Interdisciplinary Approach to the Study of State Socio-Economic Systems
The success of implementing a state economic policy operating under the conditions of a particular economic model depends on the diversity of aspects. The social one is the most important among them. The social aspect of the economic system and politics is oriented first and foremost to human resources, which is the base of the social-economic system. In this article the interdisciplinary approach has been identified as a priority in the field of study of the essence and development of new types of socio-economic systems, considering the whole complex of factors of their environment of formation. The existence of a close interconnection of economic and social aspects has been determined: the influence of non-economic, including social, determinants on the development and functioning of innovative models of the state structure; ensuring social development through existing economic shifts. It's concluded that an interdisciplinary approach in analyzing the concept of sustainable development and finding ways of its implementation is a necessity.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Firm Performance in the Indian Context
In this study, we examine the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a measure of Corporate Governance on firm performance for 348 firms in the NSE 500 Index listed in the National Stock Exchange (NSE) of India for the period 2012-2019. The results show that the total amount spent on CSR by the firms has a negative impact on the firm performance as there is a significant difference between the total amount incurred to be spent on CSR as per amendments in the Companies Act, 2013 and the total amount actually spent on CSR by the firms. It’s concluded that the number of CSR meetings held had no significant impact on firm performance. Results also show that firm size moderates the relationship between CSR and firm performance.

The Impact of the Hockey-Stick Phenomenon on the Retail Industry in India: Pre and During COVID-19
The hockey-stick sales phenomenon has been less examined in the earlier studies and doesn’t receive much attention due to the cumbersome process involved in the change of sales policies in the companies and the overall restructuring of the supply chain management. The process is costly and mostly the hockey-stick sales phenomenon has an adverse impact on the profitability of companies. However, this was not observed in the case of the companies belonging to the retail industry in India. Our study shows that hockey-stick sales have a positive impact on the profitability of the companies measured by Profit After Tax (PAT) while on the other hand during the COVID-19 period, the hockey-stick sales phenomenon appears to impact negatively the profitability of the companies specifically. The results could not be generalized as the results are industry specific, but the methodology could be applied to a different industrial sector in order to study the relationship between hockey-stick sales and profitability and its impact on the performance of the companies.

Cinderellas and Pumpkins in the New World: Fairy Tale Reinterpretations for New Approaches to Gender in Education
The objective of this writing is to present indications that can lead to the resignification of gender stereotypes in reinterpretations of traditional fairy tales through Pumpkin (Corteze, 2021), a LGBTQIAPN+ children’s book. The methodological path followed started from the choice of two narratives -in Portuguese- of the short story Cinderella, with original publication by Grimm (1812), one of them available on web pages, and one of them found in the Tell Me Collection (2020) of the Ministry of Brazilian Education. These narratives were compared to the book Pumpkin, which reread the short story Cinderella in order to welcome LGBTQIAPN+ diversities. Thus, it was noticed how the traditional narratives of fairy tales, often used in educational contexts, perpetuate gender stereotypes, and how the rereading of these tales can help in the resignification of such stereotypes.

Structural Convergence between African Countries: Empirical Evidence
This paper aims to investigate structural convergence in selected African countries over the period 1994-2019. Using panel data for 48 African countries and several estimation methods [Panel-Corrected Standard Errors (PCSE), Feasible Generalized Least Squares (FGLS), tobit model, instrumental variable, and Granger non-causality], the results show the existence of the phenomenon of sectoral structural convergence in Africa, i.e. a greater similarity in sectoral structures while income gaps are narrowing. The paper also highlights the service sector's low relative productivity level and industrial sector's low labor force attractiveness despite a significant shift in labor from the agricultural sector and a higher level of relative productivity respectively. To address this issue, the development and acquisition of human and physical capital would be necessary to develop the industrial sector and increase the service sector's productivity.

Green Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) as an Instrument for Sustainable Development
The purpose of this paper is to analyse green Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) as an instrument to contribute to sustainable development. The research of the green PPPs in their international context and the innovative mechanisms for their financial support and implementation is made through a review of their role in the global sustainable development agenda and the policy of the European Union as well as a survey of several case studies. The conceptual framework contains the theoretical background of green PPPs as innovative investment solutions, and the discussion of the results is presented afterwards. The author gives recommendations for overcoming the challenges of the green economy, especially the perception of the collaboration between the private and public sectors in accomplishing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Particular attention is paid to the new dimensions of cooperation as one of the key factors for achieving better socio-economic and environmental conditions.

Social Perspective about the Evolution of a Cultural Asset as a World Heritage Site. Case Study: The Palmeral of Elche
Cultural heritage has become a touristic attraction, especially those elements recognized as World Heritage Sites, generating great growth in the cultural tourism sector during recent decades. Given the importance of this phenomenon, the purpose of the following research is to analyze the tourism-heritage impact of the UNESCO organization within a specific World Heritage Site. In this case, the study is focused on The Palmeral of Elche (Alicante, Spain), an oasis-type irrigated agro-system recognized as a Cultural Site by UNESCO in 2000. To carry out this analysis, a theoretical review and a qualitative methodology have been implemented. The techniques used were participant observation, creation of thematic mapping, and in-depth interviews with different social agents linked to this cultural landscape from the Al-Andalus period. As a conclusion, possible responsible and sustainable actions have been determined within the social, heritage and tourist framework.

Defining Investment Decision Making in the Stock Market: A Literature Review
Investment Decision Making (IDM) is closely related to the important role of stocks in the national economy. Investment decision-making becomes a research topic that is studied by researchers with various research designs. However, through initial observations, it was found many theoretical frameworks define investment decision-making. This article aims to define stock investment decision making including theoretical frameworks and their paired variables. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with data analysis using excel and NVivo 12 was employed as the research method. Accordingly, the results show that various definitions of IDM were used by researchers and most of which define it as IDM rational activity with varied underlying theories that were mostly based on the bounded rationality theory and determined by their paired variables.

Accommodations Weave in Foz do Iguaçu-Brazil and Ecosystemic Responsibility
This article aims to present aspects related to the weaves of accommodation options in Foz do Iguaçu-Brazil city, regarding ecosystemic responsibility’s actions. The text is a partial report of a study being carried out, at the Master’s level, in Tourism and Hospitality, in association with other broader studies which have been held at a Research Group, from the University of the South of Brazil. The Cartography of Knowledge (Baptista, 2014) was used as a procedural, complex and systemic methodological strategy, in which four investigative tracks are activated: Personal Knowledge Trail, Theoretical Knowledge Trail, Production Plant Trail, and Intuitive Research Dimension Trail. It is consistent with the orientation of qualitative and multi-methodological research, having been carried out from multiple investigative procedures: bibliographic survey, interviews via Google Meet and phone calls, seminars and rounds of conversation, as well as data collection from websites, blogs and social networks. The study demonstrates the importance of raising awareness among hosting companies regarding ecosystemic responsibility, that is, the set of actions related to the care and preservation of resources, aiming at the well-being of the entire ecosystem. It is noticed that there is a lot of work to be done in this sense, since, in general, guests choose the means of accommodation considering cost and benefits according to their economic possibilities. While hosts’ main concern is about offering the kind of hospitality that guarantees the guest’s return to the lodging, based on the disclosure of the benefits offered at the time of booking.

Approach to Intellectual History and the Intellectual Subject
Intellectual history has been approached in different ways by different schools of thought, in terms of its conception and methodological treatment. We can mention, among the main ones, the French School, and the Cambridge School; as well as the Begriffsgeschichte or history of concepts. The bibliography that addresses the main features of these currents is significantly abundant and is constantly growing, since the debate is still open, which allows it to be enriched by different views and multidisciplinary approaches.
The intellectual history we are dealing with in this text refers to the "historiographic area dedicated to the study and analysis of the elaboration of discourses and their different appropriations over time, the intellectual aspects of historical knowledge".
