GIBRAN RAKABUMING RAKA'S RHETORIC IN THE 2024 CAWAPRES DEBATE IN A STUDY OF ARISTOTLE'S RHETORIC THEORY
No full textThis research wants to know phronesis (intellectual), arate (quality), eunonia (good intentions), namely the elements of ethos, as well as pathos and logos found in Gibran Rakabuming Raka's rhetoric in the 2024 cawapress debate. This research is qualitative research using a content analysis approach. Content analysis is a systematic technique for analyzing message content and characterizing messages. Data collection in this research was through interviews with key informants, namely the audience and the Parabowo-Gibran success team as well as YouTube videos of the 2024 cawapres debate carried out by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPU). The theory used in this research is Aristotle's rhetorical theory which contains elements of ethos, phatos and logos. The results of interviews with informants (audience) in this research found that Gibran Rakabuming Raka has a unique character, straightforward, no nonsense, calm, rational, sharp, an open young man (ethos)
SOFT SKILLS, IN FACING THE NEW NORMAL COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN SAMARINDA CITY COMPANIES
No full textBased on the background, the formulation of the problem that has been stated previously, the objectives of this study are. (1) To find out the Soft Skill Ability that influences the New Normal of the COVID-19 Pandemic. (2) To find out the Management influence on the New Normal of the COVID-19 Pandemic. (3) To find out the Information Technology influence on the New Normal of the COVID-19 Pandemic. (3) To find out the Soft Skill Ability, Management and Information Technology influence on the New Normal of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with a Multiple Linear Regression Model. The results of the study show that all variables in the study, such as: 1) The Soft Skill ability variable has a positive and significant effect on the New Normal variable of the COVID-19 Pandemic. 2) The management variable has a positive and significant effect on the new normal variable of the COVID-19 pandemic, and 3) The information technology variable has a positive and significant effect on the New Normal variable of the COVID-19 Pandemic. And of the three variables, it shows that the third variable is the one that has a more dominant effect on the New Normal variable of the COVID-19 Pandemic

No full textPerencanaan teknis pembangunan Jembatan Sungai Klaigi di Maibo, Kabupaten Sorong, barat daya Papua, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan konektivitas transportasi dan mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal. Kajian tersebut mencakup analisis topografi, geoteknik, dan hidrologi untuk merancang jembatan yang aman dan efektif sesuai dengan kondisi geografis setempat. Perhitungan struktur dilakukan untuk memastikan jembatan mampu menahan beban dan tahan terhadap kondisi cuaca ekstrim. Selain itu, rencana tersebut juga mempertimbangkan potensi dampak pembangunan terhadap lingkungan dan sosial serta mengembangkan strategi mitigasi yang diperlukan. HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEMATANGAN EMOSI DENGAN PERILAKU SELF-HARM PADA REMAJA PEREMPUAN
No full textThis study aims to explore the relationship between emotional maturity and self-harm behavior in female adolescents aged 18-21 years. The number of participants in this study was 114, recruited through an online questionnaire. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The measurement tools used were the Emotional Maturity Scale and the Self-Harm Inventory (SHI). The results showed a significant negative relationship between emotional maturity and self-harm behavior, with a correlation value of r = -0.803 and significance p < 0.05. This means that the higher the emotional maturity, the lower the self-harm behavior, and conversely, the lower the emotional maturity, the higher the self-harm behavior. Emotional maturity contributed 64% to self-harm behavior. This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of emotional maturity in addressing self-harming behavior among female adolescent

No full textThe position of the minutes of the deed is very important so that the notary must be careful in storing it so that it is not damaged, lost and/or scattered. Negligence in storing the minutes of the deed results in the injured parties being able to sue the Notary for administrative, civil or criminal liability. The problems studied in this thesis are First, the legal consequences related to the lost minutes of the deed Second, the legal responsibility of the notary related to the lost minutes of the deed. The theories used to analyze these problems are the theory of legal consequences by R. Soeroso and the theory of responsibility by Hans Kelsen.The method used in this research is normative juridical research, namely library legal research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. The research approach used is a statutory approach, conceptual approach, analytical approach, and case approach and the technique of collecting legal materials is carried out by identifying and inventorying positive legal rules, book literature, journals and other legal sources. For legal material analysis techniques carried out by grammatical and systematic legal interpretation while legal construction methods by analogy and legal refinement.From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the legal consequences for Notaries who are negligent in keeping the minutes of the deeds they make have juridical implications can be sued by the parties to compensate for losses, if the parties are harmed by the Notary concerned. The responsibility carried out by the notary due to damage or loss that occurs to the minutes of the deed that is lost or damaged due to the fault or negligence of the notary himself, the notary concerned will be held accountable in the form of making a report to the police for loss and damage, sending a report to the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the condition of loss or damage and then waiting for follow-up settlement and if possible, the Notary can request an application from the Panel of Judges at the District Court to obtain approval for making a new copy of the deed

No full textPenentuan daerah yang merupakan sebagai arena kompetisi politik bagi partai politik beserta para calon anggota legislatif untuk meraih kursi yang sudah disediakan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan. Masalahnya adalah pertama bagaimana penentuan dapil terhadap pemenuhan proporsi keadilan representasi dalam pengisian anggota DPRD Provinsi ditinjau dari UU No 7 tahun 2017; kedua Apakah pasca Putusan MK No 80/PUU-XX/2022 terkait kewenangan KPU dalam penentuan dapil sudah mencerminkan proporsi keadilan representasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris sebagai metode utama dan yuridis normatif sebagai metode pendukung. Penelitian hukum ini menggunakan analisis brfikir induktif untuk yuridis empiris yaitu cara yang bertolak dari pengetahuan-pengetahuan yang bersifat khusus atau fakta-fakta yang bersifat individual maupun umum. Analisis berfikir deduktif untuk yuridis normatif yaitu dengan cara berfikir memakai analisis yang berpijak pada pengertian atau beberapa fakta yang bersifat umum, kemudian diteliti hasilnya dapat memecahkan persoalan khusus. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama Penentuan daereah pemilihan yang tidak sesuai dengan 7 prinsip penyusunan daerah pemilihan. Oleh karena itu, penentuan daerah pemilihan ditentukan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip penyusunan dapil. penentuan dapil dapat ditentukan dari jumlah penduduk dan luas wilayah, maka dapat ditentukan pula penghitungan kursi partai politik dan calon anggota DPRD Provinsi. Kedua Pasca Putusan MK No 80/PUU-XX/2022 bahwa kewenangan penentuan daerah pemilihan dikembalikan ke KPU. Terdapat pendapat bahwa KPU tidak melakukan revisi dalam penentuan dapil hanya memindahkan dari Lampiran UU No 7 tahun 2017. KPU melakukan uji publik dalam penataan daerah pemilihan DPRD Provinsi di setiap Provinsi. Serta mengatur mekanisme pembentukan daerah pemilihan untuk daerah Otonom Baru. Namun tidak semua Provinsi mengalami perubahan daerah Pemilihan

No full textEarnings quality is an important indicator for evaluating a company's earnings results and ensuring that the financial information presented is accurate and reliable for decision making by management and investors. The aim of this research is to determine empirically and significantly the influence of leverage, profitability and liquidity on the profit quality of companies in the retailing sub-sector for the period 2021 - 2023. This research uses a quantitative approach and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This research used a sample of 16 companies observed for 3 years, resulting in a total of 48 data. Data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) https://www.idx.co.id/id. Data processing uses E-Views version 9.0. The results of this research explain that leverage has no effect on earnings quality, profitability has a significant negative effect on earnings quality and liquidity has no effect on earnings quality

The formulation of the problem of this research is how the legal regulation of HGB that has ended and how the legal certainty of HGB that has ended is related to inheritance rights disputes. The theories used are the theory of legal certainty and the theory of dispute resolution.The method used in this research uses normative legal research, namely library legal research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary legal material sources. The research approach used is a statutory, conceptual, case and analytical approach with legal material collection techniques by identifying and inventorying positive legal regulations, book literature, journals and other legal material sources with legal material analysis techniques carried out with grammatical, systematic interpretation and analogy construction.From the research, it can be concluded that Building Use Rights (HGB) are one form of land rights regulated in the UUPA, PP Number 18 of 2021, and Presidential Decree Number 32 of 1979. HGB that has expired can be extended with priority given to former HGB holders or legal heirs, as long as they meet requirements such as land use, spatial suitability, and legal documents. If not extended, the land will return to the state. In the context of inheritance, expired HGB can cause disputes. To ensure legal certainty, land registration is very important. Dispute resolution can be carried out through deliberation, mediation, or court, with legally binding decisions based on the principle of certainty

No full textPenelitian ini mengkaji implementasi visual storytelling pada film "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" untuk pengembangan produk audio-visual sebagai strategi pemasaran di Desa Wisata Dukuh Pakel. Menggunakan pendekatan semiotika film Christian Metz, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis elemen-elemen visual storytelling dan mengembangkan model implementasinya dalam konteks promosi desa wisata. Metodologi penelitian dilakukan dalam empat tahap: (1) analisis tekstual film menggunakan teori grande syntagmatique Metz untuk mengidentifikasi kode-kode sinematik dan naratif, (2) ekstraksi prinsip-prinsip visual storytelling yang relevan, (3) perancangan model implementasi, dan (4) pengembangan prototype konsep audio-visual untuk Desa Wisata Dukuh Pakel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa film "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty" memiliki pola-pola visual storytelling yang efektif dalam membangun narasi perjalanan dan transformasi personal, yang dapat diadaptasi untuk kepentingan promosi destinasi wisata. Model implementasi yang dikembangkan menawarkan kerangka kerja praktis dalam menghasilkan konten audio-visual yang menggabungkan aspek informatif dan emotif. No full textTourism villages have emerged as increasingly popular destinations among travelers. The tourism products offered are crucial in attracting tourists' intentions to revisit. This study aims to analyze the impact of tourism products—specifically culinary offerings, natural scenery, local friendliness, and tourist activities—on tourists' intentions to revisit the Kembang Kuning Tourism Village. Employing a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design, data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, with validity and reliability tests conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. The findings indicate that culinary offerings (X1) and natural scenery (X2) do not have a significant effect on the intention to revisit. In contrast, local friendliness (X3) and tourist activities (X4) have a significant impact. Based on these results, it is recommended that the Kembang Kuning Tourism Village enhance the quality of its culinary offerings and manage natural tourist attractions to align with tourists' needs and expectations, thereby positively influencing their intention to retur
