This knife is hand forged from a commercial lawn mower blade used and donated by one of our exterior maintenance partners. After forging its was hardened tempered. After final shaping the blade was sanded to 300 grit and etched in ferric chloride then rock tumbled to give this rugged final finish. and The handle material is made of stabilized pecan wood finished with Danish oil.
