    Fault Prognosis System on Face-Mask Body Machine with Adabelief-Backpropagation Neural Network

    Ultrasonic welding workload on vertical roller welding components on face-mask body machine in making masks has a highvibration of up to 20kHz. This high vibration causes the locking bolt to loosen the serrations, thus causing a greater failure of function, such as wear and tear on the teeth. If this function fails, it will cause downtime and high costs in the waiting process for the cleat component to be remanufactured. The damage prognosis system based on the condition of this machine implements a Classification of types of damage along with recommendations for maintenance activities that need to be carried out on the Face-Mask Body Machine. Classification of the type of damage to this system using There is a Belief-Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN), a method for looking for weight settings on a neural network based on the error rate obtained in the previous iteration. This method is optimized using AdaBelief, which can adapt the step size based on the "confidence" of the previous gradient to get Convergence rates and generalization abilities better so that these types of problems can be known from the vibration signal of the machine which previously the signal was parsed using wavelet packet decomposition into frequency bands to obtain component data with low or high frequency. From the results of system performance testing, the modeling accuracy is 98.4%, so this system can be declared good and feasible to use in slack detection of vertical roller welding cleat fixing bolts

    Pusat Data dan Sistem Informasi Pertanian Kementrian Pertanian claimed that in 2018 Indonesia coffee consumption has national increase of 2.49%. There is reflected by expantion of coffee shops. Menu that coffee shops offered is Manual Brew Coffee, brewed manually by the barista. If there is a lot of waiting line it will decrease barista performance to making orders. It supports the impact of income earned and get a reduction of customer satisfaction. Motivated by this, a Coffee Maker system that support to monitoring water volume, water temperature, monitor coffee sales to manage time spend for make a coffee also help barista for making a coffee. This system consists of ultrasonic sensor to monitor water stock and temperature sensor to monitor the water temperature. Application on android will display data in real time to user. Results of study obtained test value on temperature sensor with an average value difference of 0.069°C. Ultrasonic sensor test to calculate volume of water produces an error value of 1.2%. The whole system comparing the speed of making coffee between the coffee maker system and manual by barista, average time difference is 1 minute 58 seconds. The value is quite good because it does not exceed the tolerance limit of each sensor, namely ±0.5°C for the temperature sensor and 1cm for the ultrasonic sensor. The obtained value is not much different from the actual coffee dose, with a difference of 0.65gr not exceeding 1gr. The system works much faster than manual coffee brewing by the barist

    Awareness and the need for authentication or assurance of the authenticity of halal foods is a challenge in many countries, especially in Muslim countries. So, many countries where the majority of the population is Muslim are quite strict in ensuring the sale and purchase of meat, especially in traditional markets. Therefore, this study aim is to find a system to identify the types of meat from the image, such as the initiation of the manufacture of practical technology for the authentication of halal products. In this study, the box-counting method was used to determine the fractal dimension value of the identified animal flesh image. The container counting method uses the texture of the animal’s meat that has unique characteristics of each type. The results of the identification of the animal meat obtained were 24 tests which were correctly identified from a total of 36 test data. This translates into a 66,67% success rate for the system

    In the observations of ATV car rentals that have been carried out at Cafe Sawah, officers monitor ATV cars using a monitoring tower. This system can replace the function of using a monitoring tower to make it easier to monitor ATV cars.This research will design a tool for monitoring ATV cars that makes it easier for officers to monitor ATV cars remotely. By using an arduino atmega 2560 which is used as a microcontroller and there is a nodemcu which is used to connect to the internet network, then gps neo-6m to find out the position of the ATV car. And the android application that is used to monitor ATV cars.Based on 11 rounds of testing on the ATV car trajectory that has been determined, the results of the latitude and longitude coordinates on the ATV car monitoring application with google maps as a reference are obtained. By testing 11 rounds of ATV cars, accurate results are obtained at points 1,2,3,5,8,9,10,11 and less accurate results are obtained at points 4,6,7 by comparing the coordinates obtained in the ATV car monitoring application and the coordinates obtained on google maps. While the data from the results of signal testing using the G-NetTrack Pro application, in the test drive test using the G-NetTrack Pro application, an extraordinary result was obtained with a value of -59 which was found at the 5th point and a bad result of -94 was found at the point to 4

    Design of Monitoring and Telecontrol System on Cassava Fermentation as Basic Ingredients of Mocaf Flour (Modified Cassava Flour) Based on Internet of Things (IoT)

    Mocaf (Modified Cassava Flour) is flour from cassava which is fermented by lactic acid bacteria. The growth temperature for lactic acid bacteria is 30°C-37°C with a fermentation time of 12-24 hours. In previous research, during 24 hours of fermentation at 33°C, mocaf flour produced the highest protein content of 12.87% without using a temperature stabilization system. The success of the fermentation process is indicated by a decrease in the pH value of the fermentation water to 4.5–5.0. In household scale producers, mocaf fermentation is still carried out traditionally at unstable temperatures. Therefore, a system is needed to monitor and control temperature automatically. In this research, the system that has been designed uses an ESP32 microcontroller as the system control center. The pH sensor is used to detect the pH value of water, the gas sensor is used to detect carbon dioxide gas (CO2) and the temperature sensor is used to detect the water temperature value. Peltier elements are used to lower the temperature and heaters are used to increase the temperature of the fermented water. In this research, a successful fermentation process with a pH value of around 5.0 could be achieved within ±12 hours at a temperature of 33°C, ±18 hours at a temperature of 43°C, and ±25 hours at a temperature of 23°C. In this study the mocaf fermentation process was completed in only ± 12 hours at a temperature of 33°C which is the ideal temperature for the growth of lactic acid bacteria

    The student Activity Credit Unit is a credit value obtained by students after participating in curricular and extracurricular student activities. The credit score is a specific value unit in the form of numbers given to each student who carries out actions. Credit score provisions have been set. Each activity must be accompanied by proof of participation/certificate/other evidence that will be used as the basis for assessing creditworthiness. If the calculation of the loan amount is done manually, errors can occur because the work done by humans is relatively error prone. Therefore, we need an application that provides a solution to minimize the occurrence of computational errors. This research was conducted to create a credit unit information system for student activities using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. This system makes it easier for students to input data on student activities. The result of this research is a web-based credit information system for student activities that can be implemented at the State Polytechnic of Banyuwangi as a tool for calculating credits for all student activities

    Design and Build an Android Based Gateway Controller using the MQTT Protocol

    The gate is the most important component of a building's security system. Although almost all homes have gates, they are still opened and closed in the traditional manner. As technology advances, a remote control may be used to automatically open and close the gate. In this study, the author attempts to develop a gate utilizing an internet-connected microcontroller and an android smartphone application to make it simpler for users to manage and monitor the motor's status and eliminate the need for a remote control. The automatic gate prototype includes a track length of 3 meters, a 12 V dc gearbox motor, and a control system. The gate load standard is 15.40 kg. The study's findings employ the Internet of Things (IoT) to regulate and observe gate opening and closing as well as gather data on gate status and maintenance. According to test results, an average torque value of 78.44 Nm at an average current value of 10.25 A was obtained utilizing a mass load variation between 1 and 15 kg. Qos performance between Node MCU and Android application shows the quality of data transfer during deceleration with an average value of 34.3 seconds. The average throughput value is 149.6719 bps

Service quality, trustworthiness, facilities and security affect hotel selection decisions. A common application of security technology is the use of duplicable RFID card lock technology. For this reason, it is necessary to add a double security system in the form of an OTP (One Time Password) code and limit access to visitors and visitors from visitors. The test results using NFC PN532 to read e-KTP cards obtained readings in under 1.00 seconds, with 100% accuracy within a distance of 0 - 2.5 cm. In testing with an additional OTP (One Time Password) code, the results obtained are good accuracy readings with an accuracy rate of 100% when the OTP code is appropriate

    Compost is organic material that is decomposed in a place that is protected from the sun and rain. Factors that affect the success of composting are temperature, pH and light intensity in raw materials, types and sizes of raw materials. Waste processing carried out by the community is still conventional with a long time of 60 days so that by reprocessing waste simply by making Takakura basket compost which is done naturally for 30 days. The purpose of this research is to create a monitoring system for composting types of vegetables and fruits based on the internet of things using temperature sensors, pH sensors and light intensity sensors. The measurement results taken will be sent to firebase and displayed on the WEBSITE. The ESP32 microcontroller will process the value taken by the sensor and displayed on the LCD and WEBSITE in real time. Based on the test results, the temperature sensor is used to detect the basket temperature with an average value of 27-39°C. The temperature is more than 35°C then the fan will turn on. The pH sensor is used to detect acidity levels in vegetable and fruit compost. The light intensity sensor is used to detect sunlight received for photosynthesis when the afternoon light intensity value is below 1800 lux, the light will turn on to help photosynthesis in composting. WEBSITE display can be accessed well from 0.002307s delay and 93.3% packet loss
