PENINGKATAN PENGELOLAAN DAN PEMBUATAN TEMPAT SAMPAH UNTUK MASYARAKAT DESA KORANJI KECAMATAN PULOSARI KABUPATEN PANDEGLANG
No full textIsu mengenai sampah hingga kini masih menjadi kajian menarik untuk dibahas. Berbagai metode penanganan masalah terkait sampah pun telah dilakukan. Semakin banyaknya sampah yang disebabkan akibat populasi yang semakin bertambah, juga memerlukan keterlibatan berbagai sektor dalam upaya penanganan sampah. Permasalahan terkait dengan sampah juga terjadi di Desa Koranji Kecamatan Pulosari dimana masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang rasa peduli terhadap upaya pengelolaan sampah yang baik. Sebagai salah satu upaya menangani permasalahan sampah, dilakukan pengelolaan sampah mandiri berbasis masyarakat di Desa Koranji Kecamatan Pulosari dipelopori oleh Peserta KKM Kelompok 55 UNIBA Tahun 2024. Pengelolaan sampah mandiri berbasis masyarakat dapat membantu mengurangi sampah. Hal ini menjadi perhatian besar baik bagi dosen dan mahasiswa KKM Kelompok 55 UNIBA Tahun 2024 Universitas Bina Bangsa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 2 Bulan di Desa Koranji, Kecamatan Pulosari dengan jumlah peserta KKM sebanyak 14 orang. Adapun tahapan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan antara lain, observasi lapangan, survey, diskusi dan wawancara untuk mengkaji keadaan/kondisi desa, pelaksanaan sosialisasi dan FGD bersama masyarakat untuk menetapkan program pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan. Hasil kegiatan pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat yakni pembuatan 5 Tempat Sampah. Hasil evaluasi program menunjukkan sebanyak 97% masyarakat ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini. kesimpulan pemberdayaan masyarakat dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dalam melakukan pengolahan sampah dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih, sehat dan mandiri di Desa Koranji, Kecamatan Pulosari

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan para pelaku UMKM lada dan analisis data penjualan dan pemasaran yang ada Media sosial adalah salah-satu media yang dapat meminimalisir penggunaan dana besar di awal usaha. khususnya Instagram, telah menjadi platform strategis untuk promosi dan pemasaran produk UMKM, berkat fitur-fitur interaktif dan jangkauan audiensnya yang luas. Studi ini mengidentifikasi bagaimana penggunaan Instagram dapat meningkatkan visibilitas, engagement, dan penjualan produk Mascot Lada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram secara signifikan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan brand awareness, interaksi dengan pelanggan, dan ultimately, peningkatan penjualan produk. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi UMKM dalam memanfaatkan Instagram secara efektif sebagai alat pemasaran untuk mencapai pertumbuhan bisnis yang lebih baik

By evaluating the text using three key criteria – Sociolinguistics, Syntax, and Vocabulary – the researchers aim to explore the students' ability to utilize language in social contexts, their understanding of sentence structure, and their proficiency in using suitable words to convey their arguments effectively. Through a qualitative approach, the researchers conducted a meticulous assessment of the text, revealing the students' adeptness in incorporating societal implications, utilizing logical sequencing, and employing persuasive language. The findings of this study offer valuable insights into students' written capabilities and provide guidance for future pedagogical interventions in fostering linguistic development among learners.  
THE EFFECT OF ELECTRONIC FOOD FOR PREGNANCY (E-FOCY) APPLICATION ON THE NUTRITION BEHAVIOR OF PREGNANT WOMEN IN THE RIAU ISLANDS COMMUNITY
Get PDFMalnutrition is the cause of maternal and child death. One population that is very vulnerable to nutritional problems is pregnant women.This research method is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design (Quasi Experimental) with a one group pretest and posttest design. The samples taken in this study were all 30 pregnant women in the second trimester who had their wombs checked at the Bugis Village Community Health Center. The results of the pre-test knowledge analysis between the control group and the intervention group showed a p-value of 0.867 (p<0.05), which means that there was no significant difference in the pre-test knowledge score between the control group and the intervention group. The results of the posttest analysis of knowledge between the control group and the intervention group showed a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05). However, from the research results it was found that there were significant differences in attitudes and behavior between pregnant women who were given intervention using the E-FOCY application and those who were only given counseling from the KIA book. There was a significant increase in knowledge from the pre and post test results (p-value 0.000). However, in the intervention group the increase was higher than in the control group

Get PDFThis research was conducted to see the influence of Human Relations and the Use of New Media Technology in Organizational communication at PT. Lantera Sejahtera Indonesia. The research method used a census method with a population of 65 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and questionnaires consisting of 82 questions divided into 3 parts, namely human relations, the use of new media and organizational communication. Data analysis in this study used the SEM method. Hypothesis testing shows that human relations have a significant effect on organizational communication. This indicates that good human relations will contribute well to organizational communication. The use of new media in organizations has a significant effect on organizational communication. Furthermore, from the results of the hypothesis test, it can be seen that human relations and the use of new media together can affect organizational communication at PT Lantera Sejahtera Indonesia. From the results of this study, researchers provide several suggestions to improve organizational communication at PT Lantera Sejahtera Indonesia to be able to improve human relations for the better so that organizational communication becomes better. Get PDFThe rapid progress in information technology, particularly in the financial sector involving virtual currencies and continually increasing investment volumes from year to year, serves as motivation for the author to conduct this research. The focus of this study is to analyze the impact of changes in global energy commodity prices, especially Crude Oil and Natural Gas, on the fluctuation of Bitcoin prices. The research method applied is quantitative, using purposive sampling techniques in sample selection. The data source is derived from secondary data taken from the official finance.yahoo.com website with a weekly time series period from June 2019 to July 2022 for each variable under investigation. The analysis results using SPSS22 indicate that the movement of energy commodity prices has a positive and significant influence on changes in Bitcoin prices. Both Crude Oil and Natural Gas, either individually or collectively, contribute positively and significantly to changes in Bitcoin prices. The research findings suggest that the substantial energy consumption in Bitcoin mining activities creates a connection between Bitcoin prices and energy commodity prices. Nevertheless, further research is needed to examine other factors influencing Bitcoin prices

The relief in question is Rukhsah. Rukhsah can be carried out when someone is of age which is permitted according to the terms and conditions. In this discussion, Rukhsah was carried out because there was an outbreak or pandemic of Covid-19 that had hit the whole world, including Indonesia. Due to the pandemic, all activities that gather the masses have been canceled, including worship and carried out from their respective homes. Therefore, Rukhsah is widely implemented during the current pandemic to make it easier to carry out worship. This article is a literature review sourced from several references relevant to the topic discussed. Data collection techniques come from researching relevant reference sources in the form of journals, articles, websites, books and other scientific works. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach, which involved 3 breeders from 7 villages in Binjai District, Langkat Regency and were selected randomly. Research data was collected through in-depth interviews related to the research theme. The results of this research show that the analysis of the Jooper chicken farming business is very feasible to continue to be developed because it can increase income. From the R/C Ratio analysis, we get an average of 1.2. The analysis of the Elba chicken farming business is very feasible to continue with the R/C Ratio analysis getting 1.2. The analysis of the KUB chicken farming business is very feasible to continue with the R/C Ratio analysis of 1.4. Hasil uji statistik spearman rank didapatkan nilai koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,61 dan ρ-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan yaitu terdapat hubungan tingkat stress dengan kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes mellitus di Puskesmas Aek Parombunan. Nilai koefesien korelasi spearman rank ini sebesar 0,61 menunjukkan jika kekuatan hubungan antara dua variabel ini pada kategori kuat
