The effect of lanthanum substitution on the coercivity field in oxide permanent magnet based on Ba1-xLaxFe12O19: (x = 0; 0.02; 0.04; and 0.08)
Synthesis and characterization of Ba1-xLaxFe12O19 based permanent magnet samples with variations in composition (x = 0; 0.02; 0.04; and 0.08) has been done. The method used is a solid state reaction. The phase formation of the sample Ba1-xLaxFe12O19 was carried out at 1200oC for 2 hours. The results of the X-ray diffraction pattern analysis show that all sample compositions have a single phase BaFe12O19. The results of magnetic properties testing using VSM showed that the best coercivity field and remanent magnetization values were obtained at the composition of x = 0.04. The effect of substitution of lanthanum into the barium atom can increase the number of magnetic domains which are indicated by the increase in the coercivity value of the material along with the increasing composition of x. It was concluded that the composition of Ba1-xLaxFe12O19 is a permanent magnet with the best product energy
Analysis of working conditions to which the triaduct is subjected in Roca Fuerte route - Manta
In the work, the working conditions to which the triaduct is located in the Rocafuerte - Manta road are analyzed, with vehicle service conditions similar to those of a bridge since they share the same scenario. Despite their similarities, these two civil works, bridges and sewers, have a different structural behavior and design; The bridge sits on supports that are placed from end to end or in an intermediate way, while the sewer has a base that covers the entire area on which it will settle under a concept similar to that of a shoe or foundation slab, it also has with walls on its sides fulfilling the function of walls, which gives a drawer shape to this structure and hence its name. The working conditions of the aforementioned triaduct are analyzed, which are caused by vehicular traffic, earth thrusts, hydraulic flow, seismic load and a filler load that could be placed on the upper road slab that is not present on a bridge and corresponds to a dead load distributed because of the filling
Photovoltaic system proposal for a house
This work shows the design project of a photovoltaic system to power a home, based on a demand study and its general characteristics, the area available for the assembly was considered of the modules, the geographical location and the meteorological data of the place. With this information, the pertinent calculations were made to ensure that the installation provides the energy necessary to cover the consumption of the home and that it also delivers the surplus energy to the network. PVsyst software was used for the design of the photovoltaic system. To verify the advantages of the implementation of the photovoltaic arrangement, the benefit-cost ratio was evaluated, carrying out an environmental impact analysis taking into account the reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere and the tons of fossil fuel stopped burning when generating electricity with This source of energy. It is convenient to install
Transposition of medium and long transmission lines
The transmission lines must be balanced electric circuits, theoretically, it must be an equivalent circuit that takes into account the uniform distribution of the parameters along the line. When it comes to transporting energy over long distances it is necessary to consider the effect of the capacitance, since each phase has a different capacitance causing each line to introduce an imbalance to the electrical system, for this reason, it is necessary to study the transposition of the cables. In the present work, several simulations of transmission lines with and without transposition are made, and the voltage unbalance that occurs as the line is longer has been verified. The simulations have been carried out under conditions of balanced load and fixed voltage in the arrival bar. Using the Sim Power Systems tool from Matlab, it was possible to check the behavior of the parameters of the line, depending on the geometric layout of the structure and its length. By applying this software, the objective is achieved by checking the stress unbalance problems suffered by a transmission line when transposition is not made
The geoportal as strategy for sustainable development
Ecuador is committed to venturing into the local development model based on the adequate use of endogenous resources and human potential in the community scenario; but the lack of reliable information associated with the inventory and availability of these resources in the localities does not favor the integrated participation of local actors in the planning and management of social development. The work shows what is related to the design and proposal of a geoportal for sustainable development in the province of Manabí, Ecuador, based on a geographic information system that provides georeferenced data on inventories of indigenous resources and information related to technological variables that can be applied for its use. The multilayer technical design of the geoweb is exposed, which includes a map server capable of performing the georeferenced data service depending on the user's interest. The concept of development and its evolution up to the present moment is analyzed, exposing the development strategy received by the government in recent years and where an important space is foreseen for the realization of sustainable local development policies. The relevance of geographic information systems and geoweb is analyzed and some examples related to the proposed geoportal are exposed
Learning models and authentic assessment on football skill learning achievement
The current study was aimed at finding the effect of teaching models and an authentic assessment on football skill learning achievement by controlling motor educability. The sample consisted of 142 students of Physical Education Health Department that were selected randomly. The study used the 2x2 factorial experimental design, while the data were analyzed using 2-way ANACOVA. The results showed that after controlling motor educability, football skill learning achievement of the students who learned through the Cooperative Learning type Jigsaw model was higher than those who learned through the conventional model; the football skill learning achievement of those who were assessed by portfolio assessment was better than those who were assessed by authentic assessment. There was also an interaction between the teaching model and an authentic assessment on football skill learning achievement. The students who learned through the Cooperative Learning type jigsaw model was more appropriately assessed by portfolio assessment, while those who learned through the conventional learning model was more appropriately assessed by performance assessment
Harmonics influence on power and energy measurements
To carry out the control and trade of electric energy, power and energy meters are used profusely. This article discusses the differences in the power and energy readings of the measuring instruments of different types and their use for the control of the quality of the supply and consumption of electrical energy. The contradictions of these readings are analyzed when measured in consumers of non-linear loads, generators of harmonics, and of linear loads, consumers of them. Simulation methods are used to show how harmonic propagation occurs in the system. MATLAB Simulink is used as a method of simulation with generating harmonics loads and linear loads. It analyzes how the parameters of the energy quality of the consumers can be affected and it is proposed to use the measurement of the active power of the harmonics as a means of control and penalization
Distribution of subsurface anomalies in the Muria Peninsula and depth analysis with euler deconvolution
Muria Peninsula is one of the regions in Central Java that is uniquely formed. The Muria Peninsula was originally separated from Java and is now connected. To complement the studies that have been done before, subsurface analysis using euler deconvolution method is carried out. Gravity data used is satellite data provided free by BGI. The results of the processing produced a residual anomaly which showed a fault that passed in the middle of the peak of Muria towards Mount Genuk. The anomaly depth of Mt. Muria is 1000 m to 2000 m, in the peak area of Muria and Genuk <1000 m, and in the east and west of the study area the anomaly depth is more than 2000 m. Euler deconvolution index 0 illustrates the body boundaries of Mt. Muria and Genuk in the form of dike and steep

A house a small company
The traditional models of development have allowed humanity to reach social levels never before suspected, but at the same time these developmental models have favored the social division into two large groups: one where people have many resources and manage to satisfy the most minimal cravings and others with very little or nothing, that is debated on a daily basis by hunger, unhealthiness, and lack of education. Local development starts from principles based on the resources and possibilities of communities and people grouped into families that can produce, market and self-supply the productions that are capable of developing within their environment, although under certain conditions external resources are considered. The project aims to promote favorable conditions. Therefore, that the province of Manabí can sustain its agricultural production from the families themselves, by introducing innovations in the systems or local groups of small businesses that stimulate social development in the territorial dimension, promoting a change that favors the development of zone 4 and the progress of the small business
