    Abstract This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, activity and size on changes in profits. This research examines the Basic Industry and Chemical sectors. The companies studied are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2018 - 2020 period. This type of research is quantitative. The data used is secondary data sourced from annual reports obtained from the official IDX website or www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are basic industrial & chemical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Sample selection was taken using purposive sampling. The total sample is 90 data from basic industrial and chemical companies registered on the IDX in 2018 - 2020. The statistical analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS software and grouping data from company annual reports using Microsoft Exel software to calculate the ratio. Data analysis methods include descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and determinant coefficients. Based on the research results, it shows that liquidity as measured by the Current Ratio has no effect on changes in profits. Activity as measured by Total Asset Turn Over has a significant positive effect on Profit Changes.     Jalan merupakan prasarana transportasi di darat yang penting untuk mempermudah manusia berpindah dari satu tempat ke tempat lain. Salah satu permasalahan di jalan adalah kemacetan yang meningkat, faktor kemacetan ada berbagai macam, salah satunya adalah parkir sembarangan di badan jalan khususnya di area Jalan Pemuda (depan Kantor Pos) Kota Semarang. VISSIM adalah metode yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan analisa ruas jalan di penelitian ini. Hasil analisa parkir di badan jalan menggunakan VISSIM menunjukan bahwa ruas jalan di lokasi penelitian mengalami penurunan kinerja sehingga masuk dalam kategori D (arus mulai tidak setabil) untuk level of service nya, sedangkan jalan tempat penelitian ini termasuk dalam tipe jalan arteri skunder yang seharusnya memiliki kategori B (arus stabil) Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini penting dilakukan sehingga dapat bermanfaat untuk mengurangi angka kemacetan di masa depan

    Perubahan sistem pendidikan pada saat pandemi sekarang ini mempersulit siswa mendapat materi belajar dikarenakan sistem pembelajaran yang biasa dilakukan secara konvensional berubah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh atau online. Pada umumnya beberapa sekolah menggunakan Aplikasi chatting ataupun menggunakan layanan konferensi video untuk kegiatan belajar mengajarnya. Faktanya hasil observasi yang dilakukan disalah satu sekolah dasar yang menerapkan kegiatan belajar secara online adalah MI Datuk Singaraja. Penggunaan aplikasi chatting tersebut dalam pelaksanaannya, beberapa wali murid yang menilai kegiatan belajar mengajar kurang efektif dikarenakan beberapa guru hanya memberi materi yang difoto dan kemudian memberi tugas. Selain itu, siswa-siswi justru menggunakan kesempatan menggunakan smartphone untuk bermain game yang seharusnya digunakan untuk kegiatan belajar. Maka dari itu, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibuat aplikasi Play Learning Tematik Tumbuh dan Berkembang yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dan media alternatif penyampaian materi belajar yang variatif dan interaktif. Metode yang di gunakan dalam perancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah GRAPPLE singkatan dari Guidelines for Rapid APPlication Enggineering dengan permodelan UML yang meliputi Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram dan kerangka pemikiran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi Play Learning yang membuat kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi lebih efektif dengan media yang variatif dan interaktif Pengujian aplikasi ini mendapatkan predikat sangat layak dari ahli media dan ahli materi serta responden

    Analisis Ketersediaan Air Upaya Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Air Bersih di Desa Tinawun Kecamatan Malo Kabupaten Bojonegoro

    Water is a vital need for the survival of every creature on earth. Without water on earth, life would never exist. The level of water demand in each area is definitely different due to the level of use and the number of residents in the area. Likewise, the need for clean water in Bojonegoro Regency varies in each region, including in Tinawun Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out the estimated population of Tinawun Village in 2030 associated with the need for clean water in Tinawun Village in 2030. The calculation method uses arithmetic, geometric and linear regression. The results of this study are that the population of Tinawun Village in 2030 is predicted to be 1,867 people, while the number of customers using WISLIC water in 2030 is estimated to be 124 SRs or an estimated 1,275 people. Prediction of water needs for Tinawun Village based on the number of predicted population in 2030 is 1.789 Liters/second. For predictions of water needs based on the number of customers in 2030 it is 0.955 liters/second. Meanwhile, the availability of water in Sendang Sejahtera, from the research results, is 0.919 liters/second, so that to meet water needs in 2030, there will be a water shortage of 0.036 liters/second.  Air adalah kebutuhan vital untuk keberlangsungan hidup setiap makhluk di bumi. Tanpa adanya air di bumi  maka kehidupan tidak akan pernah ada). Tingkat kebutuhan air di setiap daerah pasti berbeda yang disebabkan oleh tingkat penggunaan dan jumlah penduduk di daerah tersebut. Begitu pula kebutuhan air bersih di Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berfariatif di setiap wilayahnya termasuk di Desa Tinawun Kecamatan Malo Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkiraan jumlah penduduk Desa Tinawun tahun 2030 dikaitkan dengan kebutuhan air bersih di Desa Tinawun pada tahun 2030. Metode perhitungan menggunakan aritmatik, geometrik dan regresi linier. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Jumlah penduduk Desa Tinawun pada tahun 2030 diprediksi sebanyak 1.867 Jiwa, Sedangkan untuk jumlah pelanggan pengguna air WISLIC pada tahun 2030 diperkirakan sebanyak 124 SR atau diperkirakan sebnayak 1,275 jiwa. Prediksi kebutuhan air Desa Tinawun berdasarkan jumlah prediksi penduduk pada tahun 2030 sebanyak 1,789 Liter/detik, Untuk prediksi kebutuhan air berdasarkan jumlah pelanggan pada tahun 2030 sebanyak 0,955 liter/detik. Sedangkan ketersedian air Sendang Sejahtera yang dari hasil penelitian didapat hasil 0,919 liter/detik, sehingga untuk mencukupi kebutuha air ditahun 2030 memiliki kekurangan air sebanyak 0,036 liter/detik

    Islamic philanthropy and community welfare: Study of ZIS asset fundraising strategy and distribution in coastal Java, Indonesia

    Community economic empowerment can be done through the management and distribution of the allocation of zakat, infaq, and alms. Based on the goal of raising the humanitarian side, helping the community by optimizing the distribution of funds from ZIS fundraising is a good way. This distribution is especially for people affected by natural disasters such as pandemics. Therefore, the dynamics of governance, the diversity of distribution in the form of social capital from the allocation of ZIS funds to their managers becomes an interesting study to analyse so that it becomes a model for other institutions in finding solutions to the problems of the people that come to the surface. Moreover, legal support has been born, UUZ Number 23 of 2011 concerning the importance of zakat management and other regulations governing donations of people's funds. So that these assets can further empower the community to continue education, strengthen the culture of family harmony, as well economic prosperity. Through a qualitative approach from validated data, the research was carried out by kyai informants, leaders of Zakat institutions, and other managers. The results of this study indicate that philanthropic funds, zakat in the context of the northern coastal community of Java, namely in the Pati area can be collected massively, and from the community's perspective, they have increased their economy through various entrepreneurs. There are various kinds of community productive economic empowerment that have been managed well. Post-pandemic, this community empowerment program is focused on aspects of education, populist economy, and socio-religious.    &nbsp

    Analisis Penerapan Aplikasi Si Apik Untuk Memenuhi Kebutuhan Informasi Akuntansi Pada UMKM (Studi Kasus pada UMKM Corndog SCJ Jepara)

    This study aims to implement a new accounting information system using an Android-based accounting application to meet the needs of small, micro and medium enterprises. The results of the research can be used to assist the process of recording and reporting finances, so that companies can find out the profit or loss that the company generates. This type of research is applied research. Researchers used a qualitative approach to the method of descriptive analysis techniques. This study uses data collection techniques by interviewing, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that using the Si Apik application can help MSME actors meet the needs of accounting information systems in companies. The Si Apik application assists companies in keeping accounting records and carrying out good financial reporting and in accordance with applicable regulations.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan sistem informasi akuntansi yang baru dengan menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis android untuk memenuhi kebutuhan usaha kecil mikro menengah. Hasil dari penelitian dapat digunakan untuk membantu proses pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan, sehingga perusahaan dapat mengetahui laba atau rugi yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian terapan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode teknik analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diperoleh kesimpulan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Si Apik dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sistem informasi akuntansi di perusahaan.     Enhancing Project Management for SMEs: A Hybrid Approach

    Objective: South Africa's economic growth and development are closely intertwined with government-prioritized infrastructure development projects. However, SMEs in this sector often grapple with insufficient project management processes, impeding their efficacy and economic contributions. The issue stems from the inadequate implementation of project management methodologies by SMEs, which adversely affects project outcomes and consequently their economic impact. Research Design & Methods: A literature review was conducted to assess the implementation of project management methodologies by SMEs in South African infrastructure development projects. The objective is to highlight areas for improvement, rectify the deficiency in project management practices among SMEs, and bolster their effectiveness and economic contributions. Findings: Preliminary findings accentuate the critical role of project management as a discipline for SMEs involved in infrastructure projects. Its absence or inadequate implementation hampers the growth and sustainability of organizations aiming to make substantial economic contributions and create employment. A hybrid project management model tailored for SMEs in infrastructure development emerges as a mechanism for effectively managing infrastructure projects. Implications and Recommendations: The conceptualization of a hybrid project management model for infrastructure development projects holds the potential to enhance project value by facilitating adaptability. By incorporating agile project management components, this model also stands to improve client engagement, consequently elevating the prospects of success in infrastructure development projects. Contribution & Value Added: This study contributes to the understanding of how SMEs can improve their effectiveness and economic contributions in South Africa's infrastructure development sector. The proposed hybrid project management model offers valuable insights for practitioners and policymakers in South Africa, ultimately fostering economic development and sustainable growth in the country

    Influence of Talent Management and Core Values on Employee Performance in State-Owned Enterprises in Bandung

    Objective: The objective of this study was to examine the impact of talent management and company core values on employee work performance. Finding the relationship between all crucial components, this research is vital for the development of science, particularly in the domain of human capital and talent development. Research Design  &  Methods: Using a quantitative research method, the study collected data from a minimum sample of 100 employees of State-Owned Enterprises in Bandung. PLS-SEM analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3.2.9 software to test the research hypotheses. Findings: The results revealed that talent management had no significant effect on employee work performance, while company core values had a positive and significant impact on this variable. It was also found that both talent management and company core values demonstrated simultaneous influences on employee work performance. Implications & Recommendations: This study has important implications for companies seeking to enhance the work performance of their employees. Specifically, the findings suggest that strengthening both company management talent and core values may be necessary to achieve this goal. Contribution & Value Added: In terms of contribution and value added, this research offers an overview of the challenges associated with poor talent management and company core values, and their potential impact on job performance. By providing insight into these issues, the study offers valuable guidance to organizations seeking to improve the performance of their employees

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji usability prototype sistem informasi pemasaran PT. Primissima menggunakan metode usability testing. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yaitu, sebuah metode yang berguna untuk menemukan serta memahami dan menarik kesimpulan tentang pengetahuan yang seluasluasnya dari subjek kajian pada suatu masalah tertentu. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini difokuskan dengan memberikan responden 10 pertanyaan yang nantinya akan mereka jawab dan akan dihitung skornya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototype sistem informasi pemasaran PT. Primissima memiliki tingkat usability yang baik, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan pada Sistem Informasi Pemasaran PT. Primissima dengan menggunakan metode ini, berhasil diperoleh skor SUS sebesar 78. Dengan demikian, user interface dan user experience dari aplikasi ini memenuhi kriteria yang baik dan menarik bagi pengguna
