    Analisis Kesiapan Remaja Menjadi Orang Tua Perspektif Hukum Positif dan Psikologi Islam

    This article aims to evaluate the extent to which early married couples are ready to become parents in Bugul Kidul District, Pasuruan City. Research shows that during the 2023-2024 period, there were 17 cases of early marriage in Bugul Kidul District, with Kepel District recording the highest number, namely 6 cases. Factors that encourage early marriage include social pressure, economic conditions, lack of education about reproductive health, and local culture. The impact of early marriage on readiness for parenthood is significant, with young couples often lacking in emotional, physical and financial maturity. This results in difficulties in parenting and problems in the couple's relationship. This research concludes that early marriage in Bugul Kidul District is a problem that requires serious attention from various parties. Comprehensive interventions are needed, including education about reproductive health, strengthening the family economy, and psychological assistance for young couples to increase their readiness to assume the role of parents.           Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 Tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan dan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak serta pandangan psikologi Islam tentang sejauh mana kesiapan pasangan pernikahan dini untuk menjadi orang tua di Kecamatan Bugul Kidul, Kota Pasuruan. Penelitian dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif ini berbasis data lapangan selama 1 tahun terakhir dengan sampel 17 kasus pernikahan dini. Faktor-faktor yang mendorong pernikahan dini meliputi tekanan sosial, kondisi ekonomi, kurangnya pendidikan tentang kesehatan reproduksi, dan budaya setempat. Dampak pernikahan dini terhadap kesiapan menjadi orang tua sangat signifikan, dengan pasangan muda seringkali mengalami kekurangan dalam kematangan emosional, fisik, dan finansial. Hal ini mengakibatkan esulitan dalam pengasuhan anak dan masalah dalam hubungan pasangan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan tiga hal yakni, pertama, secara hukum positif perlunya penguatan kebijakan, penegakan hukum yang lebih tegas, serta upaya edukasi dan pendampingan yang berkesinambungan bagi remaja. Kedua, kesiapan psikologis remaja untuk menjadi orang tua membutuhkan intervensi berupa program pra nikah dan pasca nikah. Ketiga, Pasangan remaja pernikahan dini membutuhkan dukungan sosial yang Islami sebagai penguat mental mereka agar bisa menjadi orang tua dalam sebuah keluarga. (This article aims to study law Number 16 of 2019 concerbing Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection as well as Islamic Psycological views regarding the extent of readiness of early marriage couples to become parents in Bugul Kidul Pasuruan. This descriptive qualitative method is based on the data for the last 1 year with a sampel of 17 cases of early marriage. Factors that evcourage early marriage include social pressure, economic conditions, lack of education abaout reproductive helath, and local culture. The impact to early marriage on readiness for parenthood is significant that yaoung couples often lacking in emotional, physical and financial maturity. Those problems become difficulities in parenting and couple relationship. This research concludes three aspects, firstly, legally, there must be a strengthen policies, stricter law enforcement, as well as ongoing education and mentoring efforts for teenagers. Second, teenegers’ psychological readiness to become parents requires intervention in the form of pre-marital dan post-marital programs. Third, yaoung marriage couples need Islamic social support to strengthen their mentality in parenting.

    Isu Lingkungan dalam Cerita Terdampar di Dunia Plastik: Implikasi Untuk Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Responsif Lingkungan

    The purpose of this study is to describe the damage to nature illustrated in the story entitled Stranded in the Plastic World by Sukini. This research uses a literary ecology approach based on ecocritical theory. The method used is qualitative descriptive by analyzing the issue of environmental damage  in the story Stranded in the Plastic World by Sukini. The result of his research is how environmental damage is described in the book. The damage includes damage to marine ecosystems, forests, and human life due to plastic waste which is already very troubling and dangerous. The implication of this research is the selection of teaching materials that respond to environmental damage for environmentally responsive Indonesian learning. The use of teaching materials containing environmental damage content to make students more involved in solving environmental damage that can be reached by students. This is a form of care, concern, and concern for the natural environment, which is also an educator to convey the dangers of plastic waste and the importance of protecting the environment and invites readers to become reliable change specialists in protecting the climate by reducing the use of single-use plastics such as straws, plastic sacks, and drinking water bottles. It also teaches children about the importance of protecting the environment and being responsible for our earthTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjabarkan kerusakan alam yang diilustrasikan dalam cerita  yang berjudul  Terdampar di Dunia Plastik Karya Sukini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ekologi sastra  berdasarkan  pada teori ekokritik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan cara menganalisa isu kerusakan lingkungan yang ada padacerita Terdampar di Dunia Plastik Karya Sukini. Hasil penelitiannya adalah bagaimana kerusakan lingkungan digambarkan dalam buku tersebut. Kerusakan itu meliputi kerusakan ekosistem laut, hutan, dan kehidupan manusia akibat sampah plastik yang sudah sangat meresahkan dan berbahaya. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pemilihan materi ajar yang merespon kerusakan lingkungan untuk pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia yang responsif lingkungan. Penggunaan materi ajar berkonten kerusakan lingkungan untuk membuat peserta didik terlibat lebih banyak dalam penyelesaian kerusakan lingkungan yang bisa dijangkau oleh peserta didik. Hal tersebut sebagai bentuk rasa peduli , keprihatinan, dan perhatian pada lingkungan alam, yang juga menjadi edukator untuk menyampaikan bahaya sampah plastik dan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan serta mengajak pembaca untuk menjadi spesialis perubahan yang dapat diandalkan dalam melindungi iklim dengan mengurangi penggunaan plastik sekali pakai seperti sedotan, karung plastik, dan botol air minum. Selain itu juga mengajarkan anak-anak tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan dan bertanggung jawab  terhadap bumi kit

    Analisis Pendekatan Ekologi dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Era Digital

    This research examines the implementation of an ecological approach in learning Indonesian in the digital era with a focus on the integration of technology and environmental awareness in the learning process. The aim of the research is to analyze Indonesian language learning through an ecological approach in the digital era. The qualitative descriptive research method uses a literature study approach. Data was collected through a literature review which included scientific journals, books, research articles and digital documents relevant to the ecological approach in Indonesian language learning and its application in the digital era. The data obtained was analyzed using content analysis techniques, which included the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show, namely. First, the application of an ecological approach in learning Indonesian in the digital era can be done through various digital platforms. Second, digital technology in ecologically based Indonesian language learning offers benefits. Third, ecologically based Indonesian language learning in the digital era requires a change in method, with the teacher as a facilitator who accompanies students to explore and analyze environmental issues through digital language activities.Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pendekatan ekologi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di era digital dengan fokus pada integrasi teknologi dan kesadaran lingkungan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia melalui pendekatan ekologi di era digital. Adapun metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah pustaka yang mencakup jurnal ilmiah, buku, artikel penelitian, serta dokumen digital yang relevan dengan pendekatan ekologi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan penerapannya di era digital. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi, yang meliputi proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, yaitu. Pertama, penerapan pendekatan ekologi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di era digital dapat dilakukan melalui beragam platform digital. Kedua, teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis ekologi menawarkan manfaat. Ketiga, Pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis ekologi di era digital memerlukan perubahan metode, dengan guru sebagai fasilitator yang mendampingi siswa mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis isu lingkungan melalui aktivitas berbahasa secara digital

    Mind Mapping as an Innovation in Reading and Writing Learning: A Study of Understanding Arabic Texts

    This research explores the application of the mind mapping method in the qira’ah and kitabah learning at the Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Yogyakarta. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through observations, interviews with lecturer and students, and questionnaires distributed to students. The findings show that the use of mind mapping significantly facilitates students in understanding Arabic texts and enhances their creativity in presenting the main ideas from those texts. Additionally, mind mapping boosts students' motivation, creating a more engaging and interactive learning experience. Despite some initial challenges in implementation, such as difficulties faced by some students, the method overall succeeded in creating a more enjoyable learning environment. This research suggests additional exploration and development of mind mapping in Arabic teaching to increase its effectiveness

    LINEAGE CONTINUITY IN THE TRADITION OF POLYGAMY AMONG KYAI OF ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOLS IN MADURA

    ABSTRACT Polygamy is one of the problems in the marriage that many Islamic scholars often discuss. The case of polygamy is still considered taboo; however, others consider it a good and necessary practice as a solution and social alternative, as it is also mentioned in verse Qur’an about polygamy. This research examines and explores the spiritual values of polygamy in polygamous marriages by Kiai, who cares for Islamic boarding schools in Madura, which provides an overview of polygamous household life based on spiritual values. There are two main problems (1) What is the nature of polygamy in the view of the Madurese kiai: (2) What is the spiritual meaning for the Madurese kiai? The study was written by collecting data using the social definition paradigm, also known as the interpretive sociology paradigm. The study results explain that the family and the community highly guard the descentants of the Kiai to continue leadership and preach religious knowledge so that if a Kiai marries who does not have children, then a Kiai will practice polygamy. It is accepted by a wife to protect the descentants of the Kiai. ABSTRAK Poligami merupakan salah satu masalah dalam perkawinan yang sering dibicarakan oleh banyak ulama Islam. Kasus poligami masih dianggap tabu; Namun, sebagian  berpandangan sebagai praktik yang baik dan perlu sebagai solusi dan alternatif  sosial, sebagaimana juga disebutkan dalam ayat al-Qur’an tentang poligami. Fokus penelitian ini pada dua hal: Pertama, Praktik poligami dikalangan Kiyai pengasuh pondok pesantren di Madura. Kedua, mengungkap tentang orientasi praktik poligami Kiyai di Madura guna menjaga ketersambungan nasab (keturunan) dan kelestarian keilmuan. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologis. Data-data dalam penelitian ini ditulis dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan paradigma definisi sosial atau dikenal juga dengan paradigma sosiologi interpretatif dengan teknik wawancara. Adapun hasil penelitian ini: pertama: praktik poligami adalah suatu hal yang biasa terjadi dikalangan Kiyai pengasuh pondok pesantren di Madura.  Pada praktiknya poligami dilakukan dengan seorang yang masih ada keterikatan nasab guna menjaga keturunan Kiai untuk meneruskan estafet kepemimpinan dan mendakwahkan ilmu agama. Kedua, Praktik poligami juga bertujuan untuk menjaga kelestarian dan sanad keilmuan. sehingga jika seorang Kiai menikah dengan yang tidak memiliki anak, maka seorang Kiai akan berpoligami. Hal itu diterima oleh seorang istri untuk melindungi keturunan Kiai

    Harmonizing Humanity: The Enduring Legacy of Performing Arts in Character Education Through Literary Anthropology

    Indonesia has a rich cultural diversity, but some traditions, such as the Dames performing arts of the Javanese Tondano community in Minahasa, are fading due to external cultural influences; therefore, preservation efforts are crucial to maintain this valuable cultural heritage and its role in fostering social harmony and character values. This research aims to determine the local wisdom values of the Dames performing arts in the Javanese Tondano community in Minahasa. The mixed marriage between the Tondano Javanese people and the native Minahasa people combines two different cultural tribes so that through performing arts, Dames can unite these two cultural tribes. Preservation in this research means creating and maintaining intangible cultural heritage from ancestors so that the community members can remember their cultural identity. We determine the artistic elements in academic studies through literary anthropology as a distinguishing tool in this research. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained in this research are regional wisdom values in four performing arts song lyrics Dames, namely: 1) values related to God, humility, and unity in the lyrics of the song Now It's Even, 2) values related to courtesy, honesty, and cooperation in the lyrics of the song Salam We Are Together, 3) values regional wisdom related to tolerance, harmony and love of peace in the lyrics of the song Thank You, and 3) regional wisdom values related to caring and strengthening in the lyrics of the song Asaranu My goal. Through these local wisdom values, the implications of the value of character education for students at school are also obtained

    The Dialectics of Godhead in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam: Philosophical and Historical Perspectives

    The issue of Godhead is a principal ideological problem, so historical-theological and philosophical studies are necessary to clarify scientific positions to strengthen arguments. The study in this paper is an attempt to trace the three Samawi religions (Abrahamic religions), which in its findings, it turns out that several conclusions have basic similarities. This paper is the result of qualitative research with literature studies from various literature to reveal historical problems that try to reduce unilateral claims based on the theological tendencies of each religion. With a historical-philosophical approach, the author attempts to provide descriptions and arguments regarding the fusion of human belief systems. The findings obtained in this paper are to understand the ideological-historical aspect, where it turns out that among Samawi religions, there is an evolution of belief systems in God. Then, they are used as theological and ideological systems

    The Ordering Distribution and Competing Motivation of Evidential and Logical Causal Clauses in English and Chinese

    The ordering distribution of causal adverbial clauses in English and Chinese differs due to distinct factors, with English clauses tending to appear finally and Chinese clauses initially. This study aims to analyze the ordering distribution of logical and evidential causal clauses in English and Chinese using Diessel's competing motivation model, investigating the interplay of semantic forces, syntactic processing, and discourse pragmatics. A corpus-based analysis was conducted on 800 sentences from the British National Corpus and the Lancaster Corpus of Mandarin Chinese, focusing on four causal subordinators in each language. The results reveal a clear cross-linguistic distinction: In Chinese, evidential causal clauses occur initially at 82.5%, driven by iconicity and discourse coherence, while logical causal clauses show a lower initial occurrence rate of 67.3%. Conversely, English causal clauses tend to occur in final positions, with evidential clauses at 91.66% and logical clauses at 84.2%, due to the relative semantic independence, functioning as independent processing units. The ordering distribution reflects competing motivations: Chinese prioritizes iconicity and discourse coherence, while English emphasizes syntactic independence and processing ease. The study provides new insights into the interaction of semantic, syntactic, and pragmatic forces in shaping clause positioning across languages

    The study of Islamic moderation in pesantren needs to be considered as an effort to prevent radicalism and extremism, because besides having historical legitimacy as indigenous Indonesian education, pesantren since its inception have affirmed itself as a moderate education. By using a qualitative approach, the research which was carried out in four Islamic boarding schools in Madura resulted in the construction of the kiai's moderation thought is in the neo-modernist type. Islamic moderation is instilled by promoting exemplary and learning from walisongo, as well as being given understanding through studying the turats book. It is manifested in tolerant behavior and openness to ikhtilaf. The implication for the santri's diversity is the growth of respect for religious differences and opinions within their own religion

    THE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM OF EDUCATORS AND EDUCATION PERSONNEL AT ISLAMIC CENTER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SAMARINDA CITY

    The recruitment system for quality educators is an important aspect of supporting the vision and mission of the school. However, in practice, the recruitment process is sometimes far from optimal. This study examines the recruitment system for educators and education staff, as well as the supporting and hindering factors at SD Islamic Center Kota Samarinda. The method used is field research with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The results show that the recruitment process at SD Islamic Center Kota Samarinda involves coordination with the foundation, preparation of guidelines, and strict selection to produce quality educators to support the school's vision and mission. Supporting factors for recruitment include coordination with the foundation, setting standards for applicants, and strict selection, while the main obstacles are applicants who do not meet qualifications and lack discipline. This study is expected to serve as a reference for the educator recruitment system, help the school and foundation improve recruitment effectiveness, and provide policy guidelines for designing a recruitment process that meets the needs of educational institutions
