PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM BAGI ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS (ABK) YANG MENJADI KORBAN CYBER BULLYING
Get PDFBullying tidak hanya dilakukan secara langsung tapi juga lewat media sosial. Tindakan cyber bullying kepada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) sering juga terjadi yang mengakibatkan Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) mengalami trauma kepanjangan, sehingga perllu diberikan perlindungan dan dilakukan upaya pencegahannya. Tujuan penelitian ini akan membahas Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) yang menjadi korban Cyber Bullying dan Perang Linkungan dalam pencegahan cyber bullyin terhadap Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait dengan isu hukum tentang perlindungan hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan hukum sudah diatur dalam beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan, antara lain perlindungan fisik dan perlindungan psikologi, merahasiakan identitas korban, pendampingan khusus saat melakukan pelaporan atau proses hukum, dan menjerat pelaku cyber bullying dengan sanksi pidana berdasarkan undang-undang. Lingkungan yang mendukung, mulai dari keluarga, sekolah, komunitas, hingga pemerintah, memiliki peran penting dalam pencegahan cyberbullying terhadap ABK. Kolaborasi yang baik di antara semua pihak dapat menciptakan ruang digital yang lebih aman dan inklusif bagi ABK

Get PDFPenggunaan knalpot broong (modifikasi) pada kendaraan sepeda motor menjadi salah satu isu penting dalam dunia transportasi, terutama terkait dengan keselamatan, ketertiban, dan kenyamanan di jalan raya. Knalpot broong sering kali dimodifikasi untuk meningkatkan suara bising yang dapat mengganggu ketenangan masyarakat, bahkan berpotensi membahayakan keselamatan pengguna jalan lainnya. Dalam konteks hukum, penggunaan knalpot modifikasi ini diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, khususnya pada Pasal 285 Ayat 1, yang mengatur tentang penggunaan kendaraan bermotor yang tidak memenuhi standar teknis dan/atau lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implikasi hukum terhadap penggunaan knalpot brong pada sepeda motor, dengan merujuk pada ketentuan Pasal 285 Ayat 1 UU No. 22 Tahun 2009. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan knalpot broong bertentangan dengan regulasi yang ada dan dapat dikenakan sanksi administratif maupun pidana sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION BY SOCH FACT CHECK AGAINST ELECTORAL DISINFORMATION IN PAKISTAN 2024
Get PDFThis study analyzes the communication strategy of SochFactCheck, a Pakistani fact-checking organization, during the 2024 General Elections. It employs Strategic Communication Theory and Qualitative Content Analysis (QCA) to examine 52 disinformation cases, focusing on how SochFactCheck structured, disseminated, and evaluated counter-narratives. Disinformation tactics included deepfakes, AI-generated political resignations, and gendered attacks primarily targeting PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf) leaders. Through a four-phase strategic model situational analysis, message development, message delivery, and evaluation SochFactCheck deployed a hybrid communication system integrating online platforms and offline journalist workshops. The results demonstrate SochFactCheck’s evolution from a reactive fact-checking outlet to a strategic actor capable of shaping public resilience and digital literacy. PENGARUH MARKETING MIX TERHADAP MINAT BERKUNJUNG KEMBALI PASIEN RAWAT INAP BPJS KESEHATAN DI KLINIK PKU MUHAMMADIYAH H MAHMUD PEMALANG
Get PDFVisits at the PKU Muhammadiyah H Mahmud Pemalang clinic in 2024 were 8,142 outpatients and 2,440 inpatients. These visits are still small compared to the population in Belik sub-district, which is 119,621 people. BPJS Kesehatan services at the PKU Muhammadiyah H Mahmud Pratama clinic are expected to increase patient visits, especially inpatient services for patients who are not affected by the location of BPJS Kesehatan membership members. The number of active BPJS capitation participants at the clinic is currently 3,200 participants. This study uses a quantitative design and is conducted cross-sectionally. The population of this study was 2,440 people. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling with a sample size of 250 people. Data collection used a questionnaire which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a significant influence of the 7P Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process, and Physical Evidence) on the decision to revisit BPJS Kesehatan inpatients at the PKU Muhammadiyah H Mahmud Pemalang clinic, both partially and simultaneously. The influence obtained is a positive influence, which means that the better the Marketing Mix implemented, the higher the interest in revisiting inpatients at the PKU Muhammadiyah H Mahmud Pemalang clini

Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh bias perilaku (herding, loss aversion, home bias, dan availability bias) terhadap keputusan investasi pengguna platform trading online di Indonesia, dengan literasi keuangan sebagai variabel moderasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 145 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa herding, loss aversion, dan home bias berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, sedangkan availability bias tidak. Literasi keuangan berpengaruh langsung dan memoderasi sebagian hubungan antara bias dan keputusan investasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa investor tetap rentan terhadap bias meskipun memiliki literasi keuangan yang baik. Get PDFNigerian population in 2022 was 218.54 million and women population out of the statistics was 108.9 million, representing 49.46% of the total population. Literature confirms that entrepreneurship has been conceptualized as the engine of economic growth both in developed and less developed countries. Based on these facts, this research work aims at evaluating the effects of entrepreneurship development and business financing on women’s empowerment in Ekiti State. The study uses descriptive statistics method of data analysis to carry out the objectives of the research project. The outcomes of the research findings confirmed that women’s engagement in entrepreneurship projects such as restaurant services, meat retailing, barbing and hair weaving promote women’s economic status to finance their children education, pay tax to support infrastructure development and reduce poverty level of citizens. DETERMINANTS OF FIRM VALUE WITH CAPITAL STRUCTURE AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE IN MANUFACTURING COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE
Get PDFThe main objective of this study is to evaluate and analyze the determinants of firm value, as well as to examine the mediating role of capital structure in the relationship between business risk, growth opportunities, and institutional ownership on firm value. The study focuses on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2019 to 2023. The research sample comprises 104 companies selected purposively based on specific criteria relevant to the objectives of the study. To analyze both the direct and indirect relationships among the examined variables, the study employs path analysis as the analytical method.
The findings of the study indicate that business risk has a negative effect on firm value. Conversely, growth opportunities and institutional ownership are found to have a positive impact on firm value. In addition, capital structure exhibits a significant positive effect on firm value. A key contribution of this study is the identification of capital structure as a significant mediating variable that strengthens the influence of business risk, growth opportunities, and institutional ownership on firm value.
This study reveals that capital structure plays a dominant mediating role in the relationship between business risk, growth opportunities, and institutional ownership and firm value. The integrative model proposed in this research offers a novel perspective by positioning capital structure as a strategic mechanism for value creation. These findings contribute to the theoretical understanding of firm value determination, particularly within the context of emerging markets during the post-crisis period of 2019–2023

Get PDFThrough the analysis of the ideology contained behind the representation of Balinese women in Geguritan Basur and Basur Novel, this study aims to reveal how the construction of Balinese women is formed in the text, as well as what ideology is contained behind the representation of Balinese women in Geguritan Basur and Basur novel. This study is significant because it can reveal how literary texts help maintain, challenge, or reshape views on women in Balinese society. This study uses a qualitative approach with a constructionist foundation and Michel Foucault's discourse analysis model. The aim is to analyze and find the ideology behind the representation of Balinese women in Geguritan Basur and Basur novel. The researcher is the main instrument (human instrument) whose job is to select data, analyze, interpret, and conclude. The method used in data collection is a literature study, with reading, note-taking, and interview techniques. Data analysis is carried out descriptively and qualitatively and with the following stages: reading data, marking, classifying, analyzing, and interpreting using the theories of Representation, Gender Equality, and Intertextuality. The results of this study indicate that the ideology behind the representation of Balinese women in Geguritan Basur and the Basur novel includes autonomy in determining a partner, inclusive education, free humans, and criticism of the patrilineal syste
