No full textKawasan Wisata Hutan Meranti di Kota Balikpapan, yang terletak di KM 15 Kelurahan Karang Joang, Kecamatan Balikpapan Utara. Meskipun memiliki daya tarik alam yang melimpah, kawasan ini menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan kurangnya pengalaman manajerial. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan program pengabdian masyarakat melalui dua pelatihan utama: manajemen kafe dan manajemen media sosial. Pelatihan manajemen kafe bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan operasional dan pengelolaan kafe, serta menjadikannya pusat kuliner. Sementara itu, pelatihan manajemen media sosial bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran digital melalui pembuatan konten kreatif menggunakan teknologi seperti ChatGPT. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam kedua bidang tersebut. Program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat keberlanjutan pengelolaan kawasan, mendorong peningkatan ekonomi lokal, dan menjadikan Hutan Meranti sebagai destinasi wisata yang unggul dan berdaya saing

No full textThe "Web-Based Learning Media Development Training" organized by the MGMP of Economics and Chemistry in Sampang Regency aims to enhance teachers' competence in utilizing web technology for interactive learning. This training supports the improvement of digital learning quality in the Society 5.0 era through innovative and effective learning media design. The training follows the PAR approach, using media such as laptops, LCD projectors, and mobile phones. Results show that Google Sites development enriches content, Hypercontent boosts interactivity, and PowerPoint creates dynamic learning experiences. The training achieved an average score of 87.8, indicating successful implementation. Participant satisfaction was recorded at 4.6, showing very high satisfaction. In conclusion, the training was successful and effectively improved teachers' competence in using information technology to enhance teaching quality and student learning outcome

No full textPengelolaan keuangan masjid di Kecamatan Mapanget menghadapi sejumlah kendala, terutama terkait pencatatan transaksi yang hanya menggunakan metode manual dan bersifat single entry. Hal ini menyulitkan takmir dan yayasan dalam memperoleh data keuangan yang akurat sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan strategis. Permasalahan utama meliputi tidak adanya pembukuan terstruktur dan akuntabel, penggunaan metode pencatatan single entry yang tidak mencerminkan mutasi transaksi, serta perbedaan persepsi terkait pencatatan dana infak. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengurus masjid dalam membuat jurnal umum berbasis double entry, menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai ISAK 35, serta mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi perencanaan, pelatihan, pendampingan pencatatan transaksi, dan evaluasi keberlanjutan program. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pengurus terhadap siklus akuntansi, penyusunan nomor dan nama perkiraan, serta penggunaan Excel untuk mempermudah pencatatan double entry. They must care for all patients regardless of differences in ethnicity, religion, or language. Therefore, it is important for nurses to be able to communicate in English. This community service aims to provide English language support for nurses. Through the provision of modules and onsite classes, nurses were given workshops and practiced nursing care in English. The results showed an increase in vocabulary and confidence in the nurses. At the end of the community service, nurses are also equipped with basic daily skills in providing nursing care in English

No full textMSMEs often face financial problems such as poor cash flow, inaccurate recording,. These problems are also experienced by MSMEs in Cipatung District, East Jakarta. Therefore, this Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve MSMEs' understanding of basic knowledge about accounting that can help them manage their finances better, ensure proper documentation, which ultimately support the stability and growth of their businesses. The method used is to conduct socialization of basic accounting in accordance with the latest standards carried out by Lecturers of the Accounting Department, assisted by the Master of Accounting students, FEB UPN "Veteran" Jakarta using pre-test and post-test instruments and collecting feedback. The impact of this activity is to improve participants’ understanding of basic accounting as evidenced by an increase in the post-test score (score 68.95/100) compared to the pre-test (score 56.8/100). Although the increase in score is not optimal, this score is quite good considering the limited training time and most participants do not have an accounting background. In addition, the feedback result shows that all participants were satisfied and felt that this activity was useful so that participants expressed the need for ongoing training. This activity highlights the importance of strengthening financial literacy for MSME actors to support business sustainability
