that the teachers through the contextualization of their practice focused on the use of methodological strategies allow solving situations from a simple to complex case study, as well as ensuring that the student encourages different ways of learning from their own experiences

    The research aimed to analyze the application of formative evaluation and its impact on student learning in a particular educational unit in the city of Manta. The analytical and synthetic method was applied with the qualitative-quantitative approach, for this, the data was collected through the technique of the teacher survey, the students' report card was used to identify the evaluation process that was carried out. The results were compared with the bibliographic research carried out in several repositories that showed that the institution applies formative evaluation in a pertinent way, obtaining the advantages that this evaluation system supposes for students and teachers, which influenced the educational system by putting in Practice flexibility in the curriculum. The formative assessment improved the teaching-learning strategies in the classroom

    The objective of the research is to analyze the incidence of information and communication technologies as active methodologies for teaching mathematics, based on the search of information from various contributions that have manifested the importance of technology in times of pandemic. In the educational field, its implementation has generated a positive impact on students, but not on teachers resistant to change, considering themselves a learner and avoiding training on virtual platforms, which allow individual and group interaction. Documentary research was applied to search for information, through a qualitative approach to content analysis and assessment. It was obtained as a result, that the implementation of innovative technologies currently represents necessary tools for the development of the teaching and learning process

    Leading commodities of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Baubau City

    This research was carried out in Baubau City in 2020. The problems of developing MSMEs in Baubau City are the low productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs due to not optimal utilization of MSME resource potential, not yet integrated upstream and downstream production systems, policy implementation, low access to MSME capital support from banks and financial institutions. The results of the analysis of CPI (Comparative Performance Index) Commodities, Products and Types of Business of leading MSMEs in each economic sector of Baubau City: (a) Food Crops: lowland rice and upland rice, (b) Plantations: mango and cashew (c) Livestock: free-range chicken and cattle (d) Fisheries: skipjack/cob, seaweed, and mabe, (e) Industry: weaving traditional sarongs and traditional Butonese clothing, furniture, woven rattan, pottery, and shipbuilding (f) Trade: marine fisheries, seaweed, weaving traditional Buton sarongs (g) Tourism: Kamali beach, nirvana beach, Samparona waterfall baths, and Kotamara (h) Transportation: domestic and inter-island ships, and air transportation (i) Services: hospitality, education, and restaurants. The results of the analysis show that the leading sectors for developing MSMEs in Baubau City are the fisheries sector, the industrial sector, the tourism sector, and the trade sector

    Analysis of public service performance through strengthening employee motivation in the organization and society sub-sector in the national and political unity agency of Maluku Province

    Analysis of Public Service Performance through Strengthening Motivation of Employees of the Organization and Society Sub-Sector at the National Unity and Political Agency of Maluku Province is the core of this project. With a sample of 30 people and the technique of percentage analysis and conversion through the sociometric choice status index (ISP) in determining improvement priorities by paying attention to the relationship between strengthening employee motivation and public service performance. Strengthening employee motivation has a "strong" relationship and contribution to the performance of public services in percentage and sociometry based on the preferred status index (ISP. 0.740) or 74% with other intervention factors 26%. There is a follow-up to strengthening employee motivation and public service performance in the form of normalization of improvement, which is realized through a sociogram as the final result. The findings of this study prioritize the normalization of strengthening employee motivation and public service performance as a follow-up process that tends to lead to maximization and has implications for the development and progress of public services in the organizational and community subsectors

    Illegal sand mining and sar local wisdom: a case study in Merauke

    Illegal sand mining is carried out causing bad environmental problems. There needs to be a solution to solve the problem of illegal sand mining. The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of illegal sand mining in Merauke and the role of local wisdom to prevent illegal mining. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The place of research is Ndalir beach, the beach where sand mining occurs, and also Tomer village as one of the villages affected by illegal sand mining. Data was collected by direct observation and also in-depth interviews with several communities. The data obtained is that illegal sand mining provides benefits to the customary landowners of the sand village and also provides income to the sand miners. The negative impact of illegal mining is that it causes damage to mangrove forests resulting in abrasion, rising seawater to roads and homes, damage to roads and bridges. The solution is to adopt the local wisdom of the Kanum tribe, to prevent illegal sand mining

    Relevance of human resource management on small business objective in digital era: A critical review of research evidence

    One of the essential elements in advancing small and medium enterprises is the availability of Human Resources management. So HR development must be relevant to the needs of small businesses, especially now that small businesses are present in the digital era. So to see the suitability of HR development with the needs of small businesses in achieving their core goals. So we have reviewed dozens of papers on our efforts to find this relevance through reviewing the papers we search electronically on Google scholar-based data. We specialize in papers published between 2010 and 2021, so we can get the latest data. To get answers to this research question, we analyzed the data using a phenomenological approach. We also involve the coding, interpretation, and evaluation system to find accurate, valid, and reliable data findings. So the results include that there is a close relationship between the SDm system and the central ideals of SMEs. Logically, if the human resources are good, the company and the smallest business will quickly improve and efficiently achieve the final goal
