    Desa Berahan Wetan merupakan desa pesisir yang kaya akan hasil lautnya. Salah satunya adalah produk peyek ebi. Namun, oleh karena literasi dan pendidikan warganya yang kurang, maka inovasi untuk mengembangkan produk dinilai kurang. Sehingga masalah seperti packaging, branding, pemasaran online, dan izin usaha masih sangat awam bagi pelaku usaha mikro di desa Berahan Wetan. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk melakukan pengabdian dan memberikan edukasi terkait pentingnya keempat hal tersebut dalam sebuah usaha. Selain itu juga agar jangakaun pasar lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pengabdian mitra mengetahui packaging yang menarik, adanya logo, tercetaknya NIB, dan terbuatnya akun shopee.     Thousand Branches Beach is a beach that has its own charm, namely in the processing of existing twigs to be made into various works by the Classical Group. This beach is located in Panggung Village, Kedung District, Jepara Regency. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, Thousand Branches Beach has received a fairly large impact such as its declining attractiveness, this can be seen in the various works of tree branches that were damaged because they were not maintained. Many damaged photo spots, scattered garbage and grass that grows wild around the beach make the coastal land increasingly worn and arid. The purpose of this service is to help improve the feasibility of the Thousand Branch Beach as a tourist attraction in Jepara. Community service activities were carried out on March 18-2 2022 which took place in Panggung Village, Kedung District, Jepara Regency. The activities carried out are cleaning the beach, making photo spots and reforestation on the Thousand Branches Beach by involving the active role of the community around the beach, especially the Classical Group. The beach looks cleaner and more well-maintained after all activities are carried out properly, so the strategy in developing this beach makes the Thousand Branches Beach look more feasible than before

    Population growth in recent years in Bandung Regency has led to economic growth and development, but broadly developing the Bandung Regency area is not possible because most of the land is devoted to agricultural and plantation products. Therefore, upward development is more needed than extensive construction such as the construction of low and high-rise buildings. To do this, planners need to design a multi-storey building structure. One way to do this is to build Flats. Flats are very suitable in this case because in its construction it saves land use. In this analysis using the ETABS application and using the SNI Gedungb regulations according to their use.Pertumbuhan penduduk beberapa tahun terakhir di Kabupaten Bandung telah menyebabkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan, namun secara luas mengembangkan wilayah Kabupaten Bandung tidak memungkinkan karena sebagian besar lahannya dikhususkan untuk hasil pertanian dan perkebunan. Oleh karena itu, pembangunan ke atas lebih dibutuhkan daripada konstruksi ekstensif seperti pembangunan gedung bertingkat rendah dan tinggi. Untuk melakukan ini, perencana perlu merancang struktur bangunan bertingkat. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah membangun Rumah Susun. Rumah Susun sangat cocok dalam hal ini dikarenakan dalam pembangunaannya menghemat penggunaan lahan.     Implementation of Invesment Based Sales Growth (IBSG) on Asset Improvement

    Objective: This study examines the effect of implementation of invesment based sales growth (IBSG) on asset improvement in the food and beverages companies from 2017 to 2019. In this research, IBSG consist of tangible asset, company’s growth, positioning, liquidity, sales performance, business risk, firm size, profitability, and tax. Asset Improvement reflected to capital structure which proxy is debt to total asset ratio. Research Design & Methods: The sample is taken according to purposive sampling with the criteria, finally 21 companies are taken from 31 companies. The data were examined with the assistance of SPSS21 software. Data collected from the company's financial statements and measured using a formula adopted from earlier research. Findings: tangible assets have a significant positive effect on capital structure, company’s growth has a significant negative effect on capital structure, positioning has a significant positive effect on capital structure, liquidity has a significant positive effect on capital structure, sales performance has no effect on capital structure, business risk has no effect on capital structure, firm size has a significant positive effect on capital structure, profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure, an tax has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Limitations & Recommendations: R square value is low, then suggessted to add more variables for future research. the number of company samples is too small, then recommanded to add more period in future research. Contribution & Value Added: This result contributes to the financial literature, especially related to the companies listed in food and beverages companies group. Practically, stakeholders can use this result as additional information in making policy decisions

    The Effect of Incentivized Electronic Word-of-Mouth (EWOM) on Consumer Purchase Intention

    Objective: Social media has a strong impact as a reference for consumers in getting information about the product. Electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM), which is usually delivered by social media, is still the most secure advertising media. This study provides information about incentivized eWOM on purchase intention and other factors that can affect consumers. Research Design & Methods: The method used in this research is the quantitative method with an associative approach. Descriptive analysis and structural equation modeling were used to measure the influence of these variables. Findings: The results showed that the incentivized eWOM had a significant effect on purchase intention but had no impact on the company’s brand awareness. Meanwhile, the attractiveness of advertising messages has no significant effect in influencing purchase intention but has a significant effect on the company’s brand awareness. Implications & Recommendations: Although this research give contributions to the e-WOM literature, several limitations and future research suggestion deserve mentions. Further research can examine the relative effectiveness of non-monetary incentives. Contribution & Value Added: Researchers have provided input and suggestions to SMEs to optimize incentivized eWOM to increase consumer purchase intention

    Perceptions of Marketing & Digital Transformationin Greek Public Higher Education Organizations in the Context of Digital Darwinism

    Objective: Marketing and digital transformation in the public institutions of higher education in Greece, have key role in the context of the digital revolution. The study aimed at investigating the perceptions and views explicitly or implicitly of the management of Greek public universities regarding the need to adopt new practices such as marketing and its digital transformation and to find out the factors that shape perceptions. Research Design & Methods: The study adopted a quantitative method conducting in-depth interviews with rectors and vice-rectors of 10 representative Greek Universities. Findings: Results indicated that administrators believe that marketing and its digital transformation have great impact in attracting students and that the duration of the operating time of a university is directly related to the formation of perceptions about marketing and digital transformation in the context of Digital Darwinism. Implications & Recommendations: Universities will be able to understand the extent of their reaction to the adoption of new applications such as marketing. Contribution & Value Added: The present study is primarily a useful tool for public university administrations in their efforts to adopt marketing practices to understand which areas to focus on in order to effectively implement marketing and its digital transformation. The study also provides them with the tools to easily recognize their degree of maturity in terms of their culture and perceptions towards the application of marketing practices. In addition the study enriches the literature on the management field of higher education institutions. It highlights factors such as the duration of operation, the geographical location and the size of a university compared to administrative practices

    Panti Asuhan Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah II merupakan panti asuhan yang terletak di kota Surakarta. Banyaknya anak asuh di panti asuhan dan minimnya dana terutama untuk memenuhi standar sarana pendidikan, kesehatan, sarana dan prasarana. Untuk menggalang dana dari bantuan masyarakat, pengurus lembaga harus menyebarluaskan informasi seperti dari mulut ke mulut, memasang spanduk pada malam hari besar keagamaan dan memasang iklan di papan pengumuman di tempat-tempat ibadah terdekat. Pengelolaan pengelolaan keuangan donasi diproses menggunakan Microsoft Excell namun data donasi dibuat beberapa file yang berbeda. Untuk membantu proses administrasi di Panti Asuhan Putri Aiyiyah II, maka perlu dibuat Sistem Informasi Panti Asuhan Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyiyah II Surakarta berbasis Web, yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang panti asuhan dan dapat melakukan pengolahan donasi baik secara online maupun offline. Hasil perancangan sistem informasi administrasi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Untuk analisis kelemahan sistem menggunakan analisis PIECES (Perfomance, Information, Economy, Cotrol, Efficiency, dan Service). sedangkan untuk menggambarkan aliran data menggunakan Data Flow Diagram yang terdiri dari diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram level 0 dan Data Flow Diagram Level. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan Java, sedangkan untuk pengolahan database menggunakan MySQL. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian blackbox, sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengelola panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah II Surakarta.Panti Asuhan Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah II merupakan panti asuhan yang terletak di kota Surakarta.     Digital Islamic Financial Literacy and Inclusion on Profitability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

    Digital Islamic financial literacy and inclusion are the main factors in playing a role in increasing the profitability of Microfinance Microfinance Enterprises (MSMEs). This study uses a quantitative approach, data collection techniques using questionnaires, and the data source of this research is the owners of MSMEs in Bantul. Based on the results of this study, it is stated that digital Islamic financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of MSMEs in Bantul, while digital Islamic financial inclusion has no significant effect on the profitability of MSMEs in Bantul. Taken together, digital Islamic financial literacy and inclusion simultaneously affect the profitability of MSMEs in Bantul. Limitations in this study are the limitations of two variables that affect profitability, of course, many variables affect profitability, and the sample in this study is only limited to Bantul

    One way to determine the selling price is to know the costs incurred to provide goods/services. Production costs are costs that need to be taken into account by the company to determine the selling price. Distribution costs are costs used by producers to distribute goods that have been produced to consumers, either in the form of transfer of rights to the transfer of ownership of an item. This study aims to analyze the effect of production costs and distribution costs on the selling price of SME Gendis Furniture. This research was conducted at UKM Gendis Furniture Jepara furniture. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of SMEs Gendis Furniture. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Version 20. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that production costs have a positive and significant effect on selling prices. While distribution costs have no effect
