Application of qiyas of profession zakat in zakat management organizations (OPZ) in Indonesia
This study aims to determine the application of professional zakat calculations in zakat management organizations (OPZ) in Indonesia. This type of research is a qualitative case study and in exploring primary data through interviews with OPZ managers and observations on the mechanism for calculating professional zakat and secondary data in the form of documentation through information in the form of pamphlets and OPZ websites which are officially recognized by the state and published in the Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID). ) National Amil Zakat Agency as many as 87 OPZ. The results showed that of the 87 official OPZ, 38 did not specifically explain the mechanism for calculating professional zakat, 37 OPZ used one of the qiyas in determining the calculation of professional zakat, namely gold qiyas, commercial qiyas and sabah qiyas and as many as 12 OPZ were inaccessible. In the implementation of calculations based on qiyas by several OPZ, some still have inconsistencies between the implementation of the chosen qiyas law and the implementation of calculations, both the explanation of the calculations listed in the brochure or website as well as the calculation calculator application
Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Menabung Siswa Jurusan Perbankan Syariah SMK N 3 Jepara
This study aims to examine the effect of literacy, promotion, and religiosity on interest in saving in Islamic banking. The population in this study amounted to 141, the method of determining the sample using Slovin and obtained the number of 59 respondents. This research is a quantitative type of field. The data obtained were tested for validity, reliability test, and classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing t and F test. The results of the t test show that literacy and religiosity variables have no significant effect on interest in saving, while promotion variables have a significant effect on interest in saving. The results of the F test show that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on interest in saving in Islamic banking
A Critical Investigation of Factors Influencing Ugandan Family-Owned Manufacturing Businesses’ Performance
Objective: This study investigated the role of resources, capabilities, entrepreneurial orientation, and stewardship on the performance of family-owned manufacturing businesses in Uganda to establish how a firm can identify the rare and valuable resources that simultaneously enable better performance levels and competitive advantage. Research Design & Methods: A qualitative study with 15 participants from six family manufacturing businesses using interviews. The transcribed data was analysed and grouped into themes. Findings: General management skills, financial management, marketing management, and technology benefits are key resources and capabilities that enhance the smooth operations of the family manufacturing businesses and play are pivotal in achieving better performance and sustainability. Secondly, it was found that proactiveness, risk management, and continuous evaluation and appraisals of their performance were practised among family-owned manufacturing businesses. Thirdly, decision-making systems and lines of authority, enabling them to constantly analyse market trends and know about competitors were in place. Lastly, although there are supporting programmes for the manufacturing industries to help family-owned manufacturing businesses acquire start-up resources and import raw materials, there still needs to be more consistency in implementing such support programmes in Uganda. Implications & Recommendations: Family business owners should embrace proactivity, risk management, and continuous evaluation and appraisals of business performance. Furthermore, a review of current government policies, particularly those about industry financing and labour management, is recommended. Contribution & Value Added: The study was the first attempt to examine the performance of family-owned manufacturing businesses in Uganda. An improved framework was developed for their entrepreneurial success
Effect Of Profitability, Leverage, Dividend Policy, And Investment Opportunity Set Value Company (Study of Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020)
This study entitled The Effect of Profitability, Leverage, Dividend Policy, and Investment Opportunity Set on Firm Value (Study on Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020). And Investment Opportunity Set Against Company Value. This research is quantitative by using secondary time series data. The data collection technique in this study used purposive sampling method. Processing data in this study using Microsoft Excel and SPSS program. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and descriptive statistics. The results of this study show that the variables of Profitability, Dividend Policy and Investment Opportunity Set have an effect on Firm Value, while the Leverage variable has no significant effect on Firm Value
Entrepreneurial Marketing and Organizational Entrepreneurship Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises: A Systematic Review
Objective: The purpose of this article was to systematically review the existing articles on entrepreneurial marketing and organizational entrepreneurship of small and medium enterprises. Research Design & Methods: For this purpose, English research related to the keywords entrepreneurial marketing, impact, organizational entrepreneurship and small and medium enterprises were searched in Elsevier, Emerald and Springer databases for the period 2018-2021. In the meantime, 12 related articles were extracted and studied. Findings: The results of this study showed that the dimensions of entrepreneurial marketing improve organizational entrepreneurship indicators in small and medium enterprises. Implications & Recommendations: Entrepreneurial marketing is one of the marketing strategies of small and medium enterprises that helps them grow through entrepreneurship. In fact, entrepreneurial marketing translates important aspects of marketing and entrepreneurship into a comprehensive conceptualization in which marketing becomes the method that firms use to do entrepreneurship. Contribution & Value Added: This article reviewed 12 most recent published articles in terms of entrepreneurial marketing and organizational entrepreneurship to pave the way of finding latest information in this regard
COFFEE COMMODITY FOR THE WELFARE OF THE COMMUNITIES IN TEMANGGUNG DISTRICT
Coffee is one of the world's commodities. The economic cycle in the community can be a transaction activity. The types of coffee that stand out are Arabica coffee and Robusta coffee. The flow of coffee farming forms a link in many fields in it. Community members who are involved in coffee farming activities start from upstream to downstream procurement. Seed farmers produce and continue to develop good types of coffee seeds in the hope of producing superior quality coffee. Business actors in the field of manure milling, traders of agricultural facilities and fertilizer manufacturers also play a role in the coffee development cycle. In picking coffee beans, farmers learn from generation to generation and make field observations. Consult with modern agricultural experts to obtain the level of effectiveness and cost efficiency. The marketing of selected coffee beans is carried out with a good pattern so that it will produce the aroma and taste that characterizes Temanggung coffee products. It is hoped that the role of the government can help the level of welfare of Temanggung coffee farmers to introduce a wider range of coffee products, so that Temanggung coffee products have more marketability, higher economic value and are sustainable. Pengaruh Inflasi, NPF, BOPO terhadap Total Aset Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia (Studi pada Bank Umum Syariah Periode 2013 – 2019)
This study to determine the effect of inflation, non-performing finance (NPF), operating expenses and operating income on the total assets of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Using secondary data sourced from the company website. The population of Islamic commercial banks for the period 2013-2019 with a sample size of 63. The results of this study are that inflation does not have a significant effect on the total assets of Islamic banking, non-performing finance (NPF) has no significant effect on total assets of Islamic banking and operating expenses operating income (BOPO). Sharia banking has a significant effect on total assets, but simultaneously inflation, non-performing finance (NPF), operating expenses (BOPO) have a significant effect on total assets of Islamic banking
Pengaruh Kualitas Jasa Syariah, Kualitas Produk, Nilai Nasabah dan Kepuasan Nasabah terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah di Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Kudus
The Influence of Sharia Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Value and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Bank Muamalat Kudus. The purposes of this study are: first, to test empirically the effect of the quality of sharia services at Bank Muamalat Kudus on customer loyalty. Second, to empirically test the effect of Bank Muamalat Kudus product quality on customer loyalty. Third, to empirically test the effect of Bank Muamalat Kudus customer value on customer loyalty. Fourth, to empirically test the effect of Bank Muamalat Kudus customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This study uses a field research approach with a questionnaire method that is distributed directly to the customers of Bank Muamalat Kudus as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study are: first, the quality of Islamic services has an influence on customer loyalty of Bank Muamalat Kudus as evidenced by the results of the value of tcount > ttable. This can be seen from the tcount value of 3.034 > ttable of 1.984 with a significance level below 5%. Second, product quality has an influence on customer loyalty of Bank Muamalat Kudus as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable. This can be seen from the tcount value of 3.166 > ttable of 1.984 with a significance level below 5%. Third, customer value has an influence on customer loyalty to Bank Muamalat Kudus customers, as evidenced by the results of the value of tcount > ttable. This can be seen from the tcount value of 2,976 > ttable of 1,984 with a significance level below 5%. Fourth, customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty of Bank Muamalat Kudus as evidenced by the results of the value of tcount > ttable. It can be seen that the tcount value is 2.799 > ttable is 1.984 with a significance level below 5
Pengaruh Komite Audit, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Tax Avoidance
Profit is the basis in determining the tax burden. Tax avoidance is an action to reduce tax obligations from the provisions of tax law. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of the audit committee, profitability, and company size on tax avoidance in coal mining sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection method used in this study is a documentation technique using the types and sources of secondary data. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 39 coal mining sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee calculated by the number of audit committees has no effect on tax avoidance. Profitability calculated by ROA has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance. Firm size calculated by Ln (Total Assets) also has no effect on tax avoidance
APLIKASI PREDIKSI PERSEDIAAN BARANG PADA TOKO GUDANG ACC WONOSOBO DENGAN METODE DOUBLE EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING BERBASIS WEB
Banyaknya merk dan jenis yang beragam mempersulit pemilik Toko Gudang Acc dalam memanajemen persediaan barang. Persediaan yang tidak memenuhi permintaan akan mengecewakan konsumen karena pengadaan yang lama serta produk yang tidak laku di tempat persediaan menumpuk karena penjualan yang minimum maupun jenis atau merk barang yang sudah tidak update lagi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi toko aksesoris handphone berbasis web yang dapat menentukan prediksi persediaan barang sehingga tidak terjadi penumpukan persediaan barang dengan menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smooting. Dengan menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing menunjukan hasil yang bagus yaitu produk Tempered Glass warna dengan alfa sebesar 0,2 diperoleh nilai prediksi 4.441 pada bulan berikutnya dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 7%, sedangkan produk Tempered Glass bening dengan nilai alfa 0,6 diperoleh nilai prediksi 12.548 pada bulan berikutnya dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 3%. Dari pengujian nilai kesalahan prediksi pada kedua data dengan menggunakan perhitungan Mean Absolute Persentage Error (MAPE) menunjukan hasil yang sangat bagus karena memiliki tingkat error di bawah 10%. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi telah berhasil menerapkan metode Double Exponential Smoothing, sehingga dapat membantu dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan pada periode berikutnya agar tidak terjadi penumpukan persediaan barang
