Konsep Sehat Mental Dalam Al-Quran Menurut Hukum Negara Dan Pandangan Ulama Tafsir
Mental health is an integral part of overall health, encompassing biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. The Qur'an, as the primary source of Islamic teachings, contains principles for inner healing and spiritual cleanliness, as reflected in Surah Yunus verse 57, which describes the Qur'an as an admonition (mau‘izhah), a healing (shifā’), a guidance (hudā), and a mercy (rahmah) for those who believe. This study aims to explore the meaning of mental health from the perspective of the Qur'an and its relevance to state regulations, particularly the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2014 concerning Mental Health. The approach used is the maudhu’i (thematic) interpretation method along with a juridical review of national legal products. The results of the study show that the principles of spiritual healing in the Qur'an align with the principles of mental health services under Indonesian law, namely being holistic, non-discriminatory, and based on human rights. The integration of Qur'anic values into mental health services not only strengthens individual psychological resilience but also supports the national legal system in realizing a society that is healthy in both body and soul.

Sejarah Perkembangan Tafsir Pada Periode Modern
Epistemologi Tafsir Fii Zhilalil Qur’an Karya Sayyid Qutb
The epistemology of interpretation is a branch of science that aims to answer questions based on the theory of applied science about interpretation itself. The Book of Tafsir Fii Zhilalil Quran by Sayyid Qutb is one of the tafsir that was born in contemporary times using the tahlili method and has an al-adabi al-ijtimā'i pattern. This study aims to understand Sayyid Qutb's interpretive epistemology in interpreting the Koran in his work Tafsir Fii Zhilalil Koran. How can someone assess the validity of an interpretation based on epistemic rules? This research uses a qualitative approach and library research and examines both primary and secondary sources to descriptively analyze the biography of Sayyid Qutb, the epistemology of interpretation, the advantages and disadvantages of Fii Zhilalil's interpretation of the Qur'an. Comparative Analysis of the Concepts of Translation, Tafsir, and Ta’wil According to Abdul Azim Al-Zarqani and Manna’ Khalil Al-Qattan: A Comparative Study of the Views of Abdul Azim Al-Zarqani and Manna’ Khalil Al-Qattan
The Qur'an, as a guide for the lives of Muslims, must be implemented in daily life. However, because the Qur'an was revealed in Arabic—a language not understood by everyone—Muslims are required to study the sciences that aim to comprehend the meaning of the Qur'an, namely translation (terjemah), exegesis (tafsir), and interpretation (ta'wil). Due to the various opinions on these subjects, it is essential to focus on the perspectives of one or two scholars. The purpose of this research is to understand the concepts of translation, exegesis, and interpretation according to Abdul Azim Al-Zarqani and Manna' Khalil Al-Qattan, and then compare their views to identify similarities and differences. The research method used is qualitative with a comparative study approach. Data collection was conducted using documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, as well as verification and conclusion. The results of the study show three similarities and four differences in the concept of translation, as well as two similarities and one difference in the concepts of exegesis and interpretation, as understood by Abdul Azim Al-Zarqani and Manna' Khalil Al-Qattan.

Relevansi Surah An-Nur Ayat 31 Terhadap Konsep Modest Fashion: Persfektif Tafsir Maudu’i
The modest fashion phenomenon continues to experience significant development among Muslim women. This topic remains relevant because it touches on issues of identity, religious values, and the influence of contemporary lifestyles. This study aims to explore the relevance of Surah An-Nur verse 31 to the modest fashion trend using the maudhū‘i (thematic) interpretation approach. The verse is used as a basis for understanding the concept of aurat, modesty, and the construction of Muslim women’s identity in a modern social context. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, which involves text analysis of the verses of the Qur’an, linguistic study of key words in Surah An-Nur verse 31, and a review of the interpretations of classical and contemporary mufassirs such as Al-Qurṭubī, Ibn Katsīr, and M. Quraish Shihab. The data is studied descriptively-analystically to reveal the normative and ethical values contained in the verse. The results of the study show that Surah An-Nur verse 31 not only contains legal provisions regarding the limits of aurat, but also contains deep moral and spiritual messages. This verse provides a normative and aesthetic basis for forming an authentic Islamic clothing identity. In the context of modest fashion, these values can be used as a reference to create a balanced fashion style between religiosity and aesthetics. However, challenges arise from the commercial side that have the potential to obscure the spiritual meaning of the concept of Islamic clothing. Therefore, the values of the Qur'an need to be used as the main foundation in the practice and production of modern Muslim clothing
