Analisis Prioritas Penggunaan Dana Desa Berdasarkan Permendesa PDTT di Desa Tegalsambi Kabupaten Jepara Tahun 2016-2019
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the priority of using village funds in 2016 in Tegalsambi Village, Jepara Regency based on Permendesa PDTT number 21 of 2015, knowing the priority of using village funds in 2017 based on Permendesa PDTT number 22 of 2016, knowing the priority of using village funds in 2018 based on Permendesa PDTT number 19 of 2017, and knowing the priority of using village funds in 2019 based on Permendesa PDTT number 16 of 2018. The analytical method used is the method developed by Miller and Huberman which includes 3 activities carried out together, namely: (1) data reduction, (2) presentation of data, and (3) concluding. The results showed that the use of village funds in Tegalsambi Village, Jepara Regency in 2016 was by Permendesa PDTT number 21 of 2015 amounting to 99.07% prioritized in the field of village development and 0.93% in the field of community empowerment, the use of village funds in 2017 was by with Permendesa PDTT number 22 of 2016 amounting to 97.69% prioritized in the field of village development and 2.31% in the field of community empowerment, the use of village funds in 2018 has been by Permendesa PDTT number 19 of 2017 amounting to 80.89% prioritized in the field of development village and 19.11% for the field of community empowerment, and the use of village funds in 2019 was by Permendesa PDTT number 16 of 2018 which was 96.17% prioritized in the field of village development and 0.93% in the field of community empowerment
Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kelancaran Pengembalian Pembiayaan Pada Anggota KSPPS BMT Al-Hikmah Jepara
Get PDFKSPPS BMT Al Hikmah Jepara conducted a financing analysis for the capital to be disbursed so that the capital proved safe, smooth, and profitable. The study aimed to examine the effect of variable loan values, guarantees, age, education levels, partial and simultaneous family dependents on smooth return on financing. This research method is descriptively quantitative. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression data analysis. The population in this study was a member in KSPPS BMT Al-Hikmah Jepara period 2017-2019 as many as 51,193 members. The sample number was 100 respondents. The results showed that the value of loans, guarantees, age, and family dependents partially affected the smooth return of financing in KSPPS BMT member Al Hikmah Jepara. While the level of education has no effect on the smooth return of KSPPS BMT Al Hikmah Jepara financing. Loan value, guarantee, age, education level, family dependents simultaneously affect the smooth return of financing to KSPPS BMT member Al Hikmah Jepar
ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION, ROLE OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND PARTNERSHIP ON MARKETING PERFORMANCE OF FURNITURE EXPORT SMES: A STUDY ON FURNITURE EXPORT COMPANIES IN JEPARA
Get PDFObjective: The study is to analyze the role of the government, entrepreneurial orientation and partnership on marketing performance in the Jepara furniture industry. The objects of the research are furniture export companies in Jepara. Research Design & Methods: The sample was 100 respondents and the sampling technique was the simple random sampling technique. The data analysis uses the PLS technique. Findings: The testing results using PLS illustrates that partnership on marketing performance shows the t value of 0.045974; entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance shows the t value of 1.747034; while the role of the government on marketing performance shows the t value of 2.985408. The test results were compared using t tables of 1.66023. The results showed that the role of the government had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance seen from t value > t table. Entrepreneurial orientation also had a positive and significant effect on marketing performance obtained from t value > t table. However, the partnership had no significant effect on marketing performance since t value < t table. Implications & Recommendations: This study recommends that companies need to pay attention to entrepreneurial orientation and government policies because these two factors are significant determinants of company marketing performance. Increasing partnerships is also important to develop company progress. Contribution & Value Added: This research adds the theoretical contributions to marketing management. Practically, the results of this research can be utilized by furniture export companies to increase overseas sales
Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Struktur Modal terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan
Get PDFThis research aims to obtain evidence regarding good Corporate Governance, company size, and capital structure to the performance of manufacturing companies. This analysis uses Independent variables, namely good Corporate Governance, company size, capital structure. The dependent variable is the performance of the company. Determination of samples using purposive sampling methods that aim to make the sample obtained is a representation of the existing population and in accordance with the purpose of the study. The sample selection process is based on criteria. beverage food companies registered with IDX from 2016 - 2018 as many as 64 companies. Based on this calculation there are 50 company data that meet the criteria. Analytical methods are used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the board of commissioners variables had a positive effect on the company's performance, the board of directors variables negatively affected the company's performance, the company's size variables had no effect on the company's performance

Get PDFThis study aims to find out and analyze whether Regional Original Income, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, affects District / City Spending in Central Java Province. The analysis method used is a quantitative method, with multiple regression testing by conducting a classical assumption test before getting the best research model. The variables in this study are Regional Original Income, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund as independent variables, while dependent variables are Regional Spending. The population is the entire city regency in Central Java Province as many as 35 regencies / cities. The data used in this study is data taken from 2016 to 2018. The data analyzed in this study is secondary data sourced from the District / City APBD Realization Report in Central Java Province obtained from the Local Government Financial Balance site on the internet (www.djpk.depkeu.go.id). From the data, then conducted a research analysis using multiple linear regression techniques with SPSS 23. The results of this study prove that The Regional Original Income has a positive impact on Regional Spending, the General Allocation Fund has no effect on Regional Spending, The Khusu Allocation Fund has a positive effect on Regional Spending

This type of research is quantitave research. The population in this study are compines engaged in finance listed on the IDX for the 2018-2019 period with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with descriptive statistical test, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing winth the help of the SPSS 25. The result of this study indicate that financial stability ang nature of industry have significant negative effect on fraudulent financial reporting. The research sample was 44 respondents who held positions in areas related to the budget, including Financial Administration Officers, Committee Making Officers, Technical Implementation Officers, Expenditure Treasurers, and implementing activities at the Jepara District Health Office. The results of the study using multiple linear regression showed that planning documents, administrative records, human resource competencies, and procurement documents had a significant influence on budget absorption. While the money supply does not affect the absorption of the budget

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze factors that affect stock prices with capital structure as intervening variables in companies incorporated in LQ45 for the period 2015-2017. This research uses dependent variables namely Stock Price, independent variables Sales Growth, Profitability, Liquidity, and intervening variables Capital Structure7. Sampling techniques are purposive sampling method, obtained samples as many as 28 manufacturing companies and using multiple linear regression and expanded with path analysis, as well as tests to determine the influence of each independent variable using the t-tes) and coefficient of determination using IBM SPSS version 23. The results showed that sales growth and capital structure had no direct effect on stock prices, profitability had a direct positive effect on stock prices, liquidity had a direct negative effect on stock prices. In this study also obtained the results of sales growth did not affect the stock price indirectly through the capital structure as an intervening variable, profitability did not have an indirect effect on the stock price through the capital structure as an intervening variable, and liquidity did not affect the stock price indirectly on the stock price through the capital structure as an intervening variable
Pengaruh Religiusitas, Pengalaman Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan KSPPS BMT Kowanu Nugraha Kudus
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, work experience and job satisfaction on the work productivity of KSPPS BMT KOWANU Nugraha Kudus employees partially and simultaneously and to find out the factors that most affect employee work productivity. The population in this study was an employee of KSPPS BMT KOWANU Nugraha Kudus which amounted to 30 people. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results showed that there was an influence of religiosity on the work productivity of KSPPS BMT employees Kowanu Nugraha Kudus, based on a regression coefficient value of 0.588. There is an effect of work experience on the work productivity of KSPPS BMT kowanu nugraha Kudus employees, based on a regression coefficient value of 0.925. There is an effect of job satisfaction on the work productivity of KSPPS BMT Kowanu Nugraha Kudus employees, based on a regression coefficient value of 0.475. There is an influence of religiosity, work experience and job satisfaction on the work productivity of KSPPS BMT employees Kowanu Nugraha Kudus, based on a calculated F value greater than the table F (41,519>2.92). The factor that has the greatest influence on work productivity is work experience, so it is expected that KSPPS BMT Kowanu Nugraha Kudus in recruiting employees who already have work experience so that work productivity increases

To analyze the influence of organizational commitment and Islamic work culture on employee work performance on KSPPS BMT Aman Utama Jepara simultaneously. To analyze which factors most affect employee work performance at KSPPS BMT Aman Utama Jepara. The population in this study was employees of KSPPS BMT Aman Utama Jepara which amounted to 48 people. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results showed that there was an influence on organizational commitment to employee work performance in KSPPS BMT Aman Utama Jepara. There is an influence of Islamic work culture on employee work performance on KSPPS BMT Aman Utama Jepara. There is an influence of organizational commitment and simultaneous Islamic work culture on employee work performance at KSPPS BMT Aman Utama Jepara. Based on the regression value, the factor that has the most influence on employee work performance is organizational commitment. So it is expected that KSPPS BMT Aman Utama Jepara to increase employee commitment so that work performance increases
