No full textความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอุณหภูมิน้ำกับอัตราการเจริญเติบโตของหนอนปลอกน้ำ (Himalopsyche acharai) วงศ์Rhyacophilidae อันดับTrichoptera ศึกษาในห้องปฏิบัติการระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2547 - ธันวาคม พ.ศ.2548 ทางภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย โดยทดลองเลี้ยงตัวอ่อนหนอนปอกน้ำในอุณหภูมิคงที่ 10°C, 15°C, 20°C และ 25°C พบว่าอุณหภูมิน้ำระดับต่ำ ที่มีการเจริญเติบโตได้ประมาณ 5°C และอุณหภูมิคงที่สําหรับหนอนปลอกน้ำ 1 รุ่น คิดเป็นอุณหภูมิสะสม 1,200 °C ในการทดลองนี้ พบว่าดักแด้ไม่สามารถเจริญเติบโตเป็นตัวเต็มวัยได้ในอุณหภูมิคงที่ 10°C และ 25°C การอยู่รอดของหนอนปลอกน้ำ มีอัตราการเจริญเติบโตในอุณหภูมิที่จํากัด มีค่าพิสัยอยู่ระหว่าง 10°C ถึง 10°C - 25°CThe relationship between water temperature and developmental rate of Himalopsyche acharai (Trichoptera : Rhyacophilidae) was studied in a laboratory from June 2004 to December 2005 in Northern Thailand. The immature insects were reared at a constant 10°C, 15°C, 20°C and 25°C. The threshold low water temperature for development is estimated to be around 5°C and the thermal constant for one generation is done at about 1200°C days. At the constant 10°C and 25°C, all experimented pupae could not develop to an adult stage. The range of water temperature for the survivability of this species is suggested to be limited within the 10°C range between 10°C - 25°C
