The Political Practice and its Subjects in of New Critical Theories: Complicities and Points of Adversity
These four theoretical bets on the “multitude” (Hardt and Negri), on the political subject as fidelity to an event (Badiou), on the “people” as a hegemonic interaction of heterogeneous demands (Laclau and Mouffe), on the political subject as an emergent subject of an egalitarian irruption (Rancière), illustrate the seek for new political subjectivities after abandoning the Marxist thesis that gives a decisive role to the working-class in the process of social transformation. Apart from this binding nucleus, they present divergences that place the question about the subject of emancipation in a field of confrontations, and bifurcation points.
This work aims at delimiting the lines of combat, voices of consent and dissent found in these new critical theories regarding the connection between political subjectivity, and economic relations, the issue of the strategy, the nationalism/internationalism dilemma and the disjunction between statism and anti-statism.

Antecedents of Using Financial Software Applications on MSME Sustainability in Banyumas Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic
The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various economic sectors in Indonesia, and consequently on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which have faced a decline in sales figures. The pandemic has forced MSME actors to reorganize their business strategies. Several MSMEs that could survive the impact of Covid-19 in Banyumas have implemented Technology-Based Financial Management which includes the use of software in managing their financial data so that MSME actors are able to calculate, manage, budget, predict expenses and profits to be achieved. The long-term goal of this research is to enrich the development of science, particularly, to examine bounded theory as the dominant factor influencing the intention of MSME actors in using financial software. Further, this research analyzes whether the financial software developed by the research team could help the process of MSME operational activities and has an impact on the sustainability of MSMEs during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Data collection for this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires through online media to MSME actors in the Banyumas Regency who were respondents and a direct approach to MSMEs concerning the use of financial software. The random sampling technique has been applied for this research, meanwhile, for data analysis the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS), version 22.0, has been used. The expected results from this research may help to analyze and provide empirical evidence that bounded theory is the dominant factor influencing the intention of MSME actors in using financial software. The output of this paper can contribute to knowledge, especially regarding the implementation of financial software and theory development.

The culture of the Latifundia*
Researching for socio-educational transformation implies elucidating the hegemonic cultural, political and economic problems of a social formation; in this case, of the Venezuelan social formation. In the field of education, the dominant approaches obfuscate the political stance of teachers by minimising their potential as organic intellectuals capable of transforming their environment. Both naïve empiricism and idealism permeate the sociological and pedagogical reflections that legitimise the colonial and neo-colonial phases established by the culture of the latifundia. This article takes a look at the culture of the latifundia as a structural and cultural remnant of Spanish colonialism as found in the novels of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Social and educational changes must start with an analysis of the roots; that is, the epistemic-theoretical and cultural foundations that constitute the processes of institutionalisation of Venezuelan education, with the ultimate purpose of discovering the conceptual and methodological devices that hinder the qualitative leap needed in the socio-educational task, which is mainly political-ideological.
* This work was inspired by the works of Rodolfo Quintero: Antropología del petróleo and Cultura del petróleo [Anthropology of Oil, and Culture of Oil]. The author has called the socio-anthropological norms and values generated in the context of outward development in Venezuela the "culture of the latifundia".

Transforming Competitiveness by Introducing Digital Platforms
The purpose of the proposed paper is to study the specific factors shaping the benefits of information platforms as an innovative institutional form and model of doing business. Active dissemination of the business model of online platforms radically transforms the competitive landscape of the market environment. The task of determining the sources and mechanisms for studying the changes that are taking place is being updated. New areas of competition include competition between hierarchical and network structures, between global «structuring» platforms, competition in dominant platform ecosystems, the interaction between platforms operating in competitive markets, competition between organizers and users, and between platform users. The impact of platforming on cross-industry, regional and international competition is determined. The sources of competitive advantages of platforms are investigated. These include reliance on data as the main factor of production, changing the cost structure of entering the market; the possibility of building large-scale networks, niche specialization, combining the effects of increasing the scale of production and demand, multihoming, multi productivity, network effects.

Northern Sea Route - Russia and China: competition or partnership
The Northern Sea Route (NSR) is one of Russia’s and Eurasia’s key arteries as a whole, connecting Asia and Europe. Being the shortest and the most difficult route for navigation, the NSR is of great interest for exploring its development potential, especially taking into account the fact that a new player is appearing in the Arctic arena: we speak about China. Within the article, the authors raise the question of what kind of future the NSR will have in the context of cooperation or competition between the Russian Federation and China in the development and in the NSR capacities development. Within the research a quantitative analysis of the goods’ and ships’ traffic by the NSR is carried out; the authors also make forecasts about its development for the period up to 2025. The authors come to the conclusion that traffic along the NSR is growing, but slowly; the Chinese presence is currently insignificant, that’s why the Russian Federation will have to develop the NSR without the active PRC’s support. Competition on the way will be delayed to a higher level of NSR infrastructure’s development.

New Social World: The Great Power of the Network
At the early beginning of the 21st century, it was impossible to imagine how fast the Internet would develop. It was also not obvious that the worldwide network would actually become available in all parts of the planet, and the network itself would become the basis for the birth and development of new global products - social networks, communications, and services. According to the International Telecommunication Union, the Internet and new digital products along twenty years have almost completely absorbed the population of developed countries (87%) and are growing rapidly in developing countries (47%)[1]. The affordable cost of communication for the majority of the population together with free communication services create the basis for the emergence of not only new products but also a constant increase in the number of digital services, which quite recently could only be obtained offline. Together with large digital government services, commercial networks, communicators, and services are creating a new social structure capable of independent machine learning and development. The work aims to show that much faster than it was supposed new digital products will intertwine with each other, forming a new social platform, which is called a New Social World. The analysis of sociological works on this topic together with an analysis of practical research on the Internet and new digital products confirms this assumption. Despite strict user agreements, global online monitoring, constant online control and full access to the data of each user, more and more people become users of social networks and services, and most social network users become loyal users of other new products and services, easily switching on digital consumption and consumption of real products and services provided online. The new social reality, generated by the powerful interweaving of the world's digital products and services will forever change the sociocultural and media world. An urgent and constant study of this phenomenon is necessary since the ways of its further development are unpredictable both in relation to the existence of traditional, social, national identification and with the existence of traditional state institutions and states.

World Trade Flows in XX Century
International trade represents the exchange of goods and services across state borders. In most countries, it forms a significant part of Gross Domestic Products (GDP). Although international trade has been presented throughout history, its economic, social, and political importance has increased in recent centuries, mainly due to industrialization, transport development, globalization, and multinational corporations. The work is planned methodologically to be explored through the graphic method, the method of index numbers and the average annual rate of change, and the trend method. The analysis of work is divided over the period. The first period is considered from 1948-1999, the second period from 1980-1999. In the 20th century, there were significant changes in the structure of international trade. By the 1960s, dominant products in international trade were primary products (raw materials), while from that period the international trade was dominated by industrial products.

Gender equality in Tunisia: current trends
Tunisia has come a long way towards achieving gender equality and remains a prominent example to other Arab countries in this experience. Meanwhile, Tunisia still takes only modest positions in international rankings on various indexes measuring gender gap. This work examines, with the help of a comparative-historical method, the formation of the women's movement in Tunisia and the development of legislation on gender equality. Then, through statistical data the author outlines the extent of women's economic, social, and political participation, and, finally, referring to the "concept of representation" by Hanna F. Pitkin (1967), the author looks at the pre-election programs of political parties that won the 2019 parliamentary elections, in order to assess the perception of the problem of women's emancipation in Tunisian society on the whole.
As a result of the research, the author comes to the conclusion that, despite progressive legislative framework guaranteeing women's rights, the mass consciousness of Tunisians maintains a set of ideas and norms on gender inequality generated by Islamic tradition and fostering the discrepancy, first in the existing legislation and the objective reality, and secondly, between the rules of family law containing elements of Sharia, and the provisions of the Constitution, as well as the accepted international obligations.

Moldovan- EU Economic Cooperation: The Role and Potential of Agricultural Sector
Agriculture is one of the most important aspects of every country's economy. The Republic of Moldova enjoys a competitive advantage in agricultural output due to its excellent soil and temperate temperature. The Association Agreement between Moldova and the European Union (EU), which was signed in 2014, greatly increased Moldovan producers' access to EU markets. The EU is Moldova's most significant economic partner, accounting for over 70% of the country's exports in 2019. In general, integrating Moldovan food producers into global value chains through supply chain connections with big retailers and exports helps them to scale up, improve productivity, and eventually contribute more to Moldova's economic growth. The developments in Moldova's agricultural and food trade following the establishment of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA) with the European Union are examined in this study. The study will look at Moldova's foreign trade activities from the standpoint of agriculture and food goods.
