ANALISIS MAKNA DAN FUNGSI KONFIKS PADA CERITA NOVEL YANG BERJUDUL LUKA SEMALAM
Get PDFThis research aims to describe and explain the function and meaning of the confix in the story of the novel wound last night. The object of this research is a word that undergoes the affixation process, especially the confix. Data collection method with listen technique and note technique. The results of this study were analyzed descriptively with an interactive model. The results of this study are, there are several forms of words whose affixation is used, especially in the suffix ke-an, the suffix pe-an, the suffix ber-an, and the suffix se-an. The type of research used in this research is qualitative descriptive. That is a research method used to research on the natural condition of the object. Where researchers are one key instrument. Data collection techniques that are carried out using triangulation and combined methods. Data is collected by analysis and observation. From the results of this study, it shows that the meaning and function of the confix in the novel story of the last night there are 35 data that have the meaning of doing activities, expressing feelings, or stating circumstances, stating situations, expressing thoughts, stating places, expressing desires, expressing actions, and others. and the function of the suffix is as the formation of verbs, adjectives, nouns, and adverb
ETIKA KOMUNIKASI BIDAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF RUANG PUBLIK
Get PDFCommunication is a very important indicator in facilitating health services by midwives, so ethics in communication really need to be considered. The purpose of this study is to describe the communication ethics of midwives in the perspective of public space which is expected to provide benefits and knowledge to the community, especially various parties with an interest in midwives. Literature study is the method used in this research. In the perspective of public space, midwife communication ethics can be understood as a way of communicating midwives as health workers with clients to convey the purpose of health services through dialogue in order to obtain mutual agreements that do not harm clients and do not violate the midwife code of ethics. In this case, the public space is seen as a place where clients and midwives can discuss any concerns. In public space, birth attendants and clients can communicate opinions or conclusions openly and transparently. Moral correspondence in the public sphere can talk about whatever is desired and when all feelings have been expressed, then at that time it will lead to a certain choice, which is the best health service
Pengaruh iklim belajar dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap inovasi belajar siswa SMB pada metode innovating teaching

Permasalahan kurangnya inovasi belajar dari siswa SMB dalam mengikuti rangkaian kegiatan SMB. Inovasi belajar siswa yang belum muncul diduga dapat dipengaruhi oleh interaksi/komunikasi interpersonal (antar teman dan dengan Pembina SMB), dan juga iklim belajar yang kondusif.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Iklim Belajar dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Inovasi Belajar Siswa SMB pada Metode Innovating Teaching. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian ex post facto. Subyek dalam keseluruhan populasi yaitu siswa SMB kelas 5 SD sampai kelas 3 SMP berjumlah 114 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket dengan skala linkert. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisiensi determinasi berpengaruh sebesar 36,2% terhadap variabel Inovasi Belajar anak. Nilai koefisiensi determinasi Komunikasi Interpersonal Anak memiliki berpengaruh sebesar 74,6% terhadap variabel Inovasi Belajar anak. Hasil uji hipotesis ketiga diperoleh Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa regresi menggunakan persamaan Y = 29.278 + -0.025X1 + 0.853X2. Hasil nilai F hitung sebesar 163,543 lebih besar dari F tabel reponden (N2= N-2: 112) yaitu sebesar 3,08 (F hitung > F tabel) dan Nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 secara simultan variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen. Nilai korelasi (R) antara variabel variabel Iklim Belajar dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Anak terhadap Inovasi Belajar anak adalah 0,864. Ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan ketiga variabel yang diuji berada pada kategori Sangat Tinggi. Koefisien determinasi variabel Iklim Belajar dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Anak berkontribusi pengaruh sebesar 74,7% terhadap Inovasi Belajar anak.

Relevance of Six Directions Worship Philosophy in Sigalovada Sutta to Indonesian Character Education
Get PDFThis article discusses the relevance of the philosophy of worshiping the six directions found in the Sigalovada Sutta to character education in Indonesia, focusing on the Buddhist perspective. The aim of this research is to explain how the concept of worshiping the six directions in the Sigalovada Sutta elucidates its relevance in shaping strong and responsible character. The research methodology employed is a literature review of relevant Buddhist texts, including the Sigalovada Sutta. The findings indicate that the philosophy of worshiping the six directions practiced by Sigala is not interpreted as worshiping the directions themselves, but as symbols of respect for parents (east), teachers (south), children or spouses (west), friends and siblings (north), workers/servants (below), and holy persons such as ascetics and spiritual teachers (above). The philosophy of worshiping the six directions in the Sigalovada Sutta is relevant to character education in Indonesia as it pertains to the values of character, namely: 1) religious, 2) honesty, 3) tolerance, 4) discipline, 5) hard work, 6) democratic, 7) appreciation of achievement, 8) patriotism, 9) communicative, 10) love of peace, 11) social concern, and 12) responsibility. Based on these research findings, this article seeks to contribute to the discourse on how religious philosophy can be practically applied in the context of modern education
KOMUNIKASI ANTARBUDAYA DALAM PROSES ADAPTASI MAHASISWA IPB ASAL BALI DI KOTA BOGOR
Get PDFIntercultural communication and cultural adaptation are crucial concepts in social interaction within multicultural societies. Intercultural communication refers to the exchange of information, values, and norms between individuals from different cultural backgrounds. Cultural adaptation is a process of self-adjustment carried out by individuals when encountering a new cultural environment, which involves changes in the way they communicate, think, and act. In the educational context, students from diverse cultures often face challenges in communicating and adapting to the campus culture. This research aims to analyze the adaptation process and intercultural communication of IPB students from Bali in Bogor City, as well as identify the obstacles they face in adapting and communicating. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, gathering data through in-depth interviews and literature review. The results reveal that students from Bali experience several stages of adaptation to the culture and habits of the people in Bogor. The obstacles they encounter include differences in culture, language, food preferences, access to places of worship, and differences in values and social norms. Despite these challenges, IPB students from Bali demonstrate the ability to adapt to these cultural differences using various communication strategies. These students have undergone several phases, including excitement about a new culture, culture shock, recovery, and ultimately cultural adjustment. This research highlights the importance of understanding intercultural communication in supporting the adaptation process of students from diverse cultural backgrounds

Kekerasan atas nama agama dan tindakn terorisme serta radikalisme di Indonesia masih saja terjadi. Dengan berpijak pada kasus tersebut, maka diperlukan peran Filsafat agama dan moderasi beragama dalam menangkal radikalisme. Oleh karena itu, Kegiatan Penelitian ini fokus pada Santri di Rumah Tahfdz Qur;an Masjid Raya At Taqwa terhadap sikap radikalisme terhadap para santr. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah AR ( Action Research). Dengan cara turun ke Lapangan di rumah Tahfidz Qur’an masjid raya At Taqwa.
Hasil dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah bahwa Berdasarkan hasil dari survei pada santri di rumah Tahfidz tersebut, secara lebih khususnya, bahwa santri di era millinnela, yang mana santri di Rumah Tahfidz berusia 13-18 tahun, maka santri yang rata rata masih sekolah dasar dan sekolah menengah pertama, sekolah menengah atas,.anak anak sekolah dan santri itulah yang rawan terpapar radikalisme bisa saja melalui media online, Selama peneliti terjun ke lapangan dan memberikan sosialiasis terkait Filsafat agama dan moderasi beragama, santri tidak ada yang radikal dan setuju dengan moderasi beragama demi menjaga keharmonisan beragama.
Persoalan mengenai adanya radikalisme yang sangat membahayakan bagi santri-santri di Rumah Tahfdz, Karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan Filsafat Agama, Filsafat memfungsikan akal dalam mengolah dan menerjemahkan agama, sehingga tidak muncul truth claim. Hal ini yang membahayakan nantinya, dengan demikian, perlu ditambahkan pemahaman moderasi beragama, dan penerapan moderasi beragama bagi santri dalam setiap Tindakan sikap dan lisan, sehingga dalam membangun keasadaran akan pentinganya filsafat agama dan implementasi moderasi beragama menjadi sangat penting sekali dengan tujuan untuk mencegah santri santri agar tidak terpapar radikalisme.

Work environment Refers to the physical, social and psychological conditions in the place where a person works. This includes factors such as organizational culture, team dynamics, company values, relationships between employees, well-being, cooperation, and other factors that influence the daily work experience. Meanwhile, career development refers to individual efforts to improve their skills, knowledge and competencies to achieve higher career goals. The impact of career development and work environment on employee performance at the Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel is covered in this study. The goal of this study is to ascertain and evaluate how career development and work environment affect employees' performance at the Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel. Qualitative research is the methodology employed. The data gathering techniques used in this study are described later. The study's conclusions are as follows: (1) the work environment positively affects employee performance; and (2) career development positively affects employee performance. The study's findings indicate that front desk personnel' performance is impacted by their work environment and opportunities for career advancement at Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel Surakarta
Efektivitas Terapi Menulis Siswa Disgrafia Untuk Menulis Secara Konsisten
Get PDFDisgrafia merupakan golongan anak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar (menulis). Disgrafia adalah masalah neurologis yang menganggu siklus menulis pada kreatifitas anak. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari rasa ketidaknyamanan dalam menggunakan pensil, ejaan yang tidak tepat, atau komposisi yang tidak tepat. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kefektivan metode terapi menulis agar siswa disgrafia mampu mennulis huruf dengan rapi dan konsisten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review atau kajian kepustakaan. Teknik pengambilan data melalui pengumpulan sejumlah kajian kepustakaan dari beberapa ahli dan sumber yang relevan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah metode terapi menulis efektif untuk membantu siswa disgrafia dalam menulis huruf secara rapi dan konsisten, selain itu dapat membantu merangsang otot motorik halus siswa disgrafia. 
Manajemen Kelas Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Buddha Di SDN 2 Karangduwur
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to describe the planning of the Buddhist education learning process; to describe the implementation of the Buddhist Education learning process; and to describe the assessment of the Buddhist Education learning process at SDN 2 Karangduwur during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods. Implementation of research at SDN 2 Karangduwur, Ayah District, Kebumen Regency. In planning, Buddhist education subject teachers have created a syllabus and prepared lesson plans before carrying out learning activities to serve as a guide in teaching and learning activities. At SDN 2 Karangduwur the average number of students in a class is 24 students and for Buddhists it is a very minority, the total from class 1 to class 6 is 13 students. In managing the learning process, teachers are able to recognize and provide direction to students. When the Covid 19 pandemic occurred, the learning process occurred using one of the applications. Then, during the limited face-to-face meeting held at SDN 2 Karangduwur, all Buddhist students still entered. Remembering that students who are Buddhist are a minority and can keep their distance. In carrying out learning activities in the classroom, the stages that teachers carry out include: carrying out preliminary activities, carrying out core activities and; carry out closing activities. Buddhist education subject teachers evaluate their students by giving homework assignments, assignments done in class, tests, written exams, mid-semester exams, final semester exams, oral questions, and also assessing students' attitudes
PENGGUNAAN AFIKS PADA BAHASA INDOGLISH DI GRUP GAME ONLINE HONKAI IMPACT 3 OFFICIAL INDONESIA
Get PDFThis research entitled The Use of Affixes on Indoglish Language in Online Game Group, Honkai Impact 3 Official Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive qualitatif. The object of this research is the form of language which is Indoglish. The source of the data in the research is the words Indoglish in the Honkai Impact 3 Official Indonesia online game buying and selling group on facebook. Data collection was carried out using note and listen comprehension techniques. The result of the study showed that there were affixations to various Indoglish languages in the official Indonesian Honkai Impact 3 Online game group, namely 1) prefixes nge-, ter-, ber-, di- , meng-2) suffixes –nya, -an, -kan 3) confixes (nge+kah) and (di+in).
