Pengaruh Kepemilikan Institutional dan Kas Setara Kas Terhadap Laba Bersih pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2019
Get PDFAbstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Institutional Ownership and cash equivalents on stock returns in mining companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 both partially and simultaneously. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data sourced from annual financial reports sourced from annual reports. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of a partial analysis it is known that institutional ownership has a significant effect on net income. And cash equivalent to cash partially also has a significant effect on net income. As well as Institutional Ownership and cash equivalents simultaneously have a significant effect on net income in mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemilikan Instutional dan kas setara dengan kas terhadap return saham pada perusahaan-perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang bersumber dari laporan annual report. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial diketahui bahwa hasil kepemilikan instutional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap laba bersih. Dan kas setara dengan kas secara parsial juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih. Serta Kepemilikan Instutional dan kas setara dengan kas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih pada perusahaan manufaktur sector pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2019

Get PDFThe lack of student interest in learning mathematics is caused by the teaching materials used not being able to make students active so that student scores have not reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). School teaching materials contain many questions with almost the same level of difficulty and solution methods so that students get a little bored of doing them. So it is necessary to develop mathematics learning media that can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. In this research, mathematics learning media was developed in the form of comics with Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) nuances. In this development, it is hoped that effective mathematics learning media results will be obtained. The research subjects were students of class VII C at SMP N 20 Jambi City as the experimental class and class VII B as the control class. This learning tool has been effective as seen from the average student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the learning results of the experimental class that 90% of students have achieved a score above the KKM, while the learning results from the control class have 70% of students achieving a score above the KKM. Based on these results, it can be concluded that comic learning media with CTL nuances for improving the learning outcomes of class VII C students can be declared effective
Pengaruh Disiplin dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hotel Ranah Bundo Padang
Get PDFAbstract: This study aims to (1) determine which indicators are most dominant in work discipline, work environment, and employee performance at the Ranah Bundo Padang hotel; (2) determine whether work discipline and work environment affect the performance of Hotel Ranah Bundo Padang employees, either partially or simultaneously. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F-test. The results of regression and hypothesis testing show that 1) The dominant indicator of work discipline is the level of vigilance. The dominant indicator of the work environment is the lighting indicator in the workspace. Meanwhile, the dominant indicator of employee performance is the quality of work. 2) Partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, discipline and the work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance at Hotel Ranah Bundo Padang.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui indikator-indikator manakah yang paling dominan pada disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan hotel Ranah Bundo Padang; (2) mengetahui apakah disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Ranah Bundo Padang, baik secara parsial, maupun simultan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F. Hasil regresi dan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa 1) Indikator dominan dari disiplin kerja adalah indikator tingkat kewaspadaan. Indikator dominan dari lingkungan kerja adalah indikator pencahayaan di ruang kerja. Sedangkan indikator dominan dari kinerja karyawan adalah indikator kualitas kerja. 2) Secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Ranah Bundo Padang
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Santan Cocomas pada PT. Bumi Sarimas Indonesia
Get PDFAbstract: This study aims to determine: (1) product quality partially on the purchasing decision of coconut milk comes at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia and (2) price partially on the purchasing decision of coconut milk comes at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia. (3) product quality and price on purchasing decisions of cocoas coconut milk at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia. Hypothesis testing is done to show whether an independent variable partially and simultaneously affects the dependent variable. The results of the study at a significant level of 0.05 show that: 1) product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for cocoas coconut milk at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia which is shown from the results of t count = 6.192 with a significant level of 0.000. 2) price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for cocoas coconut milk at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia which is shown from the results of t count = 3,928 with a significant level of 0,000. 3) product quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for cocoas coconut milk at PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia which is shown from the results of f count = 125,522 with a significant level of 0,000.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) kualitas produk secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia (2) harga secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia. (3) kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia. Pengujian Hipotesis dilakukan untuk menunjukkan apakah suatu variabel independen secara parsial dan simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikan 0.05 menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia yang ditunjukkan dari hasil t hitung = 6.192 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000. 2) harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia yang ditunjukkan dari hasil t hitung = 3.928 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000. 3) kualitas produk dan harga secara smultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian santan cocomas pada PT Bumi Sarimas Indonesia yang ditunjukkan dari hasil f hitung = 125.522 dengan tingkat signifikan 0.000

Get PDFAbstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the performance of local government apparatus and regional financial managers on the implementation of good governance for employees of the Koto XI Tarusan District. This type of research is quantitative. Data is processed using multiple linear regression using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was an influence between the performance of the local government apparatus (X1) on the implementation of good governance and there was an influence between regional financial managers (X2) on the implementation of good governance by employees of the Koto XI Tarusan District.
Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah dan pengelola keuangan daerah terhadap penerapan good governance pegawai Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan. Pengaruh Keragaman Sosial Dewan Komisaris dan Kompensasi Eksekutif Terhadap Tax Avoidance pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh keberagaman sosial pada dewan komisaris dan kompensasi eksekutif terhadap penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan beberapa perusahaan sub sektor perbankan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh melalui laporan tahunan yang diunduh melalui www.idx.go.id. Data yang digunakan adalah tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis adalah regresi berganda yang diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS. Pada hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama ditemukan bahwa keberagaman gender berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua menemukan bahwa keberagaman usia tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pada pengujian hipotesis ketiga ditemukan bahwa keragaman pendidikan dewan komisaris berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pada pengujian hipotesis keempat ditemukan bahwa kompensasi eksekutif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak pada perusahaan sub sektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sedangkan hasil pengujian hipotesis kelima ditemukan bahwa keragaman gender, usia, pendidikan, dan eksekutif kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak. pajak) pada perusahaan subsektor perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gambaran mengenai pemahaman konsep pada materi kinematika gerak lurus pada aspek interpretasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni menggunakan metode cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini yakni siswa SMAN 1 Kerinci sebanyak 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh siswa SMAN 1 Kerinci dikategorikan sedang dalam menjawab soal pemahaman konsep aspek interpretasi khususnya pada materi kinematika gerak lurus dengan persentase rata-rata skornya 35,12%. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal pretest pilihan ganda dimana satu soal memiliki lima pilihan jawaban. Berdasarkan hasil test responden terdapat indikator yang ketiga yaitu menjelaskan ciri-ciri gerak jatuh bebas memiliki persentase tertinggi sebesar 45% dan indikator pertama yakni menjelaskan perbedaan gerak lurus dengan kecepatan konstan dan gerak lurus dengan percepatan konstan memiliki persentase terendah sebesar 30%. Sehingga pemahaman konsep pada siswa SMAN 1 Kerinci masih dikategorikan sedang.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the understanding of straight motion kinematics in interpretation. The research method used is a cross-sectional method. This study's sample was SMAN 1 Kerinci students, with as many as 70 respondents. Based on the results obtained by students of SMAN 1 Kerinci, they are categorized as moderate in answering questions about understanding the concept of interpretation aspects, especially in straight-motion kinematics material, with an average percentage score of 35.12%. The instrument used is in the form of multiple choice pretest questions where one question has five answer choices. Based on the results of the respondent's test, there is a third indicator, namely explaining the characteristics of free fall motion, which has the highest percentage of 45% and the first indicator, which explains the difference between straight motion with constant speed and straight motion with constant acceleration, has the lowest percentage of 30%. So that the understanding of the concept in SMAN 1 Kerinci students is still categorized as moderate.

Get PDFAlthough climate change is of concern to hydrologists, climatologists, environmentalists, agronomists, it is predicted that it will have serious impacts on water resources, infrastructure, agriculture, biological and ecosystem functions, and human health. Serious problems arise in some areas due to fluctuations in water supply, especially during the rainy and dry seasons. Water balance (water balance) that cannot be accommodated, is calculated by analyzing rainfall, temperature, humidity, sunlight, wind speed and evapotranspiration. Better rice yields, achieved by preventing or overcoming disasters in an area. This research was conducted in May-August 2022, using secondary data, namely: collection of climate data and production data, vulnerability maps in Padang Pariaman Regency, which were then analyzed using the Penman Monteith method. Padang Pariaman Regency in 2021 experienced a water deficit period in February. This is probably caused by the large evapotranspiration in the region. However, the estimated ETP values obtained were quite high, namely an average of 5.22 mm/day and 161.15 mm/month. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei yaitu metode pengumpuan data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden sebanyak 109 responden yaitu guru-guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kecamatan Bayang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. peneitian ini terdiri dari tiga Variabel Independen yaitu Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, Kecerdasan Emosional dan satu Variabel Dependen yaitu Kinerja Guru.. Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sipora Selatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai
Get PDFAbstract: This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and job stress on employee performance at the sub-district office of South Sipora District, Mentawai Islands Regency. This research was conducted at the District Office of South Sipora Subdistrict, Mentawai Islands Regency. The sample selection method used is total sampling and obtained as many as 32 samples. The data collection technique used in this research is by using a questionnaire or questionnaire to employees at the Sub-District Head Office of South Sipora. The method of data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the data indicate that the results of the partial hypothesis are that the job satisfaction variable has a significant influence on employees performance and the work stress variable has a significant influence on employees performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously job satisfaction and work stress have a significant influence on employees performance with an R2 value of 75.8%.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan guna menguji serta menganalisis Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sipora Selatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sipora Selatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling dan didapat sebanyak 32 sampel. Teknik mengumpulkan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan mempergunakan angket atau kuesioner kepada pegawai pada Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sipora Selatan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dari data menunjukkan bahwa hasil hipotesis secara parsial yaitu variabel kepuasan kerja signifikan memengaruhi kinerja pegawai dan variabel stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja juga signifikan memengaruhi kinerja pegawai dengan nilai R2 adalah sebesar 75,8%
