Significant impacts, such as decreased sales, reduction of employees, and losses to cover operating costs. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the sectors most vulnerable to the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. Currently, the MSME sector is considered to be no longer able to become one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy, such as during the 1998 and 2008 economic and financial crises. mats, and large companies that have to downsize the number of employees so that there are massive layoffs, the worst impact that occurs is an increase in divorce rates due to reduced income in households. This must be an important concern for the community to creatively create new business opportunities amid the COVID19 pandemic. Changes in people's buying behavior from buying directly to traders to buying online can be an opportunity to make changes in the economic sector.
E-commerce companies in Indonesia recorded an increase in sales volume with more and more people implementing physical distancing in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak. The government has also started to look at the e-commerce sector as a solution to overcoming the tax deficit due to the economic slowdown.
Digital commerce has a very good opportunity in the midst of a pandemic which demands that people carry out social distancing, and opens opportunities for anyone to open new businesses after the pandemic.

With a non-office based service it is expected to increase public absorbtion funds, therefore it can increase the banking profits. This study aims to determine thedifference between the growth of third-party funds and profitability before and after the implementation of Laku Pandai in BRI Syariah. This type of research is quantitative by using secondary data in the form of financial statements from 2013 until 2019. The techniques used are purposive sampling and comparative method with a paired sample t-test parametric statistical test. The resultsshowed that there was a significant difference in the growth of third party funds (DPK) before and after the implementation of Laku Pandai. The method used for this system combines the SAW and TOPSIS methods.Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan suatu system yang mendukung manusia untuk menentukan sesuatu berdasarkan perhitungan matematika. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan akan dibuat oleh peneliti sebagai alat yang nantinya digunakan untuk membantu para Fresh Graduate untuk memilih pekerjaan sesuai dengan minatnya. Objek penelitian yang akan digunakan yaitu para lulusan Jurusan Teknologi Informasi pada Politeknik Negeri Malang. Penggunaan metode untuk sistem ini menggabungkan metode SAW dan Topsis. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima kriteria yaitu IPK, akreditasi, usia, Pendidikan terakhir dan kemampuan berbahasa inggris. Sistem akan menilai dari setiap input user pada tiap kriteria lalu dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode SAW dan Topsis. Diharapkan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan ini membantu para Fresh Graduate terutama lulusan jurusan teknologi informasi pada politeknik negeri malang menemukan pekerjaan yang sesua

No full textPermasalahan banjir Kota Manado merupakan permasalahan utama yang wajib ditangani secara komprehensif. Perubahan tata guna lahan, intensitas curah hujan yang sering dan lama, kapasitas tampung sungai yang mengecil, sedimentasi dan sampah, dan perubahan iklim menjadi penyebab terjadinya banjir di Kota Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan model dua dimensi dengan simulasi efek perubahan tata guna lahan dan efek hujan kala ulang serta observasi banjir guna mencari solusi terhadap permasalahan banjir yang sering terjadi di Kota Manado. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terjadi perubahan tata guna lahan dan peningkatan luas area terdampak banjir yang menggenangi Kota Manado, di lain hal kapasitas sungai yang kecil, sehingga pemerintah Kota Manado perlu memperbaiki daerah sempadan sungai yang dipadati dan dihuni oleh masyarakat guna meningkatkan kapasitas aliran air di sungai saat musim hujan dengan intensitas lama dan besa
PENGARUH GROUTING TERHADAP NILAI LUGEON PADA BATUAN DASAR PONDASI BENDUNGAN TAPIN

Salah satu bangunan konstruksi Bendungan adalah Maindam, Fungsi dari konstruksi maindam adalah sebagai tempat penampungan air Bendungan. Oleh karena itu bendungan harus memiliki pondasi yang kedap air agar tidak terjadi rembesan atau kebocoran.
Injeksi semen bertekanan (grouting) adalah proses di mana suatu cairan diinjeksikan dengan tekanan sesuai uji tekanan air ke dalam rongga, rekah dan retakan batuan/tanah, yang mana cairan tersebut dalam waktu tertentu akan menjadi padat secara fisika maupun kimiawi. Setelah dilakukan test grouting kemudian dilakukan perhitungan nilai luegon untuk mengetahui efektifitas grouting yang dinyatakan dalam %.
Pekerjaan pemboran dan grouting pada area maindam Bendungan Tapin dilaksanakan dengan jumlah titik sebanyak 1350 yang dibagi kedalam 12 blok. Dari hasil pekerjaan cek hole untuk pekerjaan grouting maindam kiri untuk 6 blok memiliki angka Lugeon rerata 2.46. Pada pekerjaan grouting di maindam kanan, setelah dilakukan pekerjaan Cek Hole 6 blok didapatkan angka Lugeon rerata 1.18. Hasil perhitungan efektifitas grouting pada zona inti di area maindam didapatkan nilai efektifitas grouting yang diperoleh pada angka 74.38. Angka tersebut dimasukkan kedalam tabel pengaruh Efektifitas grouting masuk kedalam kategoti baik. Kategori tersebut telah menunjukkan bahwa grouting telah berhasil dilaksanaka

The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 96 respondents. The type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions using the SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that customer complaint service does not directly affect customer loyalty at PT. Pos Indonesia, Padang Branch while customer satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty

Get PDFBased on observations of the business process flow at the Siti Fatimah Hospital, the background for this study was the medical record document and ICD-10 code which was carried out manual diagnosis, making it difficult for the medical record section in the proper and fast CHAPTER arrangement of the ICD-10 code. The International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) can be used to calculate or record a valid patient history of hospitalization. The Cross-Industry Standard Process For Data Mining (CRISP-DM) method is used in this study to become a strategy to describe the problem in general from the domain or research unit. While the machine learning algorithm for multiclass classification uses the Naïve Bayes algorithm, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression to create a diagnostic model for medical action. This study predicts ICD-10 chapter categories from medical action records from electronic medical records. With this research, it is hoped that machine learning can facilitate the medical record section in predicting the ICD-10 chapter category by analyzing electronic medical record data using the Chapter ICD-10 Decision Support System information systemBerdasarkan observasi di alur proses bisnis pada rumah sakit RSUD Siti Fatimah, Maka yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah dokumen rekam medis dan kode ICD-10 yang dilakukan diagnosis manual sehingga menyulitkan bagian rekam medis dalam menetapkan BAB kode ICD-10 yang tepat dan cepat. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, adalah: (1) memberikan pelatihan pemrograman CNC berbasis software CADCAM dengan metode yang baik dan benar; (2) meningkatkan keterampilan pemrograman CNC berbasis software CADCAM bagi guru Jurusan Teknik Mesin SMK N 5 Banjarmasin. Target luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah Peserta dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara membuat program CNC di aplikasi software Master Cam, Peserta dapat memahami, menerapkan program CNC di aplikasi software Master Cam pada siswa SMKN 5 Banjarmasin, Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Politeknik Negeri Banjarmasin. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakam metode pelatihan pemula dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pelatihan.

Abstract
The objectives of this community service activity are: (1) to provide CNC programming training based on CADCAM software with a good and correct method; (2) improve CNC programming skills based on CADCAM software for Mechanical Engineering Department teachers at SMK N 5 Banjarmasin. The target output produced from this activity is that Participants can find out how to make CNC programs in the Master Cam software application, Participants can understand, apply the CNC program in the Master Cam software application to students of SMKN 5 Banjarmasin, Banjarmasin Polytechnic State Service Journal. The method of implementing the activity uses the beginner training and evaluation methods. Evaluation is carried out before and after training activities.

No full textPeraturan Pemerintah Nomor 23 tahun 2018 adalah peraturan mengenai penghasilan atau pendapatan dari usaha yang diperoleh wajib pajak yang memiliki peredaran bruto tertentu dalam satu tahun masa pajak. PP ini berlaku mulai 1 Juli 2018. Adapun tarif pajak penghasilan yang baru bagi UMKM sebesar 0,5% dari omset. Peraturan tersebut menggantikan peraturan sebelumnya, yaitu PP No. 46 Tahun 2013 dengan tarif PPh final UMKM sebesar 1 persen yang dihitung berdasarkan pendapatan bruto (omzet)-nya diperuntukkan bagi UMKM yang beromzet kurang dari Rp4,8 miliar dalam setahun.
Batasan waktu kebijakan insentif pajak yang ditetapkan ini berbeda untuk berbagai subyek pajak. Pertama, bagi subyek pajak orang pribadi, insentif tersebut berjangka waktu selama 7 tahun. Kedua, bagi subyek pajak badan usaha berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas, insentif berjangka waktu selama 3 tahun. Terakhir, bagi subyek pajak badan usaha berbentuk CV, firma, dan koperasi selama 4 tahun. Adapun jangka waktu dihitung sejak tahun pajak regulasi berlaku bagi wajib pajak (WP) lama, dan sejak tahun pajak terdaftar bagi WP baru.
Kebijakan insentif PPh bagi pelaku UMKM merupakan salah satu fasilitas fiskal yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada pelaku UMKM untuk mendorong potensi/ aktivitas sektor UMKM namun juga akan mengurangi potensi penerimaan pajak pada jangka pendek. Pengenaan tarif pajak final lama bagi UMKM sebesar 1 persen dinilai memberatkan pelaku UMKM dan sering dikeluhkan oleh pelaku UMKM. Kebijakan insentif pajak UMKM memberikan keringanan pajak bagi pelaku UMKM dengan potongan pajak sebesar 0,5%. Dari sisi pelaku usaha, penurunan tarif baru diharapkan menstimulasi munculnya pelaku UMKM baru untuk berkembang dan memberikan ruang finansial (kesempatan berusaha) dengan berkurangnya beban biaya UMKM untuk dapat digunakan dalam ekspansi usaha.
