Research on the Factors Affecting Environmental Accounting in Manufacturing Enterprises in Tuyen Quang Province, Vietnam
The paper is based on fundamental theories such as contingency theory, legitimacy theory, and stakeholder theory to evaluate the factors affecting environmental accounting in manufacturing enterprises – a case study in Tuyen Quang province, Vietnam. To solve the research objective of this article, the author used a qualitative method combined with exploratory factor analysis (EFA) by sending a survey to managers and employees in the enterprises. Research results show that there are 5 factors including (1) Enterprise size, (2) Stakeholders, (3) Regulations, (4) Qualifications, (5) Line of business that affect environmental accounting in manufacturing enterprises in Tuyen Quang province. The results are a basis for influencers to propose solutions to promote businesses in the area and apply environmental accounting

Bayabas, a coastal municipality of Surigao del Sur, in the Philippines with the communities Cabugo, Magobawok, Belete, and La Paz, the sites of the study, has a robust mangrove conservation program. The study used mixed methods of survey, ethnographic, and observation/case study methods which capture the organizational culture of the sites. The findings of the study include the following: The Mangrove Conservation sites were established in response to the significant provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991 bearing on Environmental Conservation duly supported by an Ordinance of the LGU of Bayabas. The operation of the Mangrove Conservation sites was being assisted by the People’s Organization (PO) which is also a quasi-cooperative for fishers. The POs were established by a joint effort of the PFAR/BFAR and the LGU of Bayabas. Sagip Wakatan, the Mangrove Conservation Program of the LGU of Bayabas was anchored on food security, sustainable development, people’s empowerment, eco-tourism, and the response to climate change initiatives at the grassroots levels. Livelihood integration is one of the most important features of the Mangrove Conservation Program and was directly channeled into the four (4) People’s Organizations (POs). Analysis of the Influence of Flying Doctor Programs in Handling Stunting on Patient Satisfaction at Public Health Centre Panyabungan Jae District Mandailing Natal
This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the flying doctor program in handling stunting on patient satisfaction at the Panyabungan Jae Public Health Center Mandailing Natal Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design conducted at the Panyabungan Jae Public Health Center Mandailing Natal Regency in September-October 2022. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test and logistic regression. The results of the univariate study showed that out of 67 respondents, the majority were aged 26-35 years, namely 31 (46.3%), had high school education, namely 35 (52.2%), worked as housewives, namely 37 (55.2%). Bivariate results showed that there was an effect of flying doctor communication (p=0.000), there was an effect of flying doctor responsiveness in handling stunting (p=0.028), provision of education in stunting management (p=0.000), competency in stunting management on patient satisfaction at the Panyabungan Public Health Center Mandailing Natal Regency for 2022 (p=0.000). The multivariate results show that the variable that influences patient satisfaction at the Panyabungan Jae Public Health Center Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022, is the variable providing education. The conclusion in this study is that all research variables in this study, namely communication of flying doctors, responsiveness, provision of education and competence affect patient satisfaction at the Panyabungan Jae Health Center, Mandailing Natal Regency, and the variables of providing education are the most influential (p = 0.000 OR = 10.935)

The problems discussed in this research are the ineffectiveness of the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the National Unity and Politics Board which indicates the low quality of employees, the employment relationship which tends to be personal, the placement of employees who pay less attention to the skills and skills aspect, the division of work that is not specialized with good, and facilities and pre-facilities that have not been sufficient and not distributed in accordance with the needs of the work unit resulting in overlapping authority. this study aims to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of basic tasks and functions of employees at the National Unity and Politics of Poso district. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with unit of analysis of National Unity and Political of Poso Regency which use key informant counted 6 people. Steers revealed that there are three aspects in measuring the effectiveness of employees, namely Adaptation Capabilities / Adaptation, Job Performance, and Job Satisfaction. The results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of the main tasks and functions of employees viewed from the aspects of Adaptability / Adaptability has been quite effective, while the aspect of Work Achievement has not been effective. Furthermore, on the aspect of Job Satisfaction is also not effective. Therefore, the authors suggest that the leaders make education and training programs for employees in improving their ability and the need to improve the level of discipline of employees in carrying out their main tasks and functions. In addition, the leadership should be more professional in working without discriminating subordinates in reward and punishment
Relationship Between Nurse Therapeutic Communication with Patient Satisfaction in Outpatient Installation of Special Eye Hospital
Therapeutic Communication is communication that is consciously planned and aims to heal the patient. Therapeutic communication is carried out by nurses and plays an important role in helping patients recover. Therapeutic communication is needed in dealing with patients, if it is not implemented properly it will disrupt the relationship which has an impact on patient dissatisfaction. Objective of the research to determine the relationship between nurse therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction in the Outpatient Installation of the Medan Baru Special Eye Hospital. Method: The research method used is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research location is at the Medan Baru Special Eye Hospital. The study population was all outpatient BPJS patients at the Medan Baru Special Eye Hospital and a sample of 95 people. Sampling was done by accidental sampling. The results shows that the orientation stage variable has a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, the work stage has a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 and the termination stage has a p-value of 0.002 <0.05. Conclusion there is a relationship between orientation stage, work stage and termination stage variables with BPJS patient satisfaction with p sig <0.05. It is recommended that nurses improve therapeutic communication to patients so that they can improve the quality of health services

Therefore, universities shift to online mode of teaching which is conducted through e-learning system. However, the success of e-learning approach in Iraqi universities depends mainly on the attitudes of students towards online learning and their acceptance of it. Thus, this paper investigates the perspectives of university students, males and females, on the use of e-learning by their instructors at Basra university during COVID-19 pandemic. Using SPSS software for the analysis of the collected data, the equations of Weighted Mean and Percentile Weight, the results of the study demonstrate that university students view that though e-learning is beneficial and flexible. That is, they have to struggle to stay in touch with their virtual classes and teachers. Some of them do not even have an access to laptops or smart phones, while some others have poor or non-existent Wi-Fi connections. This is due to the lack of strong and effective internet networks, in addition to the lack of sufficient experience on how to use the internet and manage e-learning platforms. To overcome these obstacles, there should be more forward planning on the part of the educational institutions and policy makers. They should improve the quality of internet connectivity and provide facilities as well as good communication services to students
