Get PDFLembaga Ketahanan Nasional (Lemhannas) Republik Indonesia merupakan lembaga negara yang didirikan dengan tujuan membentuk pola pikir yang kuat tentang nasionalisme dan menyiapkan generasi pemimpin di tingkat nasional dan daerah. Saat ini Indonesia sedang menghadapi berbagai tantangan, baik perkembangan teknologi maupun isu sosial sebagai dampak dari geopolitik dunia. Ikatan Keluarga Alumni Lemhannas (IKAL-Lemhannas) merupakan organisasi bernaungnya para Alumni Lemhannas, tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa untuk mengikuti pendidikannya dipersyaratkan kriteria ketat. Jadi, tidaklah berlebihan bila dikatakan para Alumnus Lemhannas adalah orang pilihan yang memiliki watak pejuang dan wawasan kebangsaan yang tidak diragukan lagi kesetiannya kepada Pancasila, UUD 1945, NKRI dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika. Isu intoleransi yang dirilis oleh Setara Institute pada tahun 2022 menyebutkan dari 10 kota yang toleransinya rendah di Indonesia, 3 kota terdapat di Sumatera Barat yaitu Kota Padang, Pariaman, dan Padang Panjang. Banyak pihak yang tidak percaya dengan hasil survei tersebut. Sumatera Barat dengan suku bangsa Minangkabaunya dikenal hidup rukun, damai dan tentram dengan agama dan suku minoritas. IKA-Lemhannas Sumatera Barat kemudian juga merespon hasil survei tersebut dengan melakukan beberapa peran yang strategis. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh minimalisasi pajak, insentif tunneling dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap transfer pricing pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor berbagai industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2020 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data kuantitatif yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang bersumber dari laporan tahunan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial diketahui hasil minimalisasi pajak dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transfer pricing. Namun Tunneling Incentive secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transfer pricing. Selain minimalisasi pajak, tunneling insentif dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap transfer pricing pada perusahaan manufaktur di berbagai sektor industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2020

It illustrates the extent to which the population has access to developmental outcomes such as income, health, and education. However, issues such as poverty persist even in regions like Banten. Indeed, poverty represents a significant and distressing social issue prevalent across various regions, including Provinsi Banten. This research aims to evaluate the 2023 poverty rates within Provinsi Banten, utilizing a blend of primary and secondary sources for data acquisition. Descriptive and correlation analyses serve as the methodologies employed in this study. The key variables investigated include Kemiskinan, Pengentasan Kemiskinan, and the human development index. It has been observed from the findings that the human development index significantly influences Kemiskinan in Provinsi Banten
KESESUAIAN TERAS 1 MALIOBORO SEBAGAI LOKASI RELOKASI PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA MALIOBORO YOGYAKARTA
Get PDFKeberadaan aktivitas pedagang kaki lima yang menempati jalur pedestrian Malioboro menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan seperti mengganggu ruang gerak pejalan kaki, menghalangi visibilitas pertokoan, serta melanggar peraturan perundang-undangan akibat tidak adanya surat izin usaha. Permasalahan tersebut ditindaklanjuti oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan melakukan pembangunan Teras 1 Malioboro sebagai lokasi relokasi pedagang kaki lima (PKL). Kebijakan ini mengalami hambatan berupa penolakan para pedagang dengan alasan kesulitan beradaptasi terutama setelah masa pandemi Covid-19 berakhir. Para pedagang meminta lokasi PKL yang baru harus mampu memenuhi kebutuhan berdagang dengan adanya fasilitas yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian Teras 1 Malioboro sebagai lokasi relokasi PKL. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan adalah keberadaan aktivitas utama, kestrategisan lokasi, dan ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis skoring skala Guttman untuk menilai kesesuaian variabel berdasarkan kondisi karakteristik lokasi PKL. Hasil penilaian kesesuaian sebesar 0,917 menunjukkan bahwa Teras 1 Malioboro masuk dalam kategori sesuai sebagai lokasi relokasi pedagang kaki lima

Get PDFUnderstanding the idea of prevention and countermeasures of sexual violence is the goal of this community service project Medan Krio Village area. This activity began by emphasizing the importance of knowledge related to sexual violence and problems that potentially arise due to public misunderstanding of the forms of sexual violence stipulated in law No. 12 Of 2022 On The Crime Of Sexual Violence. The implementation method includes planning activities involving 30 (thirty) participants in the Medan Krio Village Hall by providing understanding through material presented in a concise information chart and accompanied by discussion sessions. Participation in this community service project leads to a significant increase in participants ' understanding before and after participating in the activities. This fact shows that individuals who take part in this effort can benefit from later implementing their understanding in the lives of the Medan Krio Village community, in order to minimize and be free of sexual violence violations. And can carry out the implementation of the law and the purpose of punishment (rehabilitative) for the perpetrators so that the people of Medan Krio are born with character and are legally aware.

The primary focus is to understand how the implementation of this curriculum can affect various aspects of school culture, such as social climate, adopted values, and the patterns of interaction among students, teachers, and school staff. This research employs a literature review method, which involves reviewing and analyzing relevant written sources related to the research topic. The literature review identifies key sources by gathering journal articles, books, reports, and other documents pertinent to the research topic. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum in Indonesia, designed to replace the previous rigid curriculum, aims to provide greater flexibility for schools and teachers in a student-centered learning process. Supported by the government and educational institutions through training and resources, this curriculum seeks to create a more adaptive and responsive learning environment. This approach not only enhances student engagement and motivation through techniques such as project-based learning and collaboration but also encourages teachers to develop innovative teaching methods. Additionally, the emphasis on character values and life skills within the Merdeka Curriculum contributes to the development of a more positive and inclusive school culture and improves social relationships within the school environment. Meanwhile, PT Pos Indonesia, which plays the role of PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank), known as the Pospay service, has not used Digital Marketing technology. With this problem, PT Pos Indonesia issued or introduced a digital-based Pospay service system in early 2019, which was based on Fintech to increase the company's competitiveness. Therefore, This Study aims to :(1) determine the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) of pospay: (2) Knowing the external factors (opportunities and threats) owned by Pospay: (3) Knowing Pospay's digital marketing strategy to increase the competitiveness of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Padang. Data processing using IFAS analysis to analyze internal factors, EFAS analysis for external factors. Once entered into the quantitative model, namely the SWOT matrix which is based on primary data from the results of research that is Field Research using a structured questionnaire directly to 88 samples. Where The results of the analysis using IFAS and EFAS and using SWOT analysis show that the recommended digital marketing strategy for PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Padang to increase competitiveness through Pospay services is the SO Strategy
Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan BPR Sebelum dan Sesudah Pengumuman Covid-19 (Studi Kasus pada PT. BPR LPN Talawi Sakato)
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the comparison of BPR financial performance at PT. BPR LPN Talawi Sakato before and after the announcement of Covid-19. By using financial ratios, the study time frame is from Quarters I to IV in 2018 to 2022. The financial ratios used include QR, LDR, ROE, CAR, PR, and BOPO. The data used in this study were obtained from the financial statements of PT. BPR LPN Talawi Sakato 2018-2022. The analysis technique used to see a comparison of the financial performance of PT. BPR LPN Talawi Sakato is the Independent sample t-test method. The results showed that there were significant differences for each of the financial ratios at PT.BPR LPN Talawi Sakato. Significant differences before and after the announcement of Covid-19 were found in the ratios of LDR, PR and CAR
