Law and constitutional guarantees in the Ecuadorian educational system of children and adolescents with disabilities
Education is a fundamental right determined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948; it is legally guaranteed for everyone without any discrimination. The objective of the work “Right and constitutional guarantees in the Ecuadorian educational system of children and adolescents with disabilities” is to analyze the effective measures for the applicability of constitutional rights and guarantees in the educational system of people with disabilities. For its preparation, the documentary theoretical review methodology with a qualitative approach was used, using Articles related to inclusive education, from the Ecuadorian Constitution, Organic Law of Disabilities, Organic Law of Intercultural Education, information from UNESCO and Human Rights; also national and foreign scientific information from the Dialnet, Scielo, Redalyc databases, referring to this topic, with 5 years of publication, Laws and Decrees of 1948 and 1994, and from 2006 to 2016, which are rights and regulations that are maintained valid until today. The result was that from the educational legal framework there is still a long way to go for the full application of education for people with disabilities; training is required for regular education teaching staff, provision of material resources and personalized pedagogical adaptations, and more work with the environment. 
The influence of workload and compensation on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan
This study investigates and analyzes the influence of Workload and Compensation on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan Sumatera Bagian Selatan (PLN UIKSBS). The research utilized primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to all 114 employees of PLN UIKSBS. The questionnaire served as the instrument to measure the variables under study. The collected data were then processed using statistical tools with multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between Workload and employee performance at PLN UIKSBS and Compensation's vivacious and significant compensation employee performance. Recommendations for PLN UIKSBS include improving and enhancing employee performance by considering Workload, such as re-evaluating employee placements based on educational backgrounds, especially in high-risk job areas. Additionally, attention should be given to employee compensation by disseminating rules and policies regarding the company's incentive calculations and increasing efforts to provide opportunities for self-development through fair promotions to higher positions aligned with employee competencies and organizational needs
The effect of self-efficacy on performance with mediation of affective commitment in vocational schools throughout West Kalimantan
Quantitative approach, survey technique, analysis of statistical test data Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-SEM) Wrappls version 7, questionnaire data collection tool and documentation, population of 3,999 and sample of 254 teachers, 29 public and private SMKs, research locations (3) hinterland districts: Sanggau, Sekadau, Landak districts; (3) coastal districts: Sambas, Mempawah and Kuburaya districts; (2) the city of Pontianak and the city of Singkawang. From the results of the study it was found that self-efficacy towards affective commitment has a positive and significant effect, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and is able to enhance each other; Affective commitment to achievement is positive and significant, has a one-way relationship and is able to improve; self-efficacy on achievement through affective commitment has a positive and significant effect, the hypothesis is in a unidirectional relationship and is able to enhance each other. From this investigation it has been able to foster a new model of affective commitment and the development of the concept of achievement in SMKs throughout West Kalimantan
How the good corporate governance moderate relationship between corporate social responsibility voluntary disclosure and firm value? A case study on bank listed on IDX 2019-2021
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Good Corporate Governance, which is proxied by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners, and audit committees as a moderating variable on the relationship between disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and the value of banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2021. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and the samples obtained were 31 banks. Tobin's Q is used as a ratio in measuring firm value. The type of data used is secondary data derived from the company's annual report and sustainability report. The data were analysed by descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderating variable significantly influences the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and firm value. This means that banks that disclose higher Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can increase firm value, especially in companies with a level of implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is proxied by high managerial ownership in banking companies listed on the IDX for 2019-2021
The influence of instructional leadership and organizational commitment to elementary schools teacher performance in Central Lombok
The research objective was to determine the effect of instructional leadership and organizational commitment on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Central Lombok District. The research design is descriptive and quantitative with a research sample of 361 teachers based on Morgan's theory which is corrected using the Warwick and Lininger formulas. Data collection techniques using questionnaires were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research results are; (1) Instructional Leadership has a direct positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment as indicated by the results of the T-Statistic 87.320 and P-Values 0.000; (2) Instructional leadership has a direct positive and significant effect on teacher performance as indicated by the results of the T-Statistic 17.207 and P-Values 0.000; (3) Organizational Commitment has a direct positive and significant effect on teacher performance as indicated by the results of the T-Statistic 9.620 and P-Values 0.000; (4) Instructional Leadership has a positive and significant indirect effect on teacher performance through Organizational Commitment shown by the results of T-Statistics 9.429 and P-Values 0.000. The findings of this study are that Instructional Leadership has a direct effect on Organizational Commitment and Teacher Performance. 
Human resources for the development of higher education and academic culture of achievement and continuous learning
This paper discussed the development of high-endowment resources and academic culture in learning achievement and sustainability. We get the data online and analyze it under a distinctive approach involving data coding systems, in-depth data interpretation, and drawing conclusions that answer problems with high validity. Our data search is specifically for literature released ten years ago because the development of universities with their vital human resources has experienced extraordinary developments in the last ten years. After a series of analyses, interpretations, and discussions, the results include developing university resources and achieving academic results. A sustainable learning culture will only be possible when the university can optimize existing resources: having a culture of increasing success in obtaining specialization makes high career future opportunities and building relationships that lead to career support after getting knowledge in college. Thus, these results benefit similar studies in the future
Implementation of the integrated public service information system application (SIPUT) to improve public service communication in the Loktuan Village, Bontang City
SIPUT is an information system that utilizes information and communication technology to facilitate administrative management at the administrator level. The study aimed to find out the implementation of the SIPUT (Integrated Public Service System) application to improve public services in the Loktuan Village, Bontang City. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. The primary data sources used in this study include the head of the Loktuan sub-district head, Mr. Hadi Jumianto and Mrs. Nurliya, and three public service employees or staff who operate the SIPUT application, as well as the surrounding community who often use public services in the Loktuan sub-district, as many as 5 people. Secondary data sources used are written sources. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman. In improving public services, five indicators serve as a benchmark for whether the efforts made can improve public service communication, namely fast service, appropriate service, cheap service, safe service, and fair service. The government can improve digital-based public services by adding additional features such as customer satisfaction levels and complaint telephone numbers if there are things that might harm citizens
Antecedents of entrepreneurial intention among university students
The number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still lagging behind several other countries. This shows a lack of entrepreneurship intention among youth. This research was conducted based on the gap in the results of previous research and differences in the focus of discussion on several factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of university students. This study analyzes and determines the effect of motivation, family environment, entrepreneurship education, and income expectations on student entrepreneurship intention. This study's population was all university students in Bali, with a research sample of 250 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that motivation, family environment, entrepreneurship education, and income expectations positively and significantly influenced student entrepreneurship intention. To increase motivation, students must believe that entrepreneurship can deliver the desired standard of living. To improve the family environment, students must feel their parents will always support and help them in entrepreneurship. To increase income expectations, students must be sure that by becoming an entrepreneur, they will earn greater and even unlimited income than being an employee. Aspects that need to be considered to improve entrepreneurship education are that students must take entrepreneurship courses, seminars, and entrepreneurship education well
Marketing strategy for tourist attractions to increase intention to visits Pura Taman Ayun, Bali
Tourist attraction Taman Ayun is a tourist place on the island of Bali which is located in the village of Taman Ayun, District Abiansemal, Badung, Bali Province. The tourist attraction Taman Ayun is present in the form of long tail macaques, Pala Forest, and Pura Bukit Sari as its appeal. The number of tourists who visited Travel Attractions Taman Ayun from time to time experienced an increase after falling dramatically in 2012, amounting to 54 637 people, but the increase in the number of tourists is still quite slow and when compared with the visit of the peak that occurred in 2009 amounted to 225 672 people is still very low. The research aims to the right marketing strategic to increase rapidly tourists to visit Taman Ayun Travel Attractions. The method used in this study is through questionnaires, observation, library research, documentation, and interviews with the manager. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques were used to analyze the marketing mix and strategy using SWOT analysis as well as using a Likert scale to analyze the questionnaires that were distributed
Social reality in communication in rural areas
Social reality is the construction that arises from the interaction of individuals in a specific context, many students from rural areas operate in environments that can affect their integral development, a situation where emphasis is placed on promoting communication as a support element. The objective of the study is to determine the relationship between social reality and communication in rural areas. The methodology is mixed, integrated by qualitative and quantitative methods. The technique used was the student survey and documentary analysis. The study population was made up of 105 high school students from the Dr. Carlos Romo Educational Unit. The results reflect that in the rural area there are risk factors that can affect the learning and integrity of the students. It is concluded in the importance of communication between school and family to face these situations
