Get PDFThis research aims to understand exactly what feminism is in the series. The data in this research includes a scene/dialogue in the series in it. This research uses content analysis techniques, by collecting data through watching, listening, note-taking and data identification techniques. The research results in the Kretek Girl series cover economic, political and social life. A total of 60 data have been found in total. Economic life has 10 data, political life has 28 data and social life has 22 data. So it can be concluded that the feminism contained in the Kretek Girl series is more dominant in political life. Based on the research above, the implication is that feminism continues to fight for women's rights, including the right to hold political office, work, fair wages, equal wages, and eliminate the gender wage gap and women, to receive education, have the same rights as men

Get PDFTujuan observasi ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada isa kelas 1 SD Negeri 3 Wonoboyo melalui media kartu huruf. Subjek observasi ini adalah anak kelas 1 yang berjumlah 14 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil observasi menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada siswa kelas SD Negeri 3 Wonoboyo setelah dilakukan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media kartu huruf. Dengan demikian penggunaan media kartu huruf dalam pembelajaran mengenal huruf dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf pada siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 3 Wonoboyo.

Penggunaan media tiktok pada siswa kelas V dapat meningkatkan hasil
belajar bahasa Inggris . Hal ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata kelas dari pra sikus sebesar 52 dengan perolehan nilai 70 ke atas sebanyak 8 siswa atau sebesar 29%. Ini berarti bahwa sekitar tiga perempatnya atau 12 siswa atau 71% siswa belum tuntas. Siklus 1 nilai rata-rata siswa masih rendah, 15 siswa atau sebesar 61% yang mendapatkan nilai di atas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), sedangkan 5 siswa atau sebesar 39% belum memenuhi nilai rata-rata KKM yakni sebesar 70, sedangkan pada siklus rata-rata nilai siswa sebesar 65. Siklus 2 penguasaan terhadap materi pelajaran pada siklus II sudah mencapai hasil yang maksimal yakni memperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas mencapai 81, hanya terdapat 2 siswa atau sebesar 9% yang belum mendapatkan nilai di atas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), sedangkan 18 siswa atau sebesar 91% sudah memenuhi nilai rata-rata KKM yakni sebesar 70

Get PDFJuvenile delinquency cases continue to increase, the causes of which vary, ranging from poor association among adolescents, especially in the areas of Al-Ihsan Sidorejo Mosque and Sidorejo Hilir Medan City, lack of parental responsibility in educating their children, disputes with family and with friends, lack of religious understanding among adolescents to lack of public awareness about the importance of cultivating religious awareness for adolescents. This study aims to foster adolescent religious awareness is important to be able to control cases of juvenile delinquency. This research uses strategy theory which is a process of determining the plans of top leaders that focus on the long-term goals of the organization, accompanied by the preparation of a way or effort on how to achieve these goals. And the theory of extension strategy which is a step or action implemented to achieve a target (mission) or goal to be achieved which depends on the extension system, extension approach, type of extension and extension model carried out on the characteristics of the community. This research uses a qualitative approach. The techniques in data collection used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis technique. The results of data analysis and research that have been conducted show that the religious awareness counseling strategy carried out by the Islamic Youth organization Al-Ihsan Mosque (HIGMIA) has been running well as HIGMIA's efforts in fostering adolescents in Arinda to grow their religious awareness so as to avoid bad influences in the adolescent environment. Researchers also found that the supporting factors of HIGMIA in implementing the strategy are good BKM that houses the IGMIA, cooperation with various parties and public acceptance of the strategy implemented. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of human resources, the lack of HIGMIA members makes the implementation of the strategy slightly hampered

Get PDFThis study is a discourse regarding the issue management of the East Java Provincial KPU to overcome issues developing on social media, in this article the East Java Provincial KPU's Instagram due to delays in disbursing the honorarium for the Officer for Updating the Voter List (Pantarlih) for the 2024 Election in East Java. The practice of issue management cannot be separated from the role of Public Relations which manages the East Java Province KPU Instagram. Then, the aim of the study is to find out the East Java Province KPU's issue management efforts and understand its policy direction. The research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection methods namely observation, interviews, and document study. The selection of informants is determined based on certain criteria. The results of the study show that the East Java Province KPU has made several efforts to overcome this problem. The issue management carried out made the East Java Province KPU provide direction to internal parties and provide clarification in public. This clarification is one way to solve problems that occur between the public and agencies. Meanwhile, the East Java Provincial KPU took firm action against the parties responsible for Honor Pantarlih.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui studi pustaka (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara menghimpun dan menganalisis segala hal baik dari buku, artikel, maupun jurnal yang membahas terkait dengan komunikasi organisasi dan kepemimpinan. Get PDFTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan Bahasa Indonesia pada tingkat mahasiswa menggunakan media daring Aplikasi Halo Bahasa. Penelitian ini ini dilakukan di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Buddha Negeri Raden Wijaya Wonogiri pada bulan September-Oktober 2022. Kelas penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas ilmu komunikasi semester satu. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahapan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan Bahasa Indonesia mahasiswa ilmu komunikasi semester satu mengalami peningkatan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Halo Bahasa. Peningkatan kemampuan terjadi setelah menggunakan aplikasi Halo Bahasa dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata kelas dari 55 meningkat menjadi 81.

Get PDFMeditasi yang berasal dari ajaran Buddha adalah salah satu jenis meditasi yang paling populer dan banyak dipraktikkan oleh orang-orang di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk mengkaji sumber-sumber yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Kecerdasan emosional adalah kemampuan untuk mengatur emosi dengan baik, baik emosi diri sendiri maupun emosi orang lain. Untuk memiliki kecerdasan emosional, seseorang harus mampu melakukan lima hal, yaitu menyadari diri sendiri, mengatur diri sendiri, menumbuhkan motivasi diri, berempati dengan orang lain, dan mengasah keterampilan sosial. Kecerdasan emosional dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup, prestasi, dan hubungan interpersonal. Meditasi Buddhis adalah praktik spiritual yang bertujuan untuk mencapai ketenangan, kebijaksanaan, dan pembebasan. Meditasi Buddhis dibagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu meditasi konsentrasi dan meditasi kesadaran. Meditasi Buddhis dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kesehatan fisik, mental, dan emosional. Meditasi Buddhis juga dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional dengan mengembangkan kesadaran, pengaturan, motivasi, empati, dan keterampilan sosial. Hubungan antara meditasi Buddhis dan kecerdasan emosional: Beberapa penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa meditasi Buddhis dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional melalui berbagai mekanisme. Meditasi Buddhis dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri dengan membantu seseorang untuk mengenali dan menerima emosi yang dialami tanpa menilai atau menolaknya. An analysis of the English textbook “think” to the curriculum 2013
Get PDFThe study aimed to evaluate the relevance of materials in the textbook "Think" with basic competencies of the English curriculum 2013. The analysis has been done in interpersonal, transactional, and special function text genres. The instrument of the research was the checklist evaluation. The textbook was analyzed using a qualitative research method with a content analysis design. The data collection procedures started from perusing, highlighting, eliciting, grouping, coding, and tabulating. Then, the data was analyzed by adapting the procedures from Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014) using data selecting, data display, data interpreting, and conclusion. The data was evaluated using the categories of complete, slightly complete, slightly incomplete, and null. In the textbook, 12 materials were checked for relevance to the English curriculum 2013. The result of the study showed that the textbook only meets ten materials out of 22 materials suggested in basic competence 3 and 4 of English curriculum 2013. The interpersonal genre text does not have any related material out of three materials from one indicator. for the transactional genre text, the book has two complete indicators that suit the textbook and syllabus of curriculum 2013. It has one slightly complete and one slightly incomplete indicator. For the special text, the book does not meet any of the material suggested by the syllabus of curriculum 2013. The result found that the level of conformity of the "Think" textbook is slightly incomplete because the textbook contains materials that are not suggested by the syllabus. To sum up, the textbook "Think" is better to be used as a supplementary book in school with curriculum 2013. The book has various activities inside to support the teaching and learning process
