The Long Journey of Retail Marketing Research (7) : Focusing on Knowledge Transfer in Overseas Business Development in Retail Companies
Full text link本稿では,まず小売知識について簡単に整理した後,小売国際化の議論においてしばしば取り上げられる「埋め込み」について取り上げた。このなかでは,小売業の経営に関する小売技術,ノウハウ,各小売企業の事業形態である小売フォーマットについても広く「小売知識」としてとらえた。そのうえで,小売知識の移転に関する研究を整理した後,その移転方法にも言及した。そこでは,移転する知識の内容を区別し,それが当該小売企業が誕生した母国から進出先国(海外市場)へと拡張するだけではなく,何らかのかたちで「ブーメラン」として母国に戻ってくる可能性についても取り上げた。他方,小売知識の移転には,それを吸収する能力が必要である。そのため,その吸収能力やさまざまなかたちでの吸収状況についても把握した。とくにそこでは,知識の吸収を段階(階段)としてはとらえず,平面で捉える必要性があることを強調したい。そして,それを垂直的には考えず,水平的に考える必要もあることも強調したい。そうすることにより,小売国際化研究やグローバル研究は,より深化がみられる可能性がある。This paper began with brief reviews of retail knowledge and then addresses "embedd konwledge," which is often discussed in discussions of retail internationalization. In this context, retail technology and know-how related to retail business management, as well as retail formats, which are the business form of each retailers, were also broadly considered as "retail knowledge". After summarizing the research on retail knowledge transfer, this paper also referred to the method of transfer. The content of the knowledge to be transferred was distinguished, and the possibility that the knowledge would not only extend from the home country where the retailer was born to the destination country (foreign market), but also "boomerang" back to the home country in some way was also discussed. On the other hand, the transfer of retail knowledge requires the ability to absorb it. Therefore, this paper also examined the absorption capacity and the various forms of absorption. In particular, this paper would like to emphasize the need to view knowledge absorption not as a step (staircase), but as a plane. This paper would also like to emphasize that it is also necessary to think of it horizontally, not vertically. Homeownership Life Plan Based on Household Financial Statements
Full text link本論文では勤労世帯をモデルにしながら,家計簿と財務諸表による財務分析の相違を明らかにする。とりわけ持ち家を前提とした家計を対象とする場合,減価償却の存在が無視できない。それと同時に安心した老後を過ごすうえで欠かせないのは,住宅よりもむしろ金融資産の保有にあることも認識すべきである。人生設計に取り組むうえで住宅とともに金融資産の保有についても考慮していく必要がある。そのためには家計簿ではなく,財務三表に基づく財務管理が有益な手段となる。ここでは単純な数値例を用いながら説明していきたい。In this paper, we use a working household as a model to clarify the difference between financial analysis based on household budgets and financial statements. In particular, the existence of depreciation cannot be ignored for households based on the assumption that they own a house. At the same time, it should be recognized that financial assets, rather than housing, are essential for a secure retirement. It is necessary to consider the holding of financial assets as well as housing when planning a life. For this purpose, financial management based on three financial tables rather than household accounts is a useful tool.
