    The research conducted is quantitative. The data used in this research are subjective data. The source of data in this research is primary data. This study uses a quantitative method in the form of survey assessment in KPP Pratama Jepara. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, tax sanctions and tax rates on UMKM taxpayer compliance in Jepara. The number of population used is based on MSME taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Jepara, which is as many as 11,548 taxpayers. While the sample used is UMKM taxpayers who report the Annual SPT which amounted to 3,974. From the results of calculations using the Slovin formula, the number of taxpayers used as a sample is 97.54 or 100 Individual Taxpayers of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In this study, the method used to take samples using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with data analysis test consisting of data quality analysis and classical assumption test. In testing the hypothesis using the coefficient of determination test and statistical test f and statistical test t. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying taxes at the Jepara KPP Pratama. Tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in paying taxes at KPP Pratama Jepara. Tax rates have a significant negative effect on taxpayer compliance in paying taxes at KPP Pratama Jepara

    This study aims to analyze the understanding of the Furniture MSME community in Jepara towards the People's Business Credit products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jepara Pemuda 1 and analyze the role of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jepara Pemuda 1 in providing understanding to the Jepara Furniture MSME community. This type of research includes descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of the Furniture MSME community in Jepara to the People's Business Credit program at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jepara Pemuda 1 is less. Second, Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jepara 1 has carried out socialization but it is still personal, it is one of the causes of the lack of understanding of the MSME community about the KUR program at BSI KCP Jepara 1, providing understanding to the MSME community about the KUR program in the future. There will be an open socialization to the MSME community whose main goal is to develop and achieve the annual ceiling provided by the company

    Motorcycle financing is one of the leading financing products offered at BMT Al Hikmah Semesta Pecangaan branch and is in demand by BMT members, increasing yearly. This study aims to analyze (1) the marketing strategy of Murabahah financing products; (2) The factors that cause BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta Pecangaan Branch members to purchase a motorbike at BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta. This type of research is a field (field research). Primary data sources with interviews with 5 members, marketing, and managers of BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta Pecangaan Branch. The results of the study explain that the marketing strategy of Murabahah financing (buying a motorbike) at BMT Al-Hikmah Semesta Pecangaan Branch uses prospecting, approaching, presentation, handling objection, closing deals.     Analysis of Social Return on Investment (SROI) on Social Innovation of Superman Sumanding

    Objective: This study aims to evaluate the value of the impact generated from CSR programs on the implementation of Superman Sumanding's social innovation. In this approach, the program's effect has an essential meaning for the program's beneficiaries, namely the farming community groups in Sumanding Village. Research Design & Methods: This study used Social Return on Investment (SROI) as a research methodology. This research was conducted on the beneficiaries of the Superman Sumanding program and has considered all stakeholders directly or indirectly involved in the program. The research informants were 37, with details of 17 members of the Sumanding Village 'Guyub Rukun' Farmer Group and the Sumanding Village 'Karya Mukti' Peasant Women's Group of 20 people. Findings: The results show the SROI value of IDR9.19:1. This means that the CSR program carried out has been able to provide benefits of 9.19 times greater than the value of the inputs invested. The results showed that the CSR program run by PT PLN UIK TJB produced social returns on investment and provided economic, social, and environmental benefits. Implications & Recommendations: SROI as a solution that changes the mindset of investment analysis is based on outcomes rather than just outputs. A sound output does not necessarily deliver as expected, as focusing on the outcome will provide a better and more comprehensive perspective. The results of the SROI analysis become the basis for improving the planning of subsequent CSR programs. Contribution & Value Added: This study allows us to expand the evidence of the critical role of social innovation for peasant community groups, but so far, little studied and areas of application of SROI as an assessment methodology

    Keterbukaan informasi melalui media website merupakan suatu tantangan tersendiri bagi dunia Pendidikan apalagi situasi pasca pandemi covid19. Dengan berbasis literasi digital dan pengumpulan data dalam menganalisis kebutuhan online sistem pada sebuah sekolah yaitu Taman Pendidikan Al-qur’an Nurul Haqq Sidoarjo, dimana dalam wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap akademisi yang berpartisipasi dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini baik guru dan siswa mengharapkan interaksi yang dilakukan antara sekolah dan siswa didiknya bisa dilakukan dengan media online, termasuk informasi kegiatan sekolah sehingga dapat meningkatkan branding sekolah dan memfasilitasi orang tua siswa didik dalam mengakses informasi terhadap para siswanya termasuk kemajuan belajar siswa. Adapun tantangan yang dihadapi disekolah tersebut kurangnya pengetahuan terkait digitalisasi seperti penggunaan website sekolah, membuat online informasi di website dan pembagian informasi seputar etika internet yang baik. Dengan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berbasis digitalisasi ini, edukasi digital terkait pengenalan website dengan pembelajaran pembuatan website di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Nurul Haqq Sidoarjo bisa menjadi solusi di era digital dan mempererat interaksi antara sekolah dan orangtua siswa didik.     This research aims to determine the implementation of the murabahah contract and musyarakah mutanaqisah on ownership financing   houses in Islamic Banks, as well as the use of musyarakah mutanaqisah contracts as financing product innovations house ownership with a qualitative method. The data in this study were obtained by interview,observation, and documentation. The data sources used are primary data and data secondary. Results from study proofs that the use of musyarakah mutanaqisah contract  on home financing ownership in Islamic banks can be product innovation because its use is more flexible and can be used for various product financing. Whereas part big product home financing ownership in Islamic banks still uses a murabahah contract because of a fix installment. Otherwise, musyarakah mutanaqisah contract is an that should not be missed, although not familiar, this contract provides more benefits for the bank and convenience for the customer

    This study tries to analyze the determinant factors that influence the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers in Pati who use e-commerce. The object of this research is Muslim consumers in Pati who use e-commerce. There are 100 samples calculated by the Lemeshow formula. The analytical method used is multiple regression with the SPSS 22 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that Muslim consumer trust in Pati is significant and has an impact on purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Then the ease of use of e-commerce sites or applications is also significant and has an impact on their purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Service quality is significant and influences the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers in Pati when using e-commerce. Price is an influential and significant determinant of consumer purchasing decisions in e-commerce. Product diversity is significant and has an effect on the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers in e-commerce.Then the other effect was explained by other factors outside of the factors that were used in this research.&nbsp

    Higher Education is a place for providing education that aims to produce quality human resources and is able to face increasingly fierce job competition. Therefore, from the recruitment process or the admission process, prospective new students must consider various procedures that aim to be able to direct prospective new students in determining the study program that will be taken by prospective new students. The things that have been broken in the admission process for new students include the scores of national exam results, report cards, school test scores and the admission test for new students, as well as the admission process of the achievement path and aiming for missions. From these things, performance must be improved is a supporting factor so that the process of transforming educational science to students can be carried out properly. The purpose of this study is to obtain classification in determining the study program of prospective new students by optimizing the Naïve Bayes and Decision Tree methods with an Unsupervised Discretization Approach, as an effort to improve the internal quality assurance system, especially the standards for the admission process for new students in determining study programs at the Harapan Polytechnic with Tegal. Where in the process of accepting new students, planning, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring have been carried out as a form of implementing the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). In this study, the data used was data on the results of the admission of prospective new students from all study programs. These data include data on the administrative completeness of the requirements of prospective new students, as well as data on the value of the results of the new student admission test. The data used is data for 1 academic year 2019/2020. From this data, training and testing will be carried out using Rapidminer 9, a classification of lecturer teaching performance will be obtained.Perguruan Tinggi merupakan tempat penyelenggara pendidikan yang bertujuan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan mampu menghadapi persaingan kerja yang semakin ketat. Maka dari dalam proses rekrutmen atau proses penerimaan calon mahasiswa baru harus mempertimbangkan berbagai prosedur yang bertujuan untuk dapat mengarahkan calon mahasiswa baru dalam menentukan program studi yang akan ditempuh oleh calon mahasiswa baru. Adapun hal sudah ditembuh dalam proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru antara lain dari nilai hasil ujian nasional, nilai raport, nilai ujian sekolah dan nilah test penerimaan mahasiswa baru, serta proses penerimaan dari jalur prestasi dan bidik misi. Dari hal – hal tersebut harus ditingkatkan kinerjanya merupakan faktor penunjang agar proses transformasi keilmuan pendidikan kepada mahasiswa dapat dilakukan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan klasifikasi dalam menentukan program studi calon mahasiswa baru dengan mengoptimalkan metode Naïve Bayes dan Decision Tree dengan Pendekatan Unsupervised Discretization, sebagai upaya dalam peningkatan sistem penjaminan mutu internal khususnya standar proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru dalam menentukan program studi pada Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal. Dimana dalam proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru ini telah dilakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan monitoring sebagai bentuk penerapan Sistem Penjamin Mutu Internal (SPMI). Dalam penelitian ini, data yang digunakan adalah data hasil penerimaan calon mahasiswa baru dari seluruh program studi. Data tersebut antara lain data kelengkapan administratif persyaratan calon mahasiswa baru, serta data nilai hasil test penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Data yang digunakan yakni data selama 1 tahun akademik 2019/2020.
